Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is great, in Shinjuku, but away from most of the nighttime partying and noise. Loved the in-room washer/dryer although it does take a long time to do a full cycle. The rooms are a little bit small, but very quiet and comfortable.

No complaint at all. Another Tokyo trip after Jan 2023. Clean, tidy and nice small hotel. Pola shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was good. Observed more tourists with English speaking; and hotel receptionists should be well prepared as their English oral skill still cannot communicate well.

I recently stayed at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku for 7 nights. The breakfast offered a decent variety, including vegetarian options and eggs. The front desk was consistently helpful in securing reservations at local restaurants except one time when the front desk old lady was rude. However, the rooms were cramped, providing limited space to move around. The shower temperature fluctuated between very hot and cold. Notably, the TV services were chargeable for everything. The bathtub, while small, was decent. The hotel's location, just outside Shinjuku Sanchome station, was convenient and less crowded than Shinjuku station. The rooms don't have much of view. I also loved their heated toilet seats. My main concern was the initial overpricing when booking.

A decent hotel 10min walk away from the Shinjuku station. It is in an area convenient to explore Shinjuku. Check-in was easy. Room is expectedly small for hotels in this category and price. There are cafes in the surroundings for breakfast and restaurants for meals. Staying in this hotel makes commuting easy. There is a subway station very near to the hotel. It also made our trips outside of Tokyo easy since it is a short walk to the Shinjuku station which is a major train station in Tokyo. Will certainly consider staying this hotel again.

We have just completed our 8 night stay in this hotel. The location is excellent. Less than 10 minute walk from Shinjuku station and next to subway station. It is surrounded by restaurants and shopping stores. The room we chose has laundry and microwave. However they charged us additional for breakfast. The other downside is the housekeeping is limited to 1 per week only. The room is small for the price. When arriving at Shinjuku station, take the east concourse exit by the police box and the mall. Then walk to the right of the main road towards hotel.

Great experience staying in this centrally located hotel. More than adequate space for us two when booking a room with 2 twin beds. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Hyper clean. Many amenities. Helpful polite staff. Hotel breakfast offers plentiful japanese-style options yet limited western-style choices. Nevertheless, we could find plain yogurt, hard-boiled egg, soft roll, and weak coffee (yet no fresh fruit). Minutes by foot, in Shinjuku station, we did find several good coffee shops and french bakeries, and, fresh fruit in B1 level of Isetan department store. Fun dining places within paces of the hotel.

The hotel is well situated and very comfortable. The Reception staff are polite and very helpful. They are always ready to answer ur questions and explain routes in detail. Our room was fairly large n nicely fitted with a kettle, microwave, washing machine n ironing board. They only change towels daily n toiletries are freely available from the reception. We enjoyed our breakfast all five days as it had a lot of variety to suit different tastes. All in all we had a very nice stay.

Returning stay. Surrounded by some pubs and eateries. 2 mins walk to nearby FamilyMart. 5mins walk to nearby subways. 15 mins ground walk (during good weather) to Shinjuku station. Room: Room was abit too small though for a small double bed. Comfortable bed with air purifier. Good controllable, air-conditioing Minimum walking space left, after placing two luggages. Shower in the bathtub. Handy washing machine with a trusty DeLonghi water kettle. (Boil your own water) Conveniently located at Shinjuku Sanchome. If you are using the subway, *Recommended to exit from C3*. You can also use the lift located at CALME. You will know what i mean when you are near this exit. A very accessible hotel with plenty amenities around it.

Pretty much everything you need to know is in recent reviews as far as amenities and location. Still - I'll add some other info I would have found helpful: The washing machine is one of those washer/dryer combos. You can run a load and then it does it all. The buttons are actually in Japanese and they are quite complicated. However the hotel includes a translated instruction card. If you follow the pictures they have English translations and you can run a load and have it come out fine. The hotel also includes a squirt bottle laundry detergent and guides you how much to use based on load size (in kilograms). Some additional advice: Once you start a load, be careful about trying to interrupt the cycle. If you do, you might as well start all over again rather than trying to re-start it mid cycle. Also, a single washer/dryer load can take 4+ hours so keep all that in mind as you run a load before going to sleep or leaving the room for the day. We had breakfast included in our rate and it was totally worth it as they had both Western and Asian style options downstairs in the morning. They use an adjoining restaurant which operates more like a night club/bar at night but transforms into a pleasant dining area in the morning. We travelled with our two teen-age sons and needed a place where a second room was affordable. This was the right place. For sure the rooms were tiny but our kids liked having their own space and this was the most affordable way we could find a place which fit all 4 of us in one building. Also, having a multiple USB power strip with only two prongs (USA type) was handy as there were limited two prong outlets in the room. This hotel touts English speaking staff 24 hours/day. This is relatively accurate... I would not say their English is easy to understand but they sure try super hard and it was way better than us trying Japanese so we're not complaining.
