Stayed for one night, plenty of parking space. Room and food were good. Service as usual was excellent. We arrived late but the receptionist had put our heating up as it was a cold night. Bar staff and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful . Lovely quiet location ideal

Great hotel, very clean and well run with a nice bar restaurant attached, amongst the friendliest and most welcoming staff I've ever encountered, they would put most 5 star hotels to shame in that respect!

The Premier Inn Greasby was perfect for our stay as it was within easy reach of Liverpool and New Brighton! Have stayed there before and the staff are so welcoming and pleasant. Would not eat again at the Greene King pub next door as last time the lunch and breakfast were awful.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy, would highly recommend this hotel and I shall definitely return. Unfortunately the review is demanding a minimum of 200 characters and I have really nothing more to comment about my positive experience..

Check in good and speedy and room very good, once the heating was sorted out, but breakfast experience not so. However, would probably stay here again. Reception staff were very helpful. However, we had to wait a long time for the cooked breakfast and the continental breakfast

Does anyone know how often the buses run after 7pm into and from Liverpool and the time of the last bus please?
You will need the no. 437 (Arriva) bus to and from Liverpool. Buses from outside the hotel to the city centre run every 20mins from 7pm. Return buses are every 20mins from central Liverpool to Greasby. The last bus to pass the hotel is at around 1120pm (depending on the stop you get on in central Liverpool). The journey to and from Liverpool takes just under 40mins. The last bus from Sir Thomas St in central Liverpool to Greasby Rd/Cortsway, for example, is at 1119pm, arriving outside the hotel at 1156pm. Hope that helps.

Has the restaurant changed its name or is it under new management
Changed ownership, I think. Possibly new name, too.

Do you have family room to sleep 2 adults 3 children
Hi Mark, The maximum occupancy our Family rooms can hold is 2 adults, 2 children (15 years and under) and 1 child in a cot (2 years and under). Sadly if all of your three children are 3 years old and over, you would need to book two separate rooms. Apologies! Kind regards, Rebecca
