I usually write a review at the end of our holiday, sharing the experience, and I promise I will update with details at the end of our stay.... But, after just 3 days of being here at Silversands Grenada, I’ve shared with my clients and friends and want everyone to know; If you can get on flight to get here. Don’t hesitate. It is Paradise! The most beautiful, picturesque, soothing and restorative choice you make in these stressful times.
The serene beauty and awesome, caring Silversands team will elevate your Spirit immediately. From being picked up at the airport and being received with ”Socially distanced” warmth by the GM Narelle and most helpful Reservation Manager Francine at the magnificent lobby. (* the welcome drink was an turmeric immunity booster) I immediately felt cared for and transported to Bliss!

I have not seen all the magnificent amenities yet. I’m told the Spa is the best in the Caribbean, and I’m a Spa Aficionado, so i’ll surely let you know!
Our short quarantine will end tomorrow with an on-site test visit from the Grenada health dept. Whom, I must say, were extremely efficient and courteous in their easy arrival protocol. There is no need to worry about coming to Grenada.

I can assure you, the impeccably clean accommodation, with magnificent views and fresh sea breezes removes any feeling of restriction. And the service!!! Allison cannot be a better host.
Our last Caribbean holiday was at the Four Seasons Nevis. It was nice. However, Silversands Grenada, is in a class of it's own...
Will update on the amenities and entire experience In a few weeks. I am just Sooo happy to be here right now. I had to share the good vibe. Don’t be afraid to travel here. Just come!🏝
XO,
Theresa O

Last year, we stayed at this beautiful resort, shortly after it opened. Although the facilities and amenities (in particular the rooms, spa and beach) were magnificent, the restaurants and corresponding service were not up to snuff. However, since the Silversands was new, we were hoping that with the help of their excellent management team and great attitude, the mere passage of time would facilitate a change to the better.
Recently, we returned to the Silversands after one year and the improvement was both blatant and palpable. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the friendly and peripatetic manager Narelle McDougall, we noticed positive changes. Yes, the hotel was still beautiful and perfectly landscaped, but now the food and service were also first rate. Our breakfasts were stupendous as was our dinner at Asiatique. Moreover, all of the employees from the front desk, to the servers to the housekeeping staff were solicitous and professional. The bottom line is that we loved our latest experience and were very appreciative of the efforts the hotel has expended In making the Silversands a complete five-star experience, Hats off to Narelle, and her team. They are all wonderful and totally attuned to their guests needs and desires.
We cant wait to return to the Silversands very soon.

We had a truly memorable holiday... everything from start to finish was superb. The team at Silversands went out of their way to look after us with a very special thank you to Hermian, Narelle, Juan, the chefs, all the restaurant staff, the beach and pool staff and the wonderful cleaners who were always cheerful. The service was faultless and we were really looked after well. In particular the pool staff, breakfast and dinner team were fantastic, some great food, and Juan went out of his way to locate the wine we love and at breakfast the team also went out of their way to find fresh pineapple.
The hotel is modern with some interesting art work. Our room on the top floor had a wonderful view and we loved the sunsets.
The additional safety protocols during Covid were managed really well and the communication leading up to our holiday kept us fully informed.
You made our trip very special - thank you so much for looking after us

We were trying to visit in March 2021 so were very excited when we finally made it to Grenada in January 2022. We were excessively pampered from the moment we exited the airport, to be greeted by Shea in the hotel's Model X Tesla to the moment we were dropped back at the airport ten days later. In between those times we had the most marvellous time. We were greeted by the General Manager, Norelle, who let us know that we had been upgraded from a second floor king room to the top floor, with views of the sea and the setting sun every evening. The room and bathroom were spacious and extremely comfortable, with a large balcony and all the amenities you could want, minibar, fridge, Nespresso machine and kettle for tea.

We don't tend to eat in the hotels we stay in but we tried both restaurants at Silverlands, One is the Asiatique, and the food was delicious, though it is not open every night so we could not go another time when we wanted to. The other is the Mediterranean Grill, near the beach. That is also very good but both restaurants are pretty expensive, considering you have to add on 15% tax and 10% service to everything. Breakfast is exceptionally good and served in the Asiatique. We sat outside every morning and basically ate until we thought we would burst. The cooked breakfasts were always delicious, but I would particularly recommend the steak and eggs. My husband loved the Avocado toast and we both really enjoyed the pastries.

However, what we most enjoyed about the hotel, apart from the 103m pool which runs from the reception foyer to the beach, was the staff. All, without exception, were friendly and willing. They may not be the most highly trained staff we have every come across, but what they lacked in finesse they more than made up for in their lovely smiles and friendly chat. I do not want to single anyone out as they were all exceptionally friendly, but I have to give a special mention to Shea and to Dwight (thanks for the informative history lessons).

I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for its sumptuous setting, breath-taking pool and general air of understated luxury. I would particularly recommend it for the exceptionally friendly staff.

Exceptional flawless service, stunning modern resort.

We stayed at silversands for 2 nights as a family of 3 (2 adults and one 20 month old toddler) . We were originally booked at another resort on grand anse beach but after we had lunch at silversands we decided to move hotels as were not enjoying the original place.

Silversands is immaculately presented and maintained (everything still looks brand new) with the longest pool in the carribbean - a truly stunning 100m wonder running down the middle of the resort towards the ocean. Breakfast and food generally was sublime but the thing that really stood out for us was the service and quality of the staff. Everyone we came across was happy, smiling, courteous and exceptional at their jobs (in contrast to our first hotel where the staff seemed absolutely miserable and run ragged). Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous stay, and couldn’t do enough to help us with our little one (providing pool toys, sterilising bottles, special food and juice). We were even given use of a hotel room on our day of departure until 4.30pm so our baby could have his usual afternoon nap, which we thought was particularly kind given the hotel was filling up (although always felt nicely quiet in communal areas).

I could give further details about how beautiful the room is, the spa, the fully equipped gym but in short if you’re considering booking this hotel, just do it! Truly the best place to stay on grand anse by a lunar mile.

We were looking for someplace new to try and the Silversands Grenada was on the top of the list. From our first interaction with Hermian & Francine, we knew that this stay was going to be something special. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Narelle, Hermian, Francine, and Swanie, their kindness set the tone for an incredible 5-night stay during the week of Thanksgiving. The hotel is beautiful and that is an understatement, from the lobby to the longest pool in the Caribbean. The decor and architecture were sublime. The room was spacious, with great use of different textures to provide a unique feel and energy.

The location was perfect, which lead to some of the most beautiful sunsets I've seen in the Caribbean. Grand Anse beach was as picturesque as advertised and I would recommend going for a walk at sunset.

Lastly, what made this trip amazing was the warm and welcoming staff. They took great care of my family and I appreciate all the tips and suggestions that were made. Narelle, Hermian, Francine, Swanie, Pete, Shea, Shannon, Tara, Alison, Shonna, Trisha, Arnold, Keyon, thank you so much for treating us like family and providing an amazing experience.

I apologize if I missed anyone.

Another spectacular holiday at the Incredibly Beautiful Silversands resort... 🏖️ We stayed in villa three on our first visit and the Ocean view deluxe suites on this trip. 2 years later, the experience is still the best in the Caribbean. As a Luxury Resort Realtor, Travel Agent, and Caribbean Citizenship Marketing Agent, I am an aficionado of the top luxury properties in the region. Silversands Grenada, without reservation, is my top pick. With Impeccably modern suites and villas, a Suburb location on one of the world’s best beaches, and a stunning spa; what puts Silversands in a class of its own is the exceptionally attentive and genuinely caring staff. While I missed the warm personal welcome from Narelle, Hermian and Francine made arrival and departure emotional and memorable. These Ladies are a dedicated Marketing & Management team. Every guest I have referred gave excellent feedback on their care and responsiveness. I can personally attest that the entire staff strives to provide exceptional service. From Reon in water sports & the spa team, lovely Villa host Allison & Rennate, and we really appreciate Makeda, who kept our suite impeccably clean. The Grenada Grill team Sydney, Clarista & the bartenders Merrick & Keyon presenting their fantastic fresh local ingredient cocktails. And a most impressive testament to Silversand's next level of service is Toshelle, Cosnelle, and Eurla. They donned their raincoats and boots to deliver breakfast on time, with cheerful smiles & careful presentation during heavy rain. Unfortunately, It was the rainy season. Three nights in a row, I watched Sydney, the bar manager, carry huge trays in the pouring rain to accommodate guests having romantic bonfire dinners on the beach to a sheltered balcony. Now, that is a commitment to guest service at its finest. And Kudos to The owner Naguib Sawiris for appreciating the dedication of his exceptional employees and retaining them through the lean covid period. I was delighted to be welcomed by most of them on our return. Continuity is a critical hallmark and endearing charm of a legendary private resort that offers bespoke services. I look forward to returning to their familiar gracious welcome and care next year. In my humble but experienced opinion, the main restaurant Asiatique may not earn Seven Michelin stars; However, the staff service and guest experience at Silversands Grenada rivals that of the well-known Dubai seven-star hotel. As we celebrate Thanksgiving this year. We are so Thankful to all our friends at Silversands Grenada for another beautiful holiday🙏🏻 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Theresa Okeke

My husband and I spent a week at Silversands and we left wanting more. This was our first time to the island of Grenada which is a lush island with interesting vegetation . The Grenadian people are welcoming and friendly.
Silversands is the epitome of luxury and refinement. The hotel's contemporary and clean design works very well with its surroundings of many varieties of flora and fauna plus the stunning (300 ft) pool and the Caribbean Sea round out the physical beauty of the hotel's setting.
Our room was fantastic - large, very well appointed ( lots of drawer and closet space) with a large balcony facing the water. It was a treat waking up each morning , pressing the button to raise the motorized blinds and take in the view. It never disappointed.
The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel did not go unnoticed... from the Christofle cutlery to the D. Porthault bedding and the extremely chic and comfortable outdoor furniture and furnishings. The attention to all detail great and small are on point.
As for the staff - we are still gushing over them . Everyone was warm, helpful and very service oriented. From our very first day the staff remembered our names and more importantly our food and beverage preferences which is especially impt at breakfast when we all drink our coffee in various ways . The team was all smiles , helpful and followed through an every request . A big thank you to Uraraj, Trisha, Reanna, Chaunte, Arnold, Rohann and Salvador . I know I left out many names ( my sincerest apologies ) but no one went unnoticed by us and we want to thank everyone at Silversands, for enhancing our stay . It was a great trip and we will surely be back . Thank you to each and everyone of you in all your respective departments who made our stay very memorable and wonderful.

First visit to the Silversands and Grenada. This small luxury boutique hotel is situated in a lush area in the midst of a typical Grenadian neighborhood right on a public beach. This is a tight hood. You will hear the neighbours’ dogs in the morning and mingle with their owners on the public beach of Anse. The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean lines, elegant, beautiful 100 yards long pool (for those who dare..) ending in a smaller shallow heated pool right next to and overlooking the beach. Pretty cool. Two restaurants with food quality that comfortably competes with NYC’s great restaurants. Great options including for vegetarians. Evening entertainment included singer/player which gave exquisite performances. Staff that always smiles and wants to please. Spa was also very good. Nice rum tasting room - Salvador gave us the tour - he is the best host/manager I have ever met. If you are looking for big hotels, dance floors, golf, sports and other frills this is not the place. Go there for complete relaxation and enjoy the Island. My kids (teens) did not want to leave.

I recently stayed at the hotel from 5/17/22 - 5/24/22 for their 1st ever wedding in the hotel. I booked the Seaside Villa and I was truly amazed at the Villa, property and the state of the art architecture and furnishings. Everything on the property is relatively new and very state of the art down to the automatic window blinds and shades. The kitchen was state of the art along with the villa's very own infinity pool. Aside from the room, the service & hospitality provided by the staff was excellent and they were very attentive to details and our requests throughout our stay. If they didn't have it on the property, they would go outside the resort to obtain the request if possible/available (not for free of course, but still handy). The management staff is very accommodating and will try their best to make your vacation as care free as possible. Mrs. Stewart and Isaac are very diligent in ensuring you have a memorable experience in Grenada and the SilverSands. I highly recommend to stay here when in the country if available and in your budget.

Best that you ask the resort directly as the fee also includes other privileges which you'll want to know about. When I was there as a resort guest, I noticed a small number of day pass users each day.
