Stayed here for 12 days and found the resort to be so relaxing and the villa with the outdoor shower was awesome! Spacious rooms with great outdoor lounging area, perfect for curling up with a good book! The pool is very refreshing and the loungers are great. The property has sand paths that are raked at least once a day, and the gardens are vibrant and well maintained. The daily tropical breakfast is a bit basic but there is the option of ordering a la carte for a cost. OTB restaurant is excellent but you must book in advance. All the staff were fantastic and always accommodating any request. Highly recommend the Manuia and will definitely be back ❤️

Comfortable beds, single story garden bungalows real close to a beautiful beach protected by outer reef. Week we were there was quite windy and surf was wild crashing on the reef but resort was quite sheltered. Nice pool setting and on The Beach restaurant food and service very good. Freshly raked sandy paths between all facilities and staff super friendly and efficient.

This is an easy resort to stay in. Rooms are single level and every room is close to the beach. Yep probably be great to have beach front room but I didn’t think ours which was 3 rows back I think was a problem. Our room was very clean and housekeeping was done every day in good time. The staff around the resort were all extremely friendly and helpful. Hubby didn’t like the outdoor shower he found that weird, and I’m not sure how it would go if it was bucketing down. There is no tv or radio in rooms, at first we found that strange but then started to talk to each other lol. Wifi was pretty bad but the last 2 days of our stay they changed it and it’s now free and much better all round the resort. The restaurant is amazing, we never had a bad meal. I thought the breakfast which is included was great, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, cereals , juice, coffee/tea and even pancakes. You can pay for cooked options. There is a car hire place over the road and also a store. You can walk to a few other restaurants in each direction within 10 mins. The pool is lovely and the whole area is peaceful and pleasant to enjoy. Manuia have some resort activities like ukulele lessons, mystery tour and drop off to the Saturday market. Very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Wow what can I say but wow Manuia Beach Resort has just gone too our number one place to stay, Beautiful, spectacular sunset views, clean and Amazing friendly staff who we got to know so well, couldn't do enough for us. Lovely, gorgeous rooms with outdoor showers Heaven! Amazing infinity pool located on the beach front perfect for sipping cocktails by the pool, while looking out to the ocean, for us you can't get much better than that. We were so fortunate to meet such a range of Lovely kiwis enjoying the lovely resort when we were there, which made our stay even more special, so nice to enjoy a lovely sunset Happy Hour session and making new friends.. the environment and surroundings of Manuia just brings out the holiday happiness in people. We got engaged in Rarotangta and our Manuia friends and family made it extra special to celebrate our special moment with. Ok so its a 10/ 10 for us, but unfortunately we had one little complaint, that being the Sunday night BBQ event nights, we had an issue with, only because it was very noisy with kids running round the pool around.. and lots of noise with that. It was just unfortunate it was our first night there, we also have to say that our issue was very well taken care of my management, they were always constantly making sure that everyone was happy and very interested to hear of any issue. We so can't wait to go back, and know that we will be welcomed with open arms, Krisy is a super star in hospitality, and made our stay special, she took the time to know us, our cleaning lady Sally was so lovely and couldn't do enough for us. So happy we chose Manuia.

We recently went and stayed at Manuia Beach Resort and what a fabulous resort it is. It has awesome accommodation right on the beach with a gorgeous pool also on the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The sunsets are magnificent and a great restaurant, OTB, right there and it has its own reputation. One of the best things about this resort is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble, they go out of their way to help and it has a genuine caring atmosphere . Another appealing factor was that children are not allowed - sorry kids but it makes the resort so peaceful and relaxing. We loved it so much we are going back in November.

I’m struggling to review Manuia Beach Resort, as it feels like a well kept secret that you want to share but not too widely. My family of four - my husband, two teenaged children and I were fortunate to spend a week here. It’s located on the western side of Rarotonga, affording it the most gorgeous sunsets which can be viewed from a deck chair on the beach or poolside or with a cocktail from OTB bar adjoining the resort. Staff are friendly and the rooms spacious and decorated island style with Tivaevae. The outdoor showers are refreshing. This is a boutique resort, over 16s only and just 12 duplex units - you can’t help but relax.

Absolute beachfront, quite simply it could not have been better. I now know why others rate this resort so highly. The rooms are immaculate always, the service impeccable. Staff are incredibly friendly. There are so many choices of spaces to enjoy and the On The Beach restaurant is the best in the Cook Islands. We enjoyed entertainment every night which even included fire dancers next to the infinity pool one night. We arrived in the 3rd week of the Cook Islands bubble opening with all rooms freshly refurbished and the pool completely revamped. we could not have been happier.
