Large tatami room, double baths make people feel very comfortable. The activity space outdoor including swimming pool、spa area and open-air cinema are all great experience. Thanks for prepare birthday cake and room preparation. The breakfast set is also delicious, eat a lot and don't have to walk around by yourself. Nice service.
It's a pity that the toilet space is small, and there's no place to put luggage in the hallway. it's easy to het the door when you open the door. The game room may not suitable for those who value parent-child. Overall it's a great and wonderful, would likt to stay again and recommend others.

The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend the Japanese-style room rather than the Western-style room. The staffs were nice, and the swimming pool was great. The breakfast was combined with the specialty cuisine style in Suao, I don’t recommend the hamburger option.

Clean, lightweight and comfortable bed, a unique hot spring place. Sitting in the mountain city. Closing to various food, snack and seafood shops. Remote and quite but convenient travelling place. I hope to spend more time htere to have experience different life.

We stayed here for 3 days hoping to experience a hot spring hotel. When we arrived - we were somewhat disappointed. The hotel seemed totally deserted (we came during low season). The resort was virtually empty.
The rooms were nice (a little on the small side), but the highlight was that each room had its own hot and cold tub so we could experience the hot/cold right in our own room!
The resort grounds were very clean and well kept, but the pools weren't too inviting to dip in. There is only one indoor swimming pool and the outdoor hot/cold pools were not well labelled, so we weren't sure what pool was what. So the resort hot/cold pools as part of the resort were disappointing.
We eat at the hotel buffet and evening dinner. We choose the fixed meus. While they had a lot of dishes, the quality of food wasn't great. Even their French Toast didn't really taste like French toast. So the dining experience there was disappinting, especially the set menus for dinner.
There isn't much to do on the resort as well. There is an exercise room and a baby room and play room. It was ok, but again - it was virtually empty and not staffed by anyone, so there isn't much for kids to do on the resort.
We have been to different hot bath hotels in Taiwan and I must say, this was a disappinting experience and we would not return for the price we paid. The food was nothing special, the hot/cold pools were a let down. The only positive highlight was the in-room mini hot/cold tubs.

Came here with my bf for his birthday, the pace is very beautiful, stayed in western style double room, they have very nice pool and friendly staff. But! Ordered a special meal ( each person was around 1,500nt) was definitely not worth that money, wasn’t full and stomach was uncomfortable on the next day :( bar is same, was expecting it to be better 😅 options of the breakfast menu was limited , no buffet. feel the price is too high for that..

Very good quality of hot & cold springs which makes people relaxing. Also,i love the public swimming pool, and all the facilities are very beautiful and cozy. Because of those above, unexpectedly, we desiced to stay one more day, which totally 3 nights there.

more than 18 pools with elegant atmosphere and excellent view. They serve breakfast in a great order. All we have there meet a high standard of clean and taste. I will visit again and hope they can refurbish the space in B1 where has Gym, Sofa and kids' facilities.

Have stayed 2 nights on 5th and 6th May with some friends. Really feel the warm hospitality upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. All staffs are very courtesy and helpful. At first we were greeted by a pretty lady who explained some details of the hotel and arranged us taxis to go out for lunch first as their check in time is after 3 pm. When we go back after lunch, each of us is offered a plastic hand strip and then the lady showed us the way to the main building where restaurant, bar and rooms are located. She explained all the details and informed us that each of us can enjoy one free drink in the bar each day. Also the slippers in the room can be took away as souvenir. We all like the pair of slippers and because we stayed 2 nights, so each of us are given 2 pairs of slippers. You can choose the sizes. Talking about the hot and cold springs, they are the main theme of this hotel. Even though there are 2 pools in each of our rooms, we never had any chance to use because we are using the public ones on the ground floor. May be it is not the right season to visit Yilan cause it kept raining and raining, so we spent most of our time in hotel using their facilities such as the springs, the swimming pools, dry and wet sauna, and gym room as well. For hot and cold springs as well as swimming pools, they have both indoor and outdoor. Temperature at outdoor is slighter hotter than indoor springs. But for indoor springs, they have the jaccuzzi with different holes at different locations, so you can choose which position you need to do more to make yourself comfortable. Outdoor swimming pool is bigger than the indoor swimming pool. To tell you the truth, we all feel our skin is improved, soft and supple and slippery. So remember to spend more time using their facilities. You will sure like it. We stayed at western style room with only double-bed, no twin bed. Room is spacious enough and bed is comfortable. You will also feel the safety and privacy of this hotel, they only allow inhouse guests to use their facilites, that is the reason why each guests will be given a plastic hand strip, with this hand strip, you need not have to carry money or room keys when inside the hotel. This is really convenient, whenever you need to pay for a drink in the bar or you want to buy souvenir at the shop, they will record your expenses by using the hand strip, so you just pay the balance when at check out. One thing need to remind you is that you need to bring along swimming hat if you want to use the swimming pool. Free wifi is available at rooms and main building, of course at reception as well. For breakfast, it is set menu, for main dish, they will have 3 choices: congee, noodle or burger. You can choose to drink juice or soya milk, for coffee, you may ask for cappuccino, this is better than just the normal coffee. While we are having our breakfast, we were greeted by the Resident Manager - Mr Frankie Lau, he is a very nice guy chatting with us about the hotel and about his career and everything, most important, we speak the same language - Cantonese, he is originated from Hong Kong! However, it is better to eat your lunches or dinners outside as there is not much to choose in the hotel's restaurant. Fine with us as we all like to try the seafood in Su Ao or Yilan there. However, we suggest to eat at typical casual restaurants (not the expensvie ones), we had tried one 'Fu Meei Seafood' near the Su Ao railway station but we did not enjoy the food there. We all enjoy our stay, it is not only because of their facilities but also their warm hospitallity.

I stayed for two nights at the hotel, with breakfast and dinner included. The service at the hotel was very good. A lot of seafood for dinner and the food was meticulously designed and laid out. The room is very nice, with two bathtubs for hot springs. The spa treatment was fully booked though, so next time will need to book in advance. There are only double beds available, no twin rooms, so that is one downside. The other downside is that the transportation to go to the hotel is not so convenient and so we took a taxi from Taoyuan International Airport in Taipei which was quite pricey. Otherwise it was a very good holiday!
