One of the best parts of our stay were the staff, who were friendly and helpful at every turn! We stayed for 5 nights. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING! The room was plenty big for three of us. Nice view of the Tokyo Tower from the balcony. Convenient to the Akabanebashi station which was great for getting around.

The downside was how expensive everything was in terms of add-ons and restaurants. There was a charge to use the pool, breakfast was over 100 dollars one morning ( and one of us had toast and coffee only), and our first night dinner in the Chinese restaurant was nearly the same.

I would recommend this hotel based on the quality of the staff. The only reason I may not stay there again is if we choose to stay in a different area of town.

Arrived at their amazing lobby reminded me of Harry Potter as we just came from osaka. It's not that easy to be lugging luggages to this hotel from metro as there's stairs so if you can taxi is preferred.

Their room size is huge and bathroom too plenty of room to put many cosmetic bags and family towels.

Good size for a family as not many hotels in Tokyo have big sized rooms unless you pay an arm and a leg.

Lots of amenities downstairs with the mini art, restaurants with many different cuisines, bakery and cake shop.

And is very near the tokyo tower, loved walking past the park. Plus its also quite near ginza by taxi.

Very beautiful hotel with amazing and polite staff you can feel the hotels character and gracefulness the minute you walk in.

The room was spacious and clean. Service was good with staffs being able to provide accurate information. The staffs at reception and health club could communicate in English well. One needs to pay to use the indoor heated pool and onsen. The pool was meant for lap swim and there was lifeguard all the time.

The train station was about 10 to 15 mins walk from the hotel. I used the free shuttle bus from hotel to the nearest station too. I might consider returning to the hotel if I am keen to swim and use onsen while in Tokyo.

Room – To be honest I didn’t know what room type I got as we were all randomly assigned – I think it was a Park Twin Room? In any case, I was actually disappointed when I saw my room as the space looked far more dated in real life than on pics. I mean the room was certainly quite clean but the space felt like it was stuck in the 80s.

I think some room types are refurbished but unfortunately it seems I got an old room which didn’t get much love from the refurbishment like the lobby did. Also no view of the Tower. Boo.It also contains an ancient looking TV + console accompanied by the most jarring pink sofa ever, a set of table and chair, a work desk + chair, and 2x twin beds with bedside tables.

The bathroom was adequate with basic amenities taken care of, and I loved loved the bathtub’s jacuzzi function – it was so nice to be able to soak in bubbling hot water after a day’s work!

Breakfast – I did not try breakfast at the main restaurant as the hotel catered to us as a corporate booking group so we were arranged for breakfast at their Chinese restaurant, Yomeiden. The place feels like an 80s Chinese restaurant which I actually haven’t seen in a while.

But the food was great – both in terms of quantity and quality (all fruits were divine!). They even managed to arrange an egg station!

First off, this is NOT a 5* hotel and we would definitely not stay here again.

This was our 5th trip to Tokyo with my husband and teens (15 and 17 yrs) and we stayed one night at the end of our trip due to the close proximity to Haneda. We had 2 premier club floor junior suites. The rooms were very small, the bathrooms were almost miserably small and the closet was basically non existent. The only thing we liked about the rooms was the balcony.

In previous visits to Tokyo, we've stayed at the Capitol Hotel, Park Hyatt Tokyo and Grand Hyatt Tokyo which were outstanding and we know what to expect from a true 5* hotel and lounge experience in this city. This lounge was nowhere close to it. The service was not up to par, the food was very mediocre and there was not much of a selection of upscale drink options. On a positive note, the views of the Tokyo Tower from the lounge were incredible so it was nice to relax there and enjoy the view. For breakfast, it was not served in the intimate lounge but in a giant restaurant with buffet options which felt like a Las Vegas all you can eat nightmare. It was very chaotic. We didn't know mediocre food and service existed in Japan until this hotel, as we've only had outstanding food and service everywhere we've been in the country. Spend the extra money and stay in a true upscale hotel.

Very good hotel in good location. Spacious and comfortable rooms (in our case overlooking the park), friendly service. Wonderful fact is that the Room have little balcony so that we could have the door open all night (was not too noisy). We loved the breakfast room on the 33rd floor where at night also a sky bar with great views of the city and the tower.
Two underground stations nearby.
Highly recommended.

I am in the lobby of the hotel waiting for the airport bus. My wife and I finished our holiday in Japan at the prince park tower. Mitsunobu Koizumi was very attentive to me when O checked in and ensured that we were looked after .Thank you
Miyuki Nishikawa on concierge was very pleasant and patient listening to all my requests and made numerous restaurant reservations

The top floor restaurants and the sky lounge offer excellent views for breakfast or evening drinks.
The overall level of service and cleanliness was fantastic and I hope to experience the same should we return to Tokyo in the future

We had a nice sized room with an absolutely gorgeous view of the Tokyo Tower and surrounding park area. There is only one sink in bathroom but there is a large counter space area. The hotel is well maintained with fresh paint but furnishings and electronics could use updating. The public rooms including room for buffet breakfast were very nice with a gorgeous view from breakfast room on 33rd floor. The buffet breakfast was fine but nothing memorable. There is a shuttle to closest subway.

The hotel is in an amazing location amidst Shiba Park. Staff have been attentive and professional. Room is pleasant and well maintained. Choice of restaurants that range from western fare to Chinese and Japanese. BUT, as a five star hotel, guests do not have access to any gym without incurring a 3k Yen charge, and the internet speed provided through KDDI is a meager 3Mbps. These last two items should be addressed by management immediately. If not for these points the hotel would receive better marks and merit a 5 star rating.
