The hotel itself is very quite still with minimal staff, the pool bar opened after we had been there for around 4 days, the rooms are clean and have a great view. If you are looking for something near by the Bamboo warung is brilliant it’s right next door has a beach front view and excellent food and drinks menu.

Everything is really close and you can go to many restaurants just a couple meters up the road. Coconuts is great for a great atmosphere and drinks.

The resort looks tired but as it was quite we were able to get pool chairs each day on busy days people went down onto the grass. Breakfast is basic and we had cereal and toast as the selection very catered to non western market, it was fine though for the price you pay we had no expectation this was going to be fancy.

The pool is brilliant big and clean. We spent 6 nights here and it was worth the money.

The hotel staff were all very pleasant and helpful. When we told them our bed was very hard, they accommodated our request for a mattress topper, which made a big difference.

Our room overlooked the pool and the ocean. It was clean and had everything we needed. The bed, whilst quite firm, was very big - I'd say it was two doubles pushed together. We found the pillows a little hard but softer ones were provided when we asked. My only criticism was that the furniture on the balcony was tatty.

Our room package included "one free minibar". We weren't sure what that entailed but discovered it was just two small bottles of soft drink.

Breakfast included quite a good selection of food, my only gripe was that the tea was weak. It was in a glass jug on a hotplate, like the coffee, I think it would have been better if the hotel had provided tea bags and boiling water instead.

The pool was nice and clean and a decent size, but as I've found in many hotels, there weren't nearly enough sunbeds. Often they would all have been taken before we got down for breakfast.

We had room service one evening, which wasn't too bad although there wasn't a lot of choice.

I didn't use the spa, personally, but my partner had a few massages, which he thought were good.

Overall, the hotel is very good value for money, but we would have liked there to be more activities. There's a bar adjacent to the pool but it seemed permanently closed. I never saw any staff there or people actually spending any time there. The restaurant didn't seem to have any special evenings, as we've experienced in other hotels.

Wanted to try different location in Bali and wanted to stay by the beach for New Year’s eve. Big mistake... the beach in front of the hotel is dirty and not inviting, to be honest even the Conrad hotel next door the beach is not good. The location is ok, few restaurants around. The hotel itself is catered for big Chinese groups so good luck getting a sun lounge in the morning, not many sunbeds around. Breakfast is catered for their tasting and nothing is made with love. The deluxe room with pool view is ok, clean and appropriate, ac works well, fridge works very well, but the room has a odd musky smell. The pool area is nice, the whole hotel has a bit of a run down feeling. I would not stay in tanjung Benoa again and specially not at this hotel.

Hotel located between Conrad Suites and Tijili Hotel.
Good location, room very spacious ,had view of pool and beyond to harbour.
stayed 16nights and the first week very low occupancy which meant got personal service from chef and assistant at breakfast time nothing too much trouble.
Even after occupancy picked up in the second week the service never changed , he would still come around to ensure everything was okay .
Also the gentleman who was manning front desk whilst things were quiet always made sure i had everything i needed.
There is complimentary WIFi available with hotel boundary .
There is room service available if you dont wish to leave hotel ,although due to being quiet the bar area was closed during stay .
Although not all business around hotel open there was a handy i convenience store called Indo mart adjacent to hotel and slight further up another one Aplha mart next to that there were a group of stall holders offering clothing, souvenirs for sale all were very pleasant , and prices were very reasonable.
there is small local restaurant just near the Indo mart which made lovely food all ingredient's kept within closed containers until required for use all freshly made to order.
There is another further near the Alpha mart which is also good.
No matter where you went within hotel any staff member you came across would always smile and say hello .
For travellers convenience there is app called Gojek extremely handy for ordering rides either scooter of car, you can order food and other numerous things.
came in handy when wanting driver to go places.

Good location without being right in nusa dua , has convience store adjacent to hotel and onother 6-8 doors up there are friendly vendors beside that store who sell clothing, bags, souveniers.
Restaurant has buffet breakfast and small menue for lunch and dinner.
There are other restaurants nearby.
The bar will be reopening soon once staff sourced.
All staff friendly and courteous,nothing
is too much trouble .

I turned up to the hotel on a Saturday. My friend turned up on Sunday night. The website states 24 hour room service but she couldn't get a drink or order room service. There were no towels in her room, no robe in her room and the safe in her room didnt work. Twice the electronic card swipe on her door has stopped working and she hasn't been able to get in. On the night she arrived the power went out in her room. There is no bar as the website states. There is no mini bar as the website states. No hair conditioner for shower. The only reason we didnt go elsewhere is because we paid for this hotel on arrival and couldnt afford to go anywhere else. I have found this stay to be disappointing.
The pool is nice and clean though

From the moment I arrived at Bali Relaxing Resort & SPA, I felt very welcomed. I didn't have a reservation, but the receptionist, Erna, and her colleague went out of their way to help me. They even showed me different rooms, and I chose the ocean view room, which was spacious and had an incredible view from the balcony. Early check-in was no hassle.

Sunrise here is pure magic, and don't even get me started on breakfast! The buffet had everything you could imagine! The resort might look old, but it's well-maintained, especially the expansive pool area. The quiet morning beach was a serene retreat.

Bali Relaxing Resort & SPA has won me over, and I'm already planning my next visit. If you're seeking a serene and luxurious escape in Bali, look no further – this is the place to be. Kudos to the attentive staff for making my stay so enjoyable.

Well, where do I start?
Firstly when I checked in I advised them the safe needed new batteries- we will fix it straight away- 7 days later, still no safe😡
Who in this day and age, still has bathrooms with mouldy shower curtains?
I upgraded my room to a balcony room- the balcony was just big enough to open the door- no table, just 2 chairs- luckily I was by myself so I used the other chair as a table.
The hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment and felt very old and dirty.
The staff were nice but there is no “feeling “ to this place.
I suggested tables around the pool with some food and drink menus which would bring in some needed revenue.
After 2 days I started walking down to the Peninsula beach resort during the day and spending my days thee.
I was looking for an alternative as our peninsula membership runs out in a couple of years but, sadly, the Bali Relaxing Resort is not even close as a replacement. We usually stay at least 3 times a year.
Sadly to say - I will not be returning.

The management of this resort needs to be changed. They held a crazy rich Asian wedding while we were there, but this wasnt disclosed on their site before booking, nor was it advised after booking, in fact no-one knew until questions were asked when they were setting up. As a result all holiday guests were disrupted for 3 days of noise (1 day set-up, 1 day/night wedding, 1 day pack up which started at midnight....uuurrrggghhh), restricted usage, restricted service, with no apology nor compensation. Better off finding somewhere reputable in Nusa Dua, as aside from the management the beach and shops in Benoa are also very low end.

Hotel located at Benoa area, between a beach (clean) and the main road with lots of restaurants and supermarkets etc.
Big nice swimming pool and pool area, very good breakfast, personnel impeccable. The beach is nice and you can walk south to the next beaches (maintained by other, more expensive resorts). The beaches at north are really dirty and abandoned.
The hotel is a great value, I would stay there again.

Yes, the water is plenty of water sports. Unfortunately the plastic is a reality you can’t escape from. The smell of gasoline was not a problem, but the noise yes. The beach is in front of the hotel so you can go walking.
