We stayed here for a couple of nights. The grounds are beautifully kept, it’s got a lovely feel about it.
The swimming pool was very clean, you need a swimming cap (sold in the shop for €2 if you don’t have your own) and it’s open between 1-7pm.
A little shop on site has lots of essentials, ideally take cash as you have to spend €10+ if paying by card.
You need cash for the bus tickets from them too.
The accommodation was clean and the air con was handy. The toilet block was clean and the showers were really good.

This was surprisingly good and exceeded our expectations! We were sceptical going into a campsite however our room was clean and spacious and so were the toilets. There was a pool however we didn’t use it as we only stayed one night and went into venice in the evening. All the staff were helpful and the bus to Venice leaves from right outside and for €1.50 only takes 20-30 mins.

A shady motorhome spot meant that after a hard day in the heat , the van was fine. Such a relief in hot weather! And grateful for the pool too which did the job though busy. Clean facilities, helpful staff, great bin system.
Tara's advice is good. I would only add if you are only getting a bus and one vaporetto return, wait and buy 2 singles in Venice for €15 rather than a €21 runaround ticket, saves a few $.

We had such a great time. The place is so organized by an Italian family. They do everything with love. We had a deluxe small house next to the green. Very clean organized helpful and polite. The bus 🚌 to Venice is only 20m and the bus stop is opposite the camping 🏕. Is like an oasis from the heat and a blast from the busy part of Venice.

Great accomodation to visit Venice: very convenient and cheap bus right in front, super kind staff, optimal free wifi coverage. Clean and confortable even in this hard covid-19 timeframe. Super suggested!

Two girls looking to do a trip to Venice for as cheap as possible. We took a chance with this budget accomadation and it paid off.
We were looking for a cheap bed with easy access to Venice and it's what we got. The cabin had two beds and a wardrobe. Sheets, pillows and heavy blankets were supplied along with a few sockets (Remember to bring adapters!). The cabin was small, but adequate. It had two windows with curtains and the door locked from both sides. It did get quite cold at night but plenty of heavy of blankets were supplied to aid this. We had two beds in a clean room and it's all we wanted.
There is Wi-Fi available in the main reception area. There was a mini market (average prices), a kitchen, outside dining area, option for takeaway pizza and a restaurant that opens from June. The area also had a playground and seemed to be very family friendly, but also appealed to students/professionals like ourselves.
The bus stops to/from are LITERALLY outside the campsite. They come every half hour, and the journey lasts about a half hour. It is a busy route so you may be going to Venice standing, but you will definiely get a seat going toward the campsite.
The campsite is next to a small picturesque town along a river. It's a small suburb, but shows what real Italy is like. Don't get me wrong, Venice city is stunning, but it's nice to be able to walk along the streets looking at shops and restaurants without someone following you to buy a selfie stick, or shouting at you to come in and eat. It was such a nice break from it all! There is a Lidl about 3km away, but you would need a car to get there (or get off the bus earlier and back on to the campsite).
The only thing I wasn't keen on was the bathroom situation. It was about a minute walk from my cabin, and wasn't ideal when strutting out in my PJ's in the morning. But I never stay in campsites, so it was another experience! You can get cabins with your own bathrooms too, but we were skint so went for the cheapest option.
Friendly staff, clean area, comfy bed, and extremely cheap... I would definitely book and recommend again!

Horrible site. Unclean, unfriendly. Offered us what was effectively a shed, with no plugs, insecure windows, boiling hot and humid at the height of the Italian summer. Attempted to make us pay €80, although we left the site before even using our "chalet". Would highly recommend nearby Plus Camping Jolly instead - we booked last minute and for a lower price got a swimming pool, lovely cafe and bar and friendly staff along with our room.

Response from Maria Chiara A, Responsabile relazioni con la clientela at Camping Serenissima
Responded 9 Sept 2015
Dear Sean L, we are very sorry for your negative review. Although some things you wrote are not true, we would like to tell you our opinion. When you arrived, you stayed in the booked bungalow for the whole afternoon. After that you made us notice that the accomodation did not please you (the bungalow was booked with hostelword and costs 52euros minus 15% of deposit, so it cost 44euros and 20cents). Therefore, we offered you another kind of accomodations that cost 80euros per night plus free air conditioning, but you did not accept the offer and wanted to leave without paying the amount: the contract with hostelworld.com has a cancelling police that says the cancellation must be made 24h before. When we told you to pay, you said that if you would have had to pay you would write a negative review. We cannot accept these kind of threats so we had to charge you the 44euros and 20cents that you owned us (we never asked you to pay more of what you owned us, so we did not ask you to pay 80euros). All the reviews we get are important for us, but when something not true is said and ruins our image, it is really unfair. Best regards, M. Chiara

- If you would like to swim in the pool you have to wear swimming camp otherwise you are not allowed to. You can buy cap for 2 euro in the market next to the swimming pool. It is ridiculous how small these are but it is enough for staff.

We stayed in a static 2 bed caravan for 2 nights and enjoyed this site.. it’s a small site with a mix of tents, caravans and camper vans.. has a small shop, a cafe and a restaurant. The staff are very nice and helpful and also has a nice play area for the kids.
The site has a swimming pool where you have to wear a swimming cap. Very clean and nice.
My only feedback is that the pizza’s in the restaurant tastes like they where frozen pizzas cooked in a pizza oven rather than authentic Italian pizza.. which is what I would want in Italy.
I will defiantly come back to this campsite
