This review is long overdue, but finally found the time to write it! I stayed at Revivo for a whole week, taking part in one of their wellness retreats and I have to say the experience did not disappoint. From the moment I stepped out of the plane, the experience already starts with someone picking you up and fast-tracking you through security. Once at the property, they kindly upgraded me to a poolside suite, which was super spacious and with a private pool to be shared with the suite next door. Besides the private pool, there was also a common big pool which one could use if they wanted more space and wasn't crowded at all, so perfect for relaxing. The property itself was super clean, while keeping the traditional Bali elements in their decor. The staff was also super friendly and helpful, even accommodating my super late checkout and letting me stay at the room until 8pm that night. Food wise, I was quite impressed! I didn't eat a piece of bread in that whole week, and I didn't even miss it. They have an extensive menu to spice up your lunch/dinner and make sure you enjoy eating healthy. The daily classes were also super enjoyable and beginner friendly. They were also very flexible in changing my schedule to better suit my needs, which i really appreciated. If you decide to go, don't miss the HIIT class with Aya and the water yoga with Dr Sudhin. The first one makes you work hard and the second one is super fun. All in all, would recommend to anyone looking to reset or need an escape from the daily life. It is definitely a place where you will find other solo travelers looking for a reset. I can't wait for the opportunity to come back again!

After a lot of research of wellness retreats I chose Revivo for it’s beautiful rooms and surroundings. I had the rare opportunity to travel alone without my family and the stresses of work to for some much needed rest, relaxation and reset so seclusion was what I was after.
I arrived late after a long journey and I was pleased be checked in quickly and show to my room. I was asked if I would like a small meal brought to my room which I was very grateful for.
My luggage sadly didn’t arrive with me but thankfully Sofyan arranged for a clean set of yoga clothes to be left in my room twice a day (after sessions) until my luggage arrived. He also followed up with the airport to locate my luggage and it was delivered late on my second day.
The meals are delicious, healthy and catered to my fussy appetite. The staff are all very attentive, helpful and an asset to the resort as a whole.
I enjoyed the yoga at the start of the day with a gentle schedule that followed with an exercise class, mediative yoga and a spa treatment spaced throughout the day.
Within a day I felt a million miles away from my hectic life and took the opportunity to slow down and enjoy the pace and peace that Revivo have to offer.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I am planning on returning with my husband as I felt his missed out on this wonderful experience.

Their politeness and accommodation of our needs were truly remarkable. The rooms were immaculately maintained during our stay, and the nightly turndown service added an extra touch of comfort.
The beds were comfortable, although the pillows were not to our personal preference. In hindsight, we should have communicated our preferences, and we are confident that the staff would have been more than willing to assist.
The location of Revivo Wellness Resort, while breathtakingly beautiful, can be a bit challenging to find. Our Grab drivers struggled to navigate the winding roads through the jungle.
To our delight, the resort provided complimentary transfers to the beach and other nearby destinations upon our request. This thoughtful service allowed us to explore the surrounding areas effortlessly. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to receive free roundtrip transfers, further enhancing our convenience and overall experience.
While we regret not being able to take full advantage of the wellness package offered, we remain hopeful that we will have the opportunity to return one day. Revivo Wellness Resort provided us with an unforgettable experience that embraced relaxation, rejuvenation, and exemplary service.

1. Fix bidet in the toilet. As Southeast Asians, we usually use a bidet after passing motion. 2. More amenities such as a comb and a shaver would be much appreciated. 3. Lack of plug point at the vanity area for use of hair dryer. 4. With a slightest turn of the key to lock the room, the key broke off and when I brought it to the reception the receptionist immediately asked me to pay for it. Keys are subjected to wear and tear and the action of the receptionist to immediately say, "Ok you broke it, you have to pay for it" just spoiled my day. 5. The road entering the resort could use some improvements. My Grab driver basically almost got lost from the dark roads and the lack of signage. 6. Tried to arrange for yoga classes in the morning throughout my 3 days 2 nights stay but was told it is not available. 7. We were showed the sauna room and the rest of the facilities, but from the pdf brochure it seems that all of that had to be paid for you to use it. So we rather not try it.
For the price of the room, I had expected more.

I stayed at the Revivo Wellness Resort Bali for 4 nights. Right from the start at the airport pick up the service was flawless.
The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean and management have thought of everything with all the in-room amenities from the carry basket and hats to the torch, international power adaptor, mosquito repellant, and sarong.
The personalised wellness program is presented to each guest with a daily schedule of activities and meals that are customised to the individual. The exercise program includes a range of various activities with a range of yoga classes, meditations, and high-intensity workouts.
The day spa services are first class with amazing therapists the massages and body scrubs were so relaxing, The facilities at the resort are excellent and the swimming pool is pristine, the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm sun.
The restaurant menu is delicious and healthy and those on the wellness program will have their meal plan customised to suit their needs. Everything in the scheduled program from meals to exercise is flexible and there are always staff on hand to discuss this with.
I would highly recommend a stay here for focusing on self and really relaxing, it is truly brilliant.

We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights on immersive wellness level 3 program which includes daily exercises, spa treatments, 4 meals and meditation or other activities.
From consultation to booking to having to do last minute change due to unforeseen circumstances (i.e CODVID!) the staff have gone over and above to accommodate us. Once we arrived we can immediately sense the peaceful and serenity vibes of the resort, the staff are diligently working behind the scenes to keep the place immaculate, every fallen leaf is swiftly swept away.
I’m amazed by the level of personalization they can do with such limited staff, and nothing was too much trouble and they always delivered with a smile!
Initially I was worried about the healthy food as I signed up for the detox program but the healthy food was not only delicious but also very presentable like at a fine dining restaurant.
All the activities throughout the day is the highlight that keeps you engaged, focused yet relaxed at the same time. I met 3 trainers there for yoga & pilates, circuit training and aerial yoga, all were very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, they gave us lots of tips and confidence to gently push ourselves to improve each day.
Kimberly is an absolute star with her wealth of experience and knowledge on anything wellness related and she’s very happy to share all her secrets and tips to help you on your wellness journey even after your stay.
Having stayed at other high end wellness retreats, this one is very special and we enjoyed every aspect of it!

First thing I would like to say is the staff at REVIVO were incredible. All of them were attentive and accommodating. They always greeted us by name, asked if we needed anything and even by day 3 had our coffee orders memorized. (Of which I would highly recommend, the coffee was fantastic for these Seattle natives) The food was a 90% success for us. There were one or two dishes that were a bit bland (kitchari cleanse for example) but there were also standouts like the breakfast tofu scramble (which they kindly sent me the recipe for after my stay) and the full moon garden dinner. The rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing. There were air conditioning units in them which kept them at a moderate temperature. Rooms were cleaned and socked with drinks and fruit every morning and set up for sleep every evening. Bug spray and fresh water provided.
The shuttle service was easy to use and they even arranged a driver for us at a daily rate when we wanted to leave nusa dua.
The excursions I would say were a miss. They all felt a bit inauthentic and tourist trap like. Snorkeling was fun but the food was uninspiring which was a shame given the other restaurants around. The ubud tour was interesting in the beginning at the temples but quickly went south when we where brought to what I would describe as a Bali jungle theme park. This attraction was equiped with fake rice paddies, staged jungle swing photo ops and a decent restaurant and bar for those that want a Pina colada getaway from the tourists "zip lining" across the manicured jungle scape.
The excursions were generally equipped with a togo breakfast or lunch which was nice for the option but far from how I would want to enjoy their dishes which were a personal highlight of our time.
I am looking forward to my next trip to REVIVO for a relaxing getaway but will plan my off site adventures myself.

It’s my first time in Bali. And I wanted to choose a wellness resort where we can chill and take care of myself and my husband.
The best part of Revivo is that all the staffs are really warm and friendly. I felt like I have a Balinese family while I stayed at Revivo. They are genuinely happy to help and engage with visitors. The proactiveness and kindness are best part during our stay.
Secondly, there’s everything you need: massage, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, personal training and work out classes everyday.
Third reason why I loved staying at Revivo is very customizable and flexible. To be honest, I didn't have a high expectation toward food before visiting here. You might get bored with food only available on the menu. I wanted to eat more local food, so I asked the staff. And I had green curry, chicken satay and barbecue. They were delicious. They had a struggle to get ingredients. This is because they just opened after pandemic, which is very understandable for current circumstances. I am very happy that I had a delicious Indonesian food. And most importantly very gluten friendly. My husband has a celiac disease. I was happy that he could get food without any stress. Staffs were very aware of Gluten free allergy. We love their gluten free banana flour bread.
Also we had an airport transfer and express immigration and custom process. It was the best experience 😍 we were stressed and worried about the uncertainty of immigration process because of Covid-19. The hotel suggested us the service and I am so happy the process has been taken care of smoothly.
Lastly after pandemic, I prefer having a small and intimate stay. I hope that a hotel has not too many people and a private atmosphere. It was perfect for that. Of course, you have to keep it in mind that everything is a bit distant since you are in the middle of forest. They have a 15min free shuttle service. If you want to go visit other hotels in Nusa Dua, you can. So I recommend this hotel if you would like to have a hassle free trip and relax.

4. Spa treatments were pretty good if you end up with the right therapist.
Cons:
1. The driver from revivo was 45 minutes late to pick me up from my previous hotel and when I arrived at revivo they wanted to charge me right away for the car transport upon check in. Instead they should either remove it from the bill or add it to the final bill, at the very least.
2. The wellness manager was not around during the first day of my wellness program and no one informed me of my upcoming schedule for the following day.
3. The reception called me early the next day and woke me up asking if I’m joining some ceremony at their temple which no one had told me about because I hadn’t received my schedule or been informed.
4. The HIIT class had an awful instructor who borrowed my phone as a timer and ended up sweating all over it. She even forgot some of her own routines. This quality of instruction was very shocking to me for how much I was paying.
5. The yoga instructor also taught Pilates and cardio and as lovely as he was I didn’t find the beginning and endings of the classes very engaging because he would spend 5 minutes at each point asking us to “thank god” for everything and for our bodies and health. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs but when it’s incorporated in a class like that daily it becomes a bit annoying and redundant.
6. The daily classes are all the same for everyone so it’s not bespoke like the website says, unless you specifically ask for a class you’re interested in and in my case I asked for a meditation class. The wellness program needs to incorporate classes like breath work, meditation etc. and the program should take guests’ individual needs into account.
7. The restaurant, the lounge area and the pool didn’t have any music / ambiance and you can hear other people’s conversations during mealtimes.
All in all I wish I hadn’t booked this retreat for 7 nights and just gone for 3 nights instead because I ended up having to forfeit 3 nights of the room worth $900 due to my underwhelming experience. For a high end resort negotiations should not take place with the customer if they’re feeling dissatisfied.

After spending 7 nights at Revivo in May this year, I recently had the opportunity to return again. This second stay consolidated what a wonderful experience Revivo provides. Sofyan, the GM, is to be commended for the smooth operation of the retreat and personal interaction with guests ensuring they are happy. The reception staff, including Nami and Adi were always friendly and helpful. The very talented wellness coaches, Gustu, Su and Jaka provided great beneficial yoga, meditation and physical training classes. Led by Dewi, the skilful spa staff, including Dina, provided lovely treatments that were very much looked forward to! The food of chef Joshua was again amazingly delicious. The FB manager and the restaurant staff, including Dwi, Suwini, Oka and Ayar provided a service that was exceptional and went above and beyond expectations. Special appreciation goes to those who were patient in helping me with my Bahasa. Thanks also goes to those who looked after my room and the friendly grounds and maintenance staff who always had a friendly smile and greeting. As I did on my first stay, I met some special people who positively impacted my stay. I left Revivo refreshed, taking with me many happy memories and experiences. I look forward to the time I get the chance to return for a third visit.
