Service
More than 30 years ago, Yinsherb chose Hualien Ji'an Gancheng, which is located in the foothills of the Central Mountains, to establish an organic herb business that protects the natural ecology. Seasons changing, farmers are farming and pasturing, making Yinsherb a steady development as an index industry in the east of island. After three years of preparation and construction, Gaeavilla Resort officially opened on May 16, 2019. We look forward to allowing more visitors to Hualien to experience the truth, goodness, and beauty of organic herbs, and get a more comprehensive experience. Intimate and complete seven sense healing vacation experience. Gaeavilla Resort, the only one in the country and rare in the world featuring organic herb as its theme, has swept the tourist market since its opening. When you come here, you can sniff the fragrance of herb in the breeze at will, and meet the pure natural ecology on the 20,000 square meters of non-toxic land. The green building that respects the environment and the highly private space allows the body and mind to rest in the mountains, the sea, the heaven and the earth, to exile oneself leisurely, deep into the dialogue with everything, immersed in the inner peace and tranquility.

A quiet and isolated resorts if you stay here for 2 days for the real refreshed and relax rest. However, many points are needed to be improved.

The staff are needed to be well trained since there are many details they can't help and don't answer properly. The swimming pool is not clean and there are too many small mosquitos and can't stay outsides.

Overall, you can stay in the room for 2 days for enjoy the peaceful vibe, but not recommend to stay outsides.

Hello everyone, I am Dandan who is superficial and likes to be praised! This article is about Yangyuemeidi Resort Hotel.

This hotel is also not cheap in Hualien and features a seven-sense healing garden. Let’s take a look!

/Room Type/ Double Room Check-in on weekdays NT$7,300 including breakfast

Five quick thoughts:
1. The park is quite large but the style is a bit like a resort hotel from thirty years ago.
2. There is no choice in the wilderness, but the restaurant needs to be strengthened
3. The swimming pool is large and beautiful, creating a resort feel
4. The room is spacious and the decoration is "mature and stable"
5. The bathroom has a nice texture and you can even turn on the steam.

The following are my personal, subjective and narrow-minded feelings:

/Experience/
This place doesn't look like a restaurant that just opened a few years ago. Maybe the style is not modern and not to my personal taste. For the price, I didn't feel the corresponding value. But the service quality of the hotel staff is good!

Breakfast is a bit ordinary, but the herb classroom in the park is quite interesting. Maybe you can experience fresh picking and eating?

I think it's because I don't fit in with the magnetic field of this hotel, and I'm not the target customer group they want to serve. I'll just treat it as a check-in this time, but the swimming pool is really beautiful. Friends who like to take beautiful photos of the swimming pool can consider it.

Two stars for the management and the hotel’s design and decoration, including but not limited to the building and its facilities. The staffs although appeared to be diligent were poorly trained and inexperienced. For instance, upon completing check-in, no staff was available to lead us to our room; instead, the receptionist asked us to go to the room alone.

The room is not small but the hotel failed in many details. For example, the flower in the room was dying (see attached picture ) and dust covered all the shutters.

Only two lifts at the north side of the entire building; guests at the south side must walk all the way down the hall way to get to the lifts.

Pool water was too warm, at 33 C., which the staff explained that it was because of the heat from the sun. Although I agreed that the two days I stayed it was very warm, I never felt the pool water too warm when I was in any hotels in Thailand or Vietnam, where the sun was bitter and the weather was even warmer than in Hualien. I think there is a technical issue with their pool.

To sum up, given the above, the hotel charges too much. It is a 3-star hotel at best.
I do not recommend this hotel.

A very poorly managed resort. Poor service quality and the resort seems to be indifferent to customers’ feedbacks. We encountered a lot of problems during our stay (weren’t able to check-in as scheduled; no one greeted as when we arrived and no one helped to carry our luggage). It’s been a month since our stay and it seems like they have decided to ignore our comments. Please do yourselves a favor - avoid this place!

This hotel’s service is not ready, the stuff are not friendly , the room are not impressive but the price is very high. I feel veryoffend, not recommend for anyone especially foreign client!
The location also not convenient , so far from the night market or train station so you only can eat in this hotel’s restaurant.

Due to staff travel arrangements, we arranged to stay in Yangyue. The room was well-equipped and provided with mosquito repellent. Since there was a typhoon during our stay, we could only spend most of our time in the room. However, the steam room in the room is very special and allows you to relax. , but be careful when the steam comes out, it will be very hot nearby. The hotel swimming pool and herb garden are also explained. It is good if you want to take a vacation, but their hot pot soup is completely tasteless and bland😅
