Hello Andy, Thanks for taking the time to review us. I have passed your comments re carpet to our maintenance person for repair. I'm happy to her that your experience of our reception and front of house staff was very positive, along with your evening meals. I am concerned that your breakfast was not as it should have been and will be speaking with the breakfast chef on duty during your stay. This, as well as the absence of sufficient juices, will be addressed. I hope this will not put you off returning in the future and thank you staying with us. Best regards, Andrew.
