Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We stayed in this mid-August bridge, and I must admit that we had a great time, you can breathe a family atmosphere inside the structure. The rooms are very clean, and there is incredible silence ideal for those who want to relax. Central location with respect to the most important places for trekking. Good enough cuisine. A big applause goes to all the staff very helpful and friendly, especially the Owner Mr. Ugo, and the manager of the room Corrado, always careful not to miss anything. Recommended with flying colors.

We chose this property for an alternative day in the mountains.
A fabulous experience, spa with snow view!!!
Qualified and very friendly staff, we also had lunch with traditional Abruzzo dishes in a typical mountain atmosphere with a lit fireplace!
From the hotel you can access the first ski facilities and is in the central area near the facilities that rent snow equipment.

I stayed here from 22 to 24/12 and had a wonderful time. Clean and comfortable room, with new bathroom and forest views. We had half board service but the meals were plentiful and not obvious, cooked with care and imagination. Beautiful spa and mini club for children.

All nice but the strength is the team. From the managers Guido and Ugo who helped us in every second also to free the car from the snow, to Enrico who greeted my son from the snowplow becoming his hero until the bartender Caterina always kind and pretty ended up arriving at Corrado, maitre very kind and nice, and without forgetting Paola and Mirko from the miniclub always ready to play with the little one.

What else to say? I found my place for the winter

Are you a couple? Go there. Are you a family? Go there.

In short... book with your eyes closed because whatever your condition, the Majelletta makes something up.

Thank you all for making our short stay a dream

Going on holiday is an important moment, but if you go to the wrong hotel it's not a holiday but a nightmare! We only stayed 2 days out of the 6 booked, luckily! The photos of the rooms are perhaps the only room that can be defined as such, because ours was so small that it had no living space. The recently renovated bathroom, shame about the condensation and humidity wetting the wall. Poor hygiene. As for the restaurant, I believe that in Italy even the worst chef knows how to cook pasta, except at the Hotel Majelletta where the pasta arrives raw, or the meat burnt, and if you ask for a salad you are completely ignorant. There are 3 waiters, one working, the other 2 twiddling their thumbs. In short, I do not recommend staying in this pension, unless it is the only place left.

Super welcoming hotel, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We stayed for the Easter period, what can I say this hotel offers excellent services from entertainment, to catering, to the spa and indoor swimming pool. You can stay in this hotel even if it's not snowing, as there are so many places to visit. The kind and very knowledgeable reception girl will guarantee you the right location to visit. Ideal for families and for a romantic getaway.

Simple but very clean structure.
Welcoming and helpful staff. We felt at home, homemade but good food, plenty of refills at a more than honest price. The attached spa is excellent.
Even though there was only snow at high altitude, we had a lot of fun. The animator Mirko with the kappa is very nice😅 Sweet Antonella. I would happily return.

We stayed at the end of January with my school group, about 70, at this family-run hotel, for the second year.
Choosing a holiday with kids is difficult, but from the first telephone contacts with Ugo, the director, it proved to be the right one.
Affectionate welcome from the owner, Waiters with Corrado, available, fast and professional, never a problem, Antonella, precise ski instructor and excellent masseur of a spa with swimming pool, intimate, nice and clean. Excellent and very varied catering.
Only problem this year.... the snow!!!
Thanks to Ugo who, with his staff and a brand new storage and rental facility, helped us move to other nearby facilities.
Thanks again to Ugo and all his staff for the pleasant week spent!
See you next time!!!

Wonderful place.. Super attentive to the needs of customers and children. The entertainment for children allows greater relaxation and the possibility of using the wellness center. Recommended absolutely. It is not obvious to find such kindness in a hotel that welcomes many people every day and manages to transmit the love for their work. Congratulations to the owners and all the staff the Maielletta.

We stayed in this hotel during the epiphany period, we had a really good time, all the hotel staff were really kind and friendly, one of the strong points is the perfect wellness center for relaxation and massages, special mention to Antonella in this area .
The flagship of the structure is the Sunbay entertainment, Roberta (as an Epiphany) and Mirko (the Apricenese) have entered my daughter's heart... Good and engaging even in the evening entertainment for us adults.
The only negative note of the holiday was the lack of snow.

We loved the service, atmosphere and everything. The staff was very polite and helpful, made us feel home. We had full dinner, and it was delicious accompanied with great wines. You can easily manage with English here. The nature around the hotel is amazing. Will definitely come back!
