I stayed here for the Tokyo Marathon. It was the PERFECT location. It was close to the finish! There are tons of dining and shopping options within walking distance and it is also within walking distance of Tokyo Station. The hotel is tidy and had great rooms. I stayed in the double twin room and it was larger than I thought it would be. The water pressure alone makes this a 5 star review. The beds were firm, but very comfortable. The room had a hot water kettle and they did provide tea packets and instant coffee. The staff were helpful and have maps of the area. The continental breakfast was perfect before heading out for the day. The area is less crowded, but still within walking distance of the Imperial Palace and other sites. I am a difficult traveler to please and while this hotel did not have a restaurant or fitness center, it was perfect for a more authentic Japanese experience!

We stayed at this hotel due to it's location close to Tokyo Station. We had an early shinkansen so we did not eat breakfast. I think exit 22 is the closest exit and you do not need to cross the street. You can walk underground from Tokyo station all the way to exit 22 in case it is raining. I like that Japanese hotels provide pajamas and toothbrushes. This hotel did have a bathtub in the room. It's a little pricy for the size of the room, but very happy with the location. There are many restaurants in the area as well as underground around Tokyo station.

We needed a one night stay that was very close to the train station, which means you have to spend a lot of money to find something really nice within easy walk of the station. This hotel was a good value - not cheap but not outrageous and was just a few minutes walk from the station, so worked really well for us, Clean comfortable room and good beds, and helpful staff. The only possible criticism is that the room was very compact with barely any room for anything, but that's not unusual in Tokyo. Almost 5 stars, but for the price I have to say it could have been just a hair bigger - but good experience overall.

Location is great - very close to Tokyo and Nihombashi stations. The room is clean, small but common for hotels in Japan. If you are looking for somewhere convenient to stay, this is it. However, service is quite limited. The free drinks are served during specific hours, probably to avoid meal time when guests with meal plans eat at the hotel restaurant. As for luggage service, even though I stayed at this hotel for five nights, I had to reclaim temporarily stored luggage within the day of checking out, unlike other hotels in Japan I have been to. Since I had to return to Tokyo the day after the check-out date, I could not store luggage at this hotel. Eventually I had to look for lockers in Tokyo station right before catching my train. Due to the G7 Summit, all lockers in Tokyo stations were locked on the day I returned to Tokyo and it was great hassle to reclaim the luggage somewhere else. The hotel could not be blamed for this but the incident would have been avoided if not for the limited service they provide. Choose another place if you need this service. For its location and cleanliness, the hotel is fine. Overall, it is not value for money though.

Really well located hotel within walking distance from Tokyo Station. Very comfortable, as with most Japanese city hotels, rooms are small but well organised. Lovely reception staff. Possibly should look into not changing the room every day - give customers the option to decline. Even though we put the 'paper' on the bed, it was ignored. The most delightful pyjamas - so silky and comfortable. Free water and green tea during the day was a real plus.

Location in 5 to 10 mins walk from Tokyo Station. Reception very helpful. Don't expect early check in but bags can be left. We stayed twice at beginning and end of holiday. Expected a tiny room, but room at end of our trip was comfortably larger. Didn't opt for breakfast so can't comment although area was quite small. Free coffee is available from 11am until 10pm ish. Tea making facilities provided in room and complimentary water. Fresh towels each day. The hotel is in a street of bars (karaoke, Irish bar, British bar and restaurants which was mainly frequented by local office workers enjoying a few drinks after work.

Room was nice, modern, new; reception people were friendly and efficient, eager to solve all your questions. There were plenty of amenities at the room. Breakfast of Western selections is limited, based on Japanese breakfast option. Still you can find croissants and pastries.

Good location, close to JR Tokyo station. The exit close to the JR pass pick up counter. As we plan ski at Naebe and it closes to the JR Shinkansen station to Echigo-Yuzawa. Reasonable price. And a good coffee shop is round the corner of the street. It is a new hotel too.

We spent several nights here, splitting up our stay when we did an overnight outside of the city. The front desk staff were wonderful. They were always available, no matter how early in the morning to help us. They shipped luggage for us on two separate occasions. The room was a good size for Tokyo and the bed comfortable. They provided pajamas and all the standard toiletries. A little over a five minute walk to Tokyo station.

Close to the Tokyo station, 5 minutes walking distance. Convenient to take a Shinkansen and to useJR line to Ueno park. We had a room on the fifth floor with view on external stairs. Prefer a higher floor. Efficient Organization for breakfast. Last breakfast entry at 9am.
