River Ridge Retreat will exceed any expectation. We were lucky enough to have our wedding here , and I can not really find the right words to express how perfect our weekend was. Adele and Gary were amazing from the get go! The rest of the staff were absolutely phenomenal as well. It’s not just a wedding venue though, you could have all sorts of occasions here. We are already planning our next getaway again soon. RRR is paradise and I advise you to visit too, I think you all would agree.

My daughter and son inlaw recently got married here and we all couldn't have been happier with the venue. The staff were all outstanding and worked well as a team. Adele was an excellent wedding planner, nothing was a problem. The indoor outdoor venue was perfect as well as the grounds and amazing backdrop. Games organised for guests the next day eg clay bird shooting , Big waterslide down a hill platonk to name a few. I highly recommend this wonderful place, the weather was perfect as well! My only criticism would be the picnic tables could do with replacing but this was overlooked by everything else . Would love to rewind the clock :)

My son and his wife had their wedding here and what a fabulous place. Beautiful setting, grounds, excellent food and the most helpful owners and staff. The sun was shining too so the day was just perfect. Wish we could do it all again. Would love to visit again but it’s a long way from the UK

Attended family wedding. Good venue for weddings. Accommodation basic, but comfortable. Staff friendly and efficient Food was nice. Options were provided for vegetarians, gluten intolerant. Surroundings were perfect for the occasion. There were activities arranged for the wedding guests.

We were here for a wedding and were impressed with what we found. Beautiful place to have a wedding. Well set up for functions. Staff were awesome! We didn't stay overnight but the accommodation looked good too. Food was delicious. Looked like there were options for activities too if required.

Came here for a family wedding and was very impressed. The venue is in a perfect spot and is setup very well. We did not stay on-site but the accommodation looked fine. The grounds around the venue are very well kept and looked amazing.

Loved the setting in the wild. Great river for fishing and views are breath taking. Accommodation is clean and tidy and the feeling of peace follows you where ever you go. Great owners with loads of smiled.

Attended a friend's wedding over a weekend. Wonderful location and venue with the schedule and activities easy to see or find out about. The glamping tents are a work in progress and could use a little extra planning but the cabins were tidy, clean and well laid out. Friendly staff, great experience, cheers.

We recently visited the RiverRidge Retreat for a wedding. The wedding venue was absolutely outstanding. Beautiful setting. If you are planning a destination wedding, this is surely a must visit. We were very lucky that the weather played ball and the sun came out for us in what has been a mixed bag of weather this summer. The accommodation was so so. We stayed in a converted container. Very little room but adequate for our one night stay. I would have preferred to have had a toilet close by but this is by no means the fault of the venue. The communal shower/toilets were adequate but they do have a problem with water going all over the floor. They should attend to this as it is quite a hazard for slipping over. The bed was very comfortable and I had a great sleep. I would love to come back and stay in one of your better rooms.…
