Stayed 1 night at their family room. For the price paid, this hotel is very good value. Room size is big with separate living room, the bathroom also good size. Plenty of natural lights during the day, however there are not enough lighting for the room during night time. Benefits for gold member is fantastic which include late checkout to 5pm which i value most, as well as complimentary drink vouchers. Breakfast is included with some varieties and egg station. They have room service but no menu in the room so you either have to enquire by phone or order at the restaurant directly. The pool looks good but I didnt use it. Overall i enjoy the stay at this hotel however I dont enjoy the food so much. Staff are all friendly and helpful.

while Ibis styles are identical to a vibrant and lively hotel, the pandemic has brought everything to a gloomy and cloudy mood including this one. Despite the situations mentioned, the staffs are always friendly and helpful which brings up the mood in the hotel. Breakfast is no longer buffet which is the new normal everywhere I guess, we had to choose from set menus available and when do we want to pick it up in the morning. I think this is a great way to avoid queue/crowds or be in close distance with other guests. It could do with more variety of selections but I guess saving budget is more important at this times to ensure the hotel, and most importantly the staffs survive the economic downturn due to the pandemic. Room is a bit old in style/decor but pretty well maintained. Hand sanitizers are available in almost everywhere. Overall, it was a really great stay and rest since there was only a few guests. I hope to comeback again, hopefully by then the world (and Bali) is in a much better condition.

Short two night stay after arriving after midnight on the first night. Good value for money however our room was not ready for us when we arrived as the bunk beds were not made. Breakfast is very basic but good for what you pay. Hotel is showing signs of aging but the pool is very good. The welcome drink that you receive as an Accor Gold member was a joke as it was small local sweet sugary drink that I could not finish.

As I reflect my three nights stay at this tropical holiday retreat, I experienced one of my most pleasant and most memorable stays ever. The ambience was so vibrant throughout the hotel. One would experience a Balinese tropical holiday here, and just a short walk to the beach famous for its water sport activities. I was privilege to experience two room types. First the family suite was by far my favourite with a homey room, bedding, sofa, double bunk bed, and well sized bathroom with bathtub. My bath time experience was an absolute bliss filled with romantic florals and heavenly scents, it was simply magical. Second the Standard Balcony room was a hip and stylish designed room, overlooking the pool area. It's funky concept is perfect for a romantic yet trendy setting out on the balcony. Now let'stalk about the hotel facilities itself. Besides a mini gym, spa and kids area, this hotel boasts a lovely swimming pool area, with a hip and funky bar to boot, and meeting rooms for those who would want a business staycation. Need I say, Ibis Styles Bali Benoa has perfect mini resort facilities indeed.
I would like to say a big thank you to all at Ibis Styles Bali Benoa for making my stays memorable, exciting and I will definitely be back again and again. Thank you to Mr Hari Saputra for always giving me the best hospitality as a repeater guest, Mr Eka who deserves my employee of my stay award for his brilliant hospitality filled with care and concern. While the rooms are getting a little tired they are very comfortable and perfect for our needs although I would love better tv reception. We had a couple of little issues that were fixed straight away. We enjoy the pool area there is lots of space in a nice area with the bar close by. Breakfast was good. This was our second stay and will definitely be back again. We were very lucky to enjoy a members event cooking class with chef during our stay which we thoroughly enjoyed and they really looked after us, thank you to Risya and your team!

Rooms are clean, bathrooms are small and having leakage issues.Bathroom floor is not good. They don't allow to use the balcony for hanging the clothes. Don't try the vegetarian breakfast, it is very bad in taste, almost tasteless. They provide only 2 water bottle (300 ml) per day and they don't provide water bottles on the day of checkout. Reception call service is also not good, nobody picks up the call on first time. Overall experience 2/5.

I stayed at Ibis Style Benoa for 4 nights due to bussiness trip. First, I had booked a standard room, but they gave complimentary upgrade to standard balcony room. The room was good enough, well maintained. However, the road facing room was really ignoring, noisy and I couldn't sleep at the first night. The day after, I asked to move another room, which's not facing road. I asked to move to family suite, because the next day I would stay in the family suite for 2 nights. They permitted to move to family suite, but they asked for 100 thousand for upgrade fee (whereas the first room I had choosen was the standard room/ pool facing room). In the end, I agreed to pay, and really enjoy the nights in family suite. The room was spacious, had bath tub inside, bunk beds for children, 2 tv inside. Thank you especially ms. Novita for having attention for my 1st night issue.

I am a platinum member and came from a much more expensive hotel in Nusa Dua. I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Friendly welcome, nice bright room (family room upgrade). It’s an older hotel but everything is very clean, bright, and no maintenance issues. Fridge is cold and so is the aircon. Bed is comfy but it has a very small bottom sheet so it doesn’t tuck in. Restaurant is not open for dinner but bar snacks are available at reasonable prices however serving size is tiny. Breakfast was very disappointing for an Australian, only omelettes and toast for my taste. The rest is Asian choices. No meat or dairy is offered and only melon fruit offered. Breakfast is also very busy so you have to wait for a table. I have stayed at most Accor hotels in Bali and both Ibis Styles hotels are among my favourites and they are both amazing value for money. Customer service is also great and welcoming.

The staff are a highlight at this centrally located hotel. The hotel has large rooms that are quite reasonably priced and the lifts to the higher floors run well. The hotel is located directly opposite the Holiday Inn and the Holiday Inn provides an easy foyer walk through to access the nearby beach. The drinks and food at the hotel are good quality and very reasonably priced. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms big. The only minus is the hotel is quite old and the rooms really are overdue for a full renovation. The plumbing is average and overall room finish is certainly dated. For the money we would stay here again.

My room had numerous issues on the first day of check-in. The air conditioner was broken, there was no drink stirrer, and the kettle was broken. The air conditioner was repaired and a stirrer was provided on the same day, and the kettle was replaced, but the replacement kettle was also damaged.
On the second day, many channels of television were damaged. Intermittent sound and a black screen. Had replacement for the settings for the television and the antenna cable. Despite the fact that the room had been cleaned, the stock of coffee and sugar had not been replenished.
The balcony has a light, but none of the switches in the room can be used to turn on the balcony lights.
I really hope the hotel checks the quality of the room before renting it so I don't have to complain back and forth like I did. Rooms with numerous problems, such as the one I live in, should not be rented out to guests, and guests should be assigned rooms with no appliance problems.

The beach area for Ibis Styles Benoa (I would not refer to it as a club) is about 5 to 10 minutes walk. You can head straight to the sea front on leaving the hotel and go via a path beside Holiday then turn left and follow the beach path. Or, as we found quicker turn left out of the Ibis head along the road and access the Ibis beach area via the path to the left of the Conrad. The Ibis area itself was always quiet and on the 4 times we visited there was no one else. There are about 8 beds. There are no Ibis staff in attendance, if you want refreshements/food there is a small shack selling things which was adequate and reasonable. The 1st time we went it was high tide and this led to the children being unable to swim due to the high volume of boats and jet skis. Also at high tide we were forever having to deflect offers from people selling boat trips and boat hire. We started going at low tide, swimming was still possible and the beach was wonderfully quiet. Don’t go to the beach ‘club’ with high expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

Lots of restaurants down the street- more from the hotel turning left. Don't let them put ice in your drink or you could get a stomach bug. The meals are really cheap.
