This was the best hotel we stayed at in Bali, based on quality that exceeded the price, warm homelike atmosphere and facilities to satisfy any healing needs. Everything is so well thought: every table at the cozy reading corner, the peaceful restaurant where you can enjoy the breeze & study in the afternoon, the beautiful yoga nest where you can stretch & unwind at sunset, BEAUTIFUL tanning place at the pool and perfectly blended colours & Balinese architecture that caress your eye, and the true, genuine hospitality! Oh and comfortable bedding. The intuitive service where you get the lights on right when you can't read anymore because of the dawn, without asking anyone. We haven't met the person who created this property, but we could feel he/she is an amazing person, the feeling you get by living there is incredible. Heartfelt Thank you to the entire team of Amnaya both who we met and who are on the backstage, a few to name: Ceri, Yulius, Ilun, Gisin, Arik, Eka, Adi❤️, Yande, Gilang, Wijaya, Sri, Yudi, Rigan, Agus, all the amazing public area attendants who sweep the flowers in the garden and of-course the White Pus. 🤍

I have traveled around the world since retiring ten years ago, and during that time have stayed at dozens of hotels from Cape Town, the Caribbean, Dubai, Hong Kong, South East Asia, and all points in between, and I can honestly say that this hotel stands out as one of the very best I have experienced..it is brand new, the rooms are luxurious and spacious with over-sized comfortable beds and large flat screen TV's with cable and include nice touches like installed water softeners. Staff are extremely attentive and helpful, and there are elements of quality usually associated with five star marquee brands at a fraction of the cost; The restaurant and food are fabulous, the pool is beautifully designed, and the gym is equipped with the latest high tech equipment, with the beach across the street, and reliable high speed WI FI. Special thanks to staff members Gede, Ari, Ceri and Suci that helped to make our stay memorable and enjoyable...they really went above and beyond..can't wait to return. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

This new hotel is by far the best I've ever stayed at. I felt like a celebrity with all the free complementary drinks, cakes and out of this world service. The hotel is stunning with couches on pool areas, beautiful decor, a spa and the most gorgeous suites. Our junior suite had little welcome notes everywhere, and someone came to prepare our room for the evening with a little messege and handcrafted gifts. We watched tv from the bath tub and lounged around our room in our gowns they gave us. We ordered room service for dinner and it was delicious. You never wait long for anything you order or ask for. They treat each guest as if you were their highest regarded guest. The breakfast is incredible and was included. They have afternoon tea served with 5 small delicious balinese cakes that vary from day to day. The food is so colourful and well presented and I found it refreshing and healthy as they use all their tropical assorted fruits and vegetables. The pool is amazing with deck chairs in the pool and beds to lay on. Stunning! They give you a cultural experience if you choose to participate in their daily activity. For example, learning balinese dance, yoga, canang sari creations, etc. I had such a beautiful experience making their offerings with the lovely Iluh at the Amnaya Hotel in Nusa Dua. I absolutely recommend anyone coming to Bali, come straight here and spend your holiday. Someone pinch me because this place is so dreamy. Special shout out to Iluh and Sari for being wonderful hostesses, and Janu as well, from the Nusa Dua Amnaya hotel.

From the moment we arrived the staff made us feel at home. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. The bed sleeps very good. And the shower was perfect. The swimmingpool was also beautiful and big enough. You can order a drink or something to eat also. We were traveling with our baby 5 months old. The stairs at the entrance and from the reception to the elevator and the stairs to the swimmingpool can be a problem for some people. I can lift my daughter in her stroller alone. The reception and security will always help you with the stairs. But to the swimmingpool you must ask someone to help you. Breakfast always give me a smile.they welcome you and help you with a table. the menu enough choice. Looked very good and tasted also very good. The staff at breakfast is also good. Maybe staff from the swimmingpool need to be instructed how to run a poolbar. They stay behind the bar. Don’t welcome you don’t offer towel don’t ask you if you want something to drink. You can be longer than one hour around the swimmingpool and they will not aproche you. Better service at the pool wil make people stay longer and spend money there. We ordered something to eat and to drink they bring the order but also don’t ask you if you want something else. We went to Manarai beach house they also have a area with swimmingpool. They welcome you ask you if you need a towel or want something to drink or eat. I missed that at Amnaya swimmingpool. So we went to other places with swimmingpool and spend hour money there.

Amnaya had given me and my family best experience on holiday in Bali. The staffs gave us warm welcome and welcome drink on our coming. They asked our ID during the checking in. The room was beautiful and spacious! Everything just shining - the floor, the bathroom, the table. The bed was clean and neat with small card that written who's made the bed on the bed. And we love the balcony area, it's beautiful too!
Hot cold water available with strong shower spray from the top or the handheld shower with relaxing aromatic soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion pump jar.
The breakfast was served by alacarte in set menu started from appetizer, juice drink, main course, dessert with coffee / tea and the taste was fantastic.
The swimming pool was located next to the hotel. Spa was available and it was amazing spa in town! The staff was friendly though.
They have self parking area,and they gave free valet service for the guest anyway! Last but not least, they gave and put on each of us handmade bracelet as souvenir when we're checking out. The staffs were really friendly and helpful, and their amazing service made us feeling pleasant like our second home. Thank you Amnaya!🥺❤️

The way from the airport to the Resort is not far and it’s the perfect and affordable place to relax after a long flight. We also booked the breakfast which was so worth it even tough it was à la carte (you get 4 courses + juice and tea/coffee). The pool and spa are quite and very green so you can perfectly relax and have a swim. Overall we really liked the atmosphere and especially the lovely staff members (Iluh, Ari & more) 🫶🏼
Our only criticism is that the four cocktails we ordered were mixed very poorly (too much alcohol/too strong or ingredients missing), but that still wouldn’t stop us from booking here again.
To be honest, they could’ve demanded a higher price for the hotel!!

We decided to stay at this boutique type hotel as it was a change from the usual larger resorts that we have stayed in, in Nusa Dua. The hotel was quirky, new & the architecture was a fusion of modern & traditional.We were given, as requested a quiet room at the back of the hotel & were pleased to be upgraded to an Amnaya room with a bath.The small pool, though located a short distance from the main building & across a common area, was tranquil & aesthetically pleasing & well designed.The restaurant provided a substantial breakfast albeit Indonesian themed. Fussy eaters may find the menu difficult but despite this the meals were beautifully presented & of excellent quality.Throughout the resort the staff were excellent. One day the teas/coffees were not replaced but on request were sent to our room within a few minutes.The main items that could have improved our stay would be the installation of drop down roller blinds (a) on our balcony to enable its use from 1:00pm (b) at the front of the restaurant in the morning as the morning sun restricted use of some tables due to glare & heat.

The hotel ambience is nice and relaxingand the staffs are very attentive and helpful! I stayed here with my family for my sister’s birthday and the staffs gladly arranged a small surprise party for my sister. They set the room very nicely with rose petals and shaped towels and they’d come to the room singing and celebrating my sister’s birthday with a cake. I had a tiny issue with the wi-fi and they quickly fixed that in no time.
Room was clean and everything worked perfectly! Special thanks to Iluh & Gisin for their attentiveness and exquisite service. Will definitely come back 👍

Probably the best event venue in Benoa, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu Area. I and my family attended the International Yoga Day Event. When I made a booking. The organiser advices us the special room rate for participants of the event. We decided to checked out from our original resort and moved to stay with them. This is the best decision we had made on our trip. We love the modern Balinese rooms. The lobby, restaurant, walk path everything in this resort are outstanding compared with others resort in Bali. I must say if anytime you visit to Bali. Is the must to stay in this resort to feel the diffrence style from the common Bali resort or villa. As India family we love the way they did the International Yoga Day. The staff and crew was professional and skilfully. We wish they continue do the best job and keep the head up especially this challenging time.
