Cons: No microwave in rooms even at their designated laundry/vending machine and ice room. Would be nice to warm up food that you buy from convenience and grocery stores. Need closet space in smaller rooms. Would be nice to have refillable container for shampoo, conditioner and body wash rather than having those small containers, it will be great for the environment. MANY Pros First: Location, Location, Location!!!! 3 minute walk from Shimbashi Station with at least 4 lines including the mostly used Yamanote line (even has an indoor underground access across the street to avoid rain), 3 minute walk to Ginza (2 blocks or just cross the train tracks) about 4 blocks to the street where they close the famous High End shop street on Sundays, Donki Ginza is 5 minutes walk, countless combinis (even have Lawson on second floor) Ichi**n, the famous ramen shop is just accross the Shimbashi station and the upscale version of the ramen place in Ginza is also few blocks aways. So much food option around the area! Second: Hotel Staff. They are the most accommodating staff especially the tall European young guy who's always ready to greet and so friendly. The cleaning ladies are very friendly as well. I've visited Japan every year and most cleaning staff are very timid when a foreigner approach them but the The Blossom Hibiya staff are very courteous and polite and ready to help. Third: The room, we booked a corner room Deluxe Double. The highlight of the room is definitely the gorgeous view and the automatic window blinds that could even sync to the alarm clock! Everything is being controlled in a side table tablet! Room is always clean (kudos to the staff), the firmness of the bed is just right! My husband and I also appreciated the 2 daily complimentary bottled water, wine opener, high quality wine and water glasses, not a huge fan of the UCC coffee maker (coffee was awful), I think you guys should change that to Nespresso. I also appreciate the daily tea! All and all, We found a new hotel that my husband and I will go regularly, we used to go to this high rise hotel in Shinagawa for the past 6 years but this hotel definitely impressed us. So much food option around! Two of my favorite desert Osaka's Pablo and Hokkaido's LeTao cheesecake is inside the station!!! We are definitely going back! I apologize if my review can be incomprehensible but hope the readers will get my point. ahahahah

Response from THE_BLOSSOM_HIBIYA, Manager at THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA
Responded 14 Mar 2020
Dear Mr/Ms HookedOnPlanes, Thank you for staying with us and kindly leaving us this feedback. We do understand it would be very inconvenient for the guests not having availability of using microwave in the vender rooms, we are terribly sorry about this. Unfortunately, for now we are only able to warm your food up with a microwave we have in our kitchen. So please bring anything down to the front desk and we will make sure you can have a warm meal. Also thank you for giving us such an environmentally friendly advice. There could be a discussion we will have to have in aspect of sanitary and cleanliness, however, will definitely talk about it. We are glad to hear that you had satisfied with our location. As you mentioned, our hotel is at 5 minutes walk away from both JR and Metro rail way stations, and very close to famous shopping area, Ginza. It is very nice to know you did explore around the area, and we are hoping that our location helped your journey to be more convenient. Also we are relieved to hear that you enjoyed your time in the room too. From the 18th lobby floor and guest rooms above, you could have the beautiful view all over Tokyo. From twin rooms, you would have the city view with the Tokyo tower in it. On the other side, the double room's view has the Hibiya park and Imperial palace with full of green nature. We are hoping your return to experience the different view. Lastly, thank you for warmly mentioning our staff service. It was such an honor to serving you and we hope we could help your stay to be a memorable experience. Again, we sincerely thank you for choosing us and we are looking forward to welcoming you soon again. THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA

My husband & I had the best stay at The Hibiya Blossom for 5 nights. This new hotel in Shimbashi has everything you need within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants and bars , Shimbashi gets very lively in the night and is about 10mins walk to Ginza for great shopping too. Train station is around the corner so is easy to get around everywhere you want to be. All the rooms has great views of the city, is clean, spacious by Japan standards with a decent size bathroom that fit comfortably for most westerner. This hotels ticks all the boxes for sure; Location, accessibility, affordability and amenities. Highly recommended

Responded 19 Feb 2020
Dear Mr/Ms Winnie T、 Thank you for staying at THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA. By the looks of the comment it seems that you have felt just like at home and we appreciate that you have rated 5 out of 5. Our hotel opened on the August 20th which 6 months have passed. However we still have many things to improve on. As for the location, as you mentioned there are many restaurants, shops that are in the walking distance. There are some restaurants that we are able to recommend it to the guests, so if you are interested please stop by at the front desk. From our hotel it will take about 5 minutes or so from the Shimbashi station. If you take Mita line it will take less than 2 to 3 minutes. Because Shimabshi is a central station, you are able to travel to many different places. If you wonder where you would like to go to, we are able to recommend and tell you the way of it. We hope you were able to adore the view of the lobby of 18th floor. There you are able to see the Tokyo tower and also the end of the Mount Fuji when it is very sunny. Also from the room you would be able to enjoy the same view as the Tokyo tower or the other side of the Hibiya park, Sky tree (depending on which room you get) and the Imperial garden. The staff are willing to help and make the satisfaction of the guests in order to make guests stay very satisfying and make the best of their memories. If you come to Tokyo again, we look forward to serving you. THE BLOSSOM HIBIYA

Just back from four nights at the Blossom Hibiya.
Great hotel, great location, spotless hotel and room.
The hotel is clearly very recent, the view from the well decorated double floor lobby and the room (superior corner room with twin beds) was amazing, including part of Tokyo Tower and some Shinkansen lines. Room was very modern, well equipped and large enough (larger than a standard room) to have space to open luggage.
All the staff were extremely friendly, although some didn't speak much English beside a few usual words, even at the reception desk.
The breakfast buffet is not cheap but has an amazing amount of choice, including Japanese but also more Western choices.
Hotel location is great: in a quiet street, but only a couple of minutes away from Shimbashi station, which makes it easy to come from Haneda airport (monorail and then one change for the circle Yamanote line) or go to Tokyo station for the Shinkansen. Close to the metro too. Plenty of shops and restaurants at all prices nearby. Walking distance to Ginza (for upmarket shopping), the Imperial Palace, Hibiya Park etc.
A convenience store is available across the road.
We would surely go back to this hotel in the future if visiting Tokyo again.

This hotel is perfect with excellent service, a great location, and a comfortable environment. It does have a few weaknesses but I will say it is not a very big deal. I will discuss them below.
First, the hotel is located at a great location, which is not only close to Shinbashi Station but also close to Uchisaiwaichō Station and Kasumigaseki Station. The neighborhood around it is not as busy as Shinbashi so if you like a quiet area, it will be a good Choice. However, one thing you need to know is if you want to go to airport with large and heavy luggage, the location might be a little annoying. From the Hotel to Shinbashi Station, you will find many stairs but almost no elevators, especially for Asakusa Line. In other words, you have to carry your luggage downstairs, which is absolutely inconvenient.
Second, the hotel's service is perfect. For example, if you have packages that you ordered on the internet, they will send it directly to your room. If the packages arrive before you check-in. They will send it to your room directly so that you can find it when you arrive at your room.
Third, the overall decoration of the hotel is good, and the view from the room is not bad. You might be able to see the Tokyo Tower, but some buildings might block your view as well. So if you want to see the Tokyo Tower, it's better for you to leave your message before your check-in. Also, as you know the overall room size for Tokyo's hotel is not large, so don't expect large rooms. However, from my personal point of view, I booked the most regular room and the size was acceptable.
Fourth, the hotel only has 4 washing machines, which is definitely not enough. As a result, it will be hard to find one to use.
Finally, the breakfast is good but not perfect. Well but if you think about the overall quality of Tokyo's hotel breakfast, it's not bad. I also tried the dinner once but it was lack of choice, so I would not recommend eating dinner in the hotel.
Overall, I will highly recommend this hotel for everyone except if you think you will have large and heavy luggage with you. If so, you'd better find hotels that are more close to the Shinbashi Station, which will save you time.

I stayed here 3 years ago and gave 2 stars because the room we stayed in was noisy with train noise and they were unable to change rooms for us. But I loved the location and staff so decided to try it again and booked a room away from Shimbashi Station.
Our stay was excellent in every regard. The room was clean and well-appointed, though it's a bit small side for our taste (31m2). The staff was helpful and friendly and most of all, the location is the best. Just 3 minutes to Shimbashi which is a great hub station. There are tons of Izakayas, restaurants, and bars around Shimbashi Station and the majority of them are inexpensive and good!
We used to stay in Shinjuku a lot but I'm liking Shimbashi more and more.
We'll be back soon!
Oh, everything in the room is controlled by a tablet at the bedside which is so convenient. Loved it!

We loved Blossom Hibiya... Fabulous location - just a few minutes walk to Shimbashi station, and then 20 minutes on the Metro to just about anywhere you want to explore in Tokyo, Shimbashi is such a great authentic neighbourhood, and the Ginza rim with all its restaurants are a 10min walk away. As for the hotel itself, it's relatively new, opened in 2019, rooms are very comfortable and modern, small by North American Standards but our room at 25sq metres was perfect, corner unit, King bed, waterfall shower, (and tub too) .. As with most Japanese hotels, there are all the bathroom amenities toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, hair brush, body towels.. the list goes on. The hotel lobby is on the 19th floor and rooms above this so wonderful views of Tokyo from floor-ceiling windows in your room.

Very nice and updated hotel that is a part of a modern building. Great location, which is super close to the Ginza area; there are many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Very nice and extremely polite front desk staff. Beautifully designed lobby. The city views from the lobby level are magnificent. Nice restaurant with tasty food next to the lobby. I got a nice-looking, ideally clean Superior Double Room with a big panoramic wall window. There was a lot of daylight in my room. The bathroom in my room was big and divided by a glass door into a shower room with a big bathtub, and a separate toilet. Very cool modern Japanese toilet with many different functions. Nice bathroom amenities.

Small size of my room. Tiny refrigerator. Small and not really comfortable Double Bed. Slow Wi-Fi. No toilet brush in the bathroom. The plug situation in my room could have been better.

We really enjoyed the Blossom Hibiya. The negative reviews are truly perplexing. Train noise? We didn't hear a single rattle. Small room? This is Tokyo, what do you expect. The lobby is spectacular and our corner room was lovely, with heaps of natural light and a fantastic view across the city skyline. The bath/shower is very modern with good water pressure. Wi fi excellent. Bed very comfortable (we slept like logs). Breakfast was good , with lots of choice - although we wish the staff would clear the used plates. The coffee was awful - but this is Japan - and the Italian guest next to us nearly went into convulsions when he couldn't get a morning espresso. The Blossom Hibiya is great and has become our no.1 choice for accommodation in Tokyo.

Eating options near by, the bus stops and two train stations at a stones throw, clean rooms, great staff both at the reception and housekeeping, breath taking view, clean sheets and bathroom, a small yet compact room providing all one would need. I would rate it higher than some of the 5 stars I have stayed in. I stayed for 9 days and never once felt it was much. Stay here.

it was a good 20min walk from the station with luggage, easy walk though and there is another station very close to the hotel if you didnt want to walk that far. ( have to catch a another train at main station) we used this underground subway when it was raining and it took us out closer to the main part of the city. the hotel has a beautiful entrance and it makes you feel calm straight away. staff were friendly and helpful. we got a welcome drink which was a nice touch. rooms were nice ( we didnt smell anything like other people said) rooms were nice, small like most. there is a lounge area downstairs to get coffee/tea, lots of peanuts and small cans of softdrink and juice. there is also a onsen to use. the foyer is really nice and has a beautiful long table and a few nice areas to sit and chill out for a while. love the carpet in the hallways. we walked to a few districts through the back streets which we loved and was even coming back late at night and felt safe. great little places to see in those streets. there is a small supermarket/ drug store/ mcdonalds just near the hotel.

For the least number of transfers take Keikyu-Kuko line (Aiyo direction) and change train at Mita station for the Mita line towards Nishi-Takashimadaira, then ride three stops to Uchisaiwaicho. Look for exit A4b or A8 which has elevator access to the ground. Then it’s just a few mins walk to the hotel.
I’d highly recommend a free app called ‘JapanTransit’ . Helped me a great deal planning my journeys while I was traveling there. Good luck :)
No, they don't. You don't find hotels that have windows you can open these days.
Maybe not that early in the morning. Why don't you have breakfast at the airport? Or buy something at a train station and eat on the train IF you're going to NRT.
