This was our sixth stay in business and private since we first stayed at the Richmond Hotel on a family holiday in a long time since coronavirus restrictions were lifted in 2023. Airport⇄Hotels and hotels⇄Access to the city center is so convenient that you can forget about being pressed for time, and on the other hand, it's too leisurely and hectic. I became a big fan of the on-site spa and sauna rooms. The facilities and service are good, and it's a place to give both a tired mind and body a relaxing moment. The coffee that Share Lounge also foamed was novel and delicious. Ideal for meetings with customers or when you want to think slowly by yourself. The front desk and housekeepers are very kind, with little attention and advanced abilities.

There are many good reasons why you should stay at this hotel.
1) The room is large for Japanese standard. We stayed at 3 single beds rooms (538 sq ft)
2) It is very family friendly
3) It is budget friendly.
4) It is located right next to the train station, next to Tokyo sky tree, next to shopping mall, restaurants and supermarket
5) It is very convenient to travel around Tokyo
We had a great experience staying at this hotel at this location and the breakfast buffet is great for the price you paid.

I stayed in the spa room because I wanted to use the sauna. The facilities were well-equipped and I was able to spend a very comfortable time. I used the shared lounge many times before checking in, before going to bed, and before checking out, and it was nice to be able to easily satisfy my hunger and hydrate. The coffee was very delicious.
The staff were all very nice. It was my companion's birthday, so I called in advance to tell them, and they offered to prepare a message card (I could specify the text), balloons, and a polaroid photo, and they were happy to accept it. They were very happy, so I'm glad I chose this hotel.
If I had to say something, it would be better if they rented or sold sauna hats, even if it was for a fee, because my hair became dry because of the dry sauna (although it may be enough to just wear a towel...). The sauna was so great that one night was not enough time, so I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the station, right in front of Skytree, supermarket on the first floor.
It was very convenient as I was staying there for the sauna activity.
There were no vacancies in the spa rooms so I had to reserve a sauna room,
but moving from the bedroom to the sauna room was a hassle
If I use the hotel again, I would like to choose a spa room next time.
The plan included use of the lounge, but a reservation is required even if it is included in the plan until 6pm when lounges become available. There was a lack of explanation at check-in, so I just showed up without a reservation and was turned away lol

I missed Tokyo so much that once she removed the covid restictions, I made a 4-day trip there. I used to stay at this hotel and as if I was returning home after absent for more than 2 years!! The hotel location is so convenient and centrally accessible to and from almost anywhere in Tokyo, be it from/to Narita or Haneda (both with direct train access) as well as Tokyo districts. Nothing forgetting the amazing sight of SkyTree located just across the road!! Hotal services are as usual tip top. Room is clean and room temperature is soothing. I eagerly look forward to materialising my next trip to Tokyo whereby staying at this hotel is certain!

My child loves Skytree, so I have stayed here many times. This time, I stayed with my child, and it was very comfortable. Separate bathrooms and toilets are appreciated for families with children, and the atmosphere of the room is also nice, so I would like to stay here again.

However, this time, the following things bothered me. I understand that it will be difficult with the increase in tourists, but I hope that they will improve.

- One of the bath towels had a large stain that looked like it was made by fruit juice.
- The staff's attitude at check-in was cold.
- The food at the breakfast (buffet) was very messy (Western dressing floating on top of Japanese dressing, food scattered all over the place, etc.)

This was our first stay at the Richmond Premier, and we were very happy with our choice. Relatively large rooms for Tokyo, and we even had a view from our window. Location was terrific, with a metro station across the road, a supermarket underneath and plenty of eateries in the Tokyo Skytree complex (also directly opposite) for dinner. The included breakfast at the Sizzlers buffet on the first level was also convenient and good novelty value for our 6 year old son, who loved being able to choose his own food.

I stayed in the SPA room and the double room by myself.

Above all, the SPA room was very spacious and clean, with a sauna and cypress bath, water barrels, 2L of sports drinks and water, etc., and it was a very comfortable time.

It is available 24 hours a day, so the luxury of spending the day relaxing in the sauna and bath is irresistible.

The room was a regular double room, but it had a somewhat luxurious feel and I was satisfied.

However, the food was Sizzler, so it cannot be denied that it was a family restaurant style.

The hotel is very beautiful because it is new.
It is a one-minute walk from Oshiage Station and is conveniently located in front of Skytree.
This time, we had access to a lounge, so we relaxed with a variety of soft drinks and snacks, bread and snacks.
The tub was also spacious and easy to use.

It is convenient to take Narita Sky limited express train from the airport in less than an hour. The staff of the hotel was also quick and polite and explained clearly. The room is large and clean, the bathroom is strong and comfortable. Breakfast is also a normal food, nothing special, but the restaurant service and facilities are good.

Hi sorry for the late reply. I've only just found this. We picked up the underground train from both Narita and Haneda. From Narita it was the Keisei Line and from Haneda it was the Neither time did we have to change trains until we got to Oshiage which is A20 on the Asakusa line or Z14. This map might help. It was great not having to change trains and the Richmond is right across the road from the tube station. I can't submit a HTML link but look for this or Google it. tokyometro/jp/en and see how you get on.
