Very nice hotel with small rooms. A great base for a few nights exploring Tokyo. If you have a large amount of luggage it could be an issue with the room size. Even as a couple I would recommend booking a twin room as they are slightly bigger than the double rooms.

Hello, i used Agoda, past november to book a non smoking room for 2 days with breakfast. Everything went ok.

Dear Martin W, Thank you for your inquiry. Air conditioning system is switched to cooling by early May in accordance with the temperature of the season. Please be noted that we will gladly offer fun or blanket in case room temperature is not comfortable especially in such season temperature easily changes. I appreciate your consideration.
