Need my 3+4 quarantine at this hotel and was impressed by their prompt service and quality of food warmly served. Communication was via the Line App and response was always fast and clear. When I needed extra towels or plastic bags, they promptly delivered them to me. The only thing is the light at the working desk could be brighter. I had a room with nice wide view of the next building and traffic, helps during being quarantined. The sound proof was good and I was able to sleep well except for one night when there was some commotion below on the street level. Location is excellent if you plan to explore Xinyi and Taipei, nearest train station is few hundred meters walk.

We travelled as family of 4 (including 2 young kids below 6yo) and booked the Pure Marvelous King Room/ Suite (with additional bed) for our stay late March 2023.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Home Hotel. The room (toilet, bedding, etc) was clean and spacious. Service by hotel staff was commendable. Location is good for elderly and kids because it is near many shopping malls and also the train station. While it is not extremely near the train station, it is relatively near (the distance is definitely fine/ doable for young kids). View is really nice as well - 101 can be seen from our room.

One of our favourite aspects of the room is when all the curtains are drawn, the room is bright. It has this very clean and fresh feel. There is this curtain that separates the sleeping area and the living area. Before the kids are up in the morning, we could draw the curtains in the living area and let the sunlight enter without waking the kids up. Absolutely love it!

Prior to our stay, we have communicated with the hotel staff via email. They were helpful and the responses were timely.

In conclusion, we were very glad with our choice of hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in this area.

We stayed 8 nights at Home Hotel (Taipei), this hotel is located in the center of the Breeze Xinyi high end shopping area, this is a great location, one may use the sky walk way to Taipei 101 and have access to many restaurants and shops. Our suite is spacious, and meticulously arranged. Breakfast is provided with Western and Eastern style. The hotel staff provide great services and are personable.

I was thoroughly impressed by this charming hotel! It boasts the prime location in Taipei, nestled right beside the iconic Taipei 101, Nanshan Plaza, the bustling Breeze Shopping complex, and the vibrant nightlife district. As a business traveler, the Home Hotel met all my expectations. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, with beds that provided the utmost comfort, ensuring a good night's sleep despite the nearby nightlife — a pleasant surprise indeed. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering brunch, lunch, and an all-day dining experience complemented by live music in the evenings. We held several business meetings there, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The ambiance was conducive to our discussions, and the convenience of ordering drinks and snacks was a bonus. Although the hotel offers a complimentary one-hour daily use of a meeting room, we found the restaurant/cafe atmosphere perfect for our needs. Overall, the Home Hotel provided a seamless blend of business and pleasure during my stay.

Stayed in this terrible place called Home Hotel during the mandatory covid quarantine. They have non-existent service. This hotel truly sucks. The owner of this hotel instruct front desk and all employees to provide no service at night to save costs. Their room prices are not cheap, yet they spent no money on service. Customer complaints fall on deaf year. God, I hope this place goes bankrupt. The only reason it has business is because it is on list of covid hotels you can choose from. Anyway, it is such a disappointment.

Stayed at Home Hotel for 3 nights and had a great experience. Giving 4 as I we did not have breakfast and I cannot rate that. Everything else was great about the hotel - the location, service and the rooms. When I stepped into level 1 of the hotel, it felt a bit underwhelming but our room was great. Some have commented saying the rooms look tired. I did not find the rooms to be tired looking, ofcourse they are not the most modern but the layout is good, very clean, good supplies and a huge bed. Our room had a side view of 101 too. It is a good location to stay in because it is a very lively district, and it is great to go out anytime of the day. The service staff is great, communication can be a minor challenge but google translate was a great help!

The best part of the hotel was the ability to use the commercial offsite gym but it was annoying going to reception each time to ask for a pass. Rooms were clean but very noisy all through the night and there was an unpleasant odour throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet was disappointing and of poor quality with minimal nutritious options. However, hotel was well situated right near 101 and shopping district. Staff were generally pleasant.

Went there for just one night. Currently some areas get a refreshment. Cleanliness (carpets) inside room could be improved. - Overall impression is really good. Comfortable rooms at a reasonable price. Friendly and very helpful staff with great knowledge about the area. The Xinyi district itself has quite a vibrant spirit, especially at night it seems. Shops and restaurants close by. Shopping centres like Mitsukoshi just a short walk away. The breakfast restaurant (QUAFÉ) serves good quality, various selection and excellent service as well. - Great for a business stay.

Upon entry, I was a little concerned because the lobby on the 3rd floor seemed quite small. But once in the room I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious size of the room and convenient placement of room facilities and amenities. The location is very convenient with many eateries and malls. Definitely worth the stay if in the Xinyi district.

Really good location at the centre of new development. We didn’t go out till late night as we stayed there to participate in Taiwan Half marathon, but vibe is there, reminds me of Shibuya, yet, hotel room is pretty quiet, cozy and with good enough amenities.
Another good point is close to nature - Xiang Shan park trail and convenient to visit zoo!
Highly recommended.

they give you stubs for daily access to a huge commercial gym nearby (less than 5 minutes away by foot). not sure if there are sauna facilities in the gym though, didn't bother checking all facilities because i mainly lifted weights.

It's easy. You should follow the direction for taxi. Once you exit airport, there's airport staff arranging taxi for you. Depending on traffic, the price will be somewhere around NTD$1,500, i.e. around USD$50. You can tip the driver if you want. Or you can ask the hotel to arrange pickup for you but it will cost more. Taiwan is a friendly place. There're a lot of people helping you as long as you ask.
