The property and rooms were just like the pictures. The spa was disappointing. I went for a pedicure (the price was just a little more than the local places) . The tools such as nail file and buffer and cuticle oil that were meant for one time use were being used on me. The metal instruments like the clippers and cuticle cutters were not sealed and just on a plastic tray.. I should have left then. The nail polish selection was 10 colors are from different brands. It took four tries to find one that wasn’t lumpy or so thinned out. They were not shiny anymore. The next day, I tried a different spa for my hair as the hotel does not offer hair service.. the ladies at the spa couldn’t tell that my pedi was only 19 hrs old. It was embarrassing . They gave me a discount just so I had enough cash to pay for the polish change that I needed . The polish was OPI and after 2 coats is was still patchy and dull. Marriott is the second largest hotel chain in the world and should have pedicure instruments that are properly sanitized. The nail polish selection shouldn’t look like leftover bottles from guests, but that’s what it looked like. Having to choose 3-4 bottles left behind in guest rooms. Everything else about the hotel is wonderful. The breakfast is a great value. You should definitely add it to your package.. but skip the spa.

Exceptional value with the best rest I have had in ages. Staff were incredibly helpful, accomodating, arranging multiple things for my friend’s birthday. We prefer not to sleep in the same bed so had two king singles that were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in a twin configuration. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning perfect to keep the room cool all night. Cocktails every night were included in our package and we enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar as we enjoyed them. Breakfast for us was also there every morning and the food choices were so many it was hard to choose each day! Many gluten free options were also included for my friend who is coeliac. From then housekeeping staff, to the waiters, managers and even the chefs at the rooftop restaurant, those at the splash pool bar, to the luggage handlers and staff behind the front desk, everybody went out of their way to ensure we had a good stay. The beach is a short walk away through a local village temple after 8am and we mostly lounged at the pool each day. I would definitely go again!

We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the cheerful and welcoming staff! In addition, John the on-site manger went above and beyond to create an exceptional experience.
The hotel is conveniently located with many attractions nearby, and the rooms are comfortable and impeccably maintained. Housekeeping staff are always cheerful, and we enjoyed the many (towel) animals left on the bed!
The breakfast buffet is outstanding and features many varieties of foods, in addition to an omelet station and a barista for all coffee types.
We won’t hesitate to return on our next visit!

Clean and functional and the staff are lovely, but this hotel doesn't have the Sheraton brand quality.
The rooms are a good size, clean, bed is super comfortable and they have big fat fluffy pillows!
Good sized bathroom, clean, decent toiletries however the towels have seen better days and were very old an threadbare which is quite unpleasant to look at and use – hotel towels should not be worse than the towels that you have at home. The bathroom lighting is very dim and it is hard to put make up on. There is no hair dryer in the room, but one is available if you call house keeping. The light over the hand basin kept flickering which is quite annoying and the hand basin tap had a funny spluttering flow. All these things could have been fixed prior to a guest checking in, as it is annoying for the guest.
Nice pool and the water is a good temperature. Nice sun loungers to relax in. Fitness centre was available but we did not use it.
Breakfast catered for many nationalities including Indian and Indonesian specialities such as satays which were grilled beautifully. Omelettes were great. The breakfast area is well set out to get your food, service is polite and efficient and lovely indoor and outdoor area to sit in to enjoy your breakfast.
All the staff we encountered were lovely and very welcoming.
The location isn’t great. The hotel is located roughly 350 metres off the main drag down an alley which you will need to bring a torch with you if you intend to walk to and from your hotel in the dark as there are many trip hazards, pot holes which you can’t see in the dark. You can see the beach from the roof top of the property, but you need to go about 2.5 kilometres around the block to get to the beach, unless you take the short cut through some dingy alleys to get to the beach using this short cut, but I would not recommend it in the dark even with a torch!
This hotel is not for people with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs and the ramp to wheel up your suitcase is really steep.
For a Sheraton Branded property it is rough around the edges and could do with some maintenance, however it is clean and functional and provides all the basics for a comfortable stay.

I only stayed one night for NYE (I attended a party at Atlas Beach Club) and also have Titanium status at Marriott. I had a great experience from check in to check out. I was offered a welcome drink and hot towel while I sat and checked in which was fast and efficient and friendly! I was given a complimentary 15 minute massage which I was able to schedule right as I arrived which I needed after 30+ hours of traveling and got me refreshed before heading to a NYE party! I also was given complimentary breakfast and enjoyed great service there especially one of the chefs who personally brought me over my bowl of laksa! The room itself was fantastic - it was clean and I was even given some complimentary nuts which came in handy when I wanted something to snack on after the NYE party. And checking out the manager made sure I was comfortable while waiting for my Grab driver. I would definitely stay here again!

Quite disappointing considering that it is a Marriott hotel. I booked this hotel because I've had good experience staying at other Four Points, however, the sevice and the condition of the room was below average.
First, when we checked in, we weren't informed of any of the services, such as the time and the location of the breakfast, the operational hours of the swimming pool, etc. By the way, there was no common greeting in the room(welcome note with fruit, etc.) that is usually provided by a hotel of this level.
Second, it was quite difficult to locate the staff. When we were at the pool, there wasn't anyone to receive our order and give information on towels. We had no choice but to wait for several minutes before one of the staff showed up. By the way, the towels were in very bad shape. (New towels have been placed now)
Third, the condition of the room was disappointing. The refrigerator was broken and the hairdryer was full of dust as if it hadn't been used for years. The AC was not as cool as it should be.
I would hesitate to recommend this hotel. It is better off to stay at a different hotel with this price. This place certainly does not meet the standard of Marriott Bonvoy.
By the way, the staff seems to have no intention to provide good service. During breakfast, no one cared about cleaning our table until we had to ask one of staff to do so, and it was really slow.
I have added two more stars due to the politeness and kindness of the majority of the staff. I hope my review could contribute in improving the quality of the hotel.

Im a titanium elite member, and I book this hotel for family vacation via bonvoy apps for 2 rooms, with high expectation of good service and relaxing vibes. it turns out the experience wirh this hotel is so bad 1. During my check-in which was around 9 pm, i have to wait around 20 minutes because there was no staff standby at counter 2. My room 228, the water in toilet didnt work and I cant flush my toilet, after I struggle to fix the water outlet, then I can flush after waiting about 5 minutes 3. My children room 218, got water leak from above drainage, and made the floor flooded 4. Lastly the staff call and ask us to immediately check out at 12 pm, despite the hotel already confirm with me during check in that I can check out at 4 pm, since im a member of bonvoy
Bonvoy please check this hotel standard, it can ruin your reputation and image for delivering excellence service and great hotel

This is an excellent hotel with the best ever breakfast buffet we have experienced. The chefs are proactive in cooking fresh for you just to your taste. In addition there is a pair of Rindik musicians to accompany you through the morning service. The hotel is reached from quite a steep set of steps from the road so I would be cautious if you have any mobility issues. I believe there is lift access from the basement car park. The roof top bar is excellent for having a drink to watch the sun set, although a little lacking in atmosphere. Bedrooms are spacious, most with a view of the pool area. There is a good selection of restaurants and bars within walking distance. You can walk to the beach, although the route is somewhat secondary. The hotel is lacking a concierge service, but the staff more than make up with their can do attitude. They are conscious that everyone has the best experience at the Four Points as they can

Four Points is centrally located to everything. Four Points has a great room selection including swim out rooms, to their top floor penthouses. They have a fantastic size pool and multiple eating areas with a rooftop bar. There is also a conference center and a gym. The breakfast is an amazing selection from a worldwide cuisine. The staff however are the reason you stay there and then return again and again. Devi, who is the manager, has the staff jumping and their service is next level. Whether it's kitchen staff, pool staff, cleaning staff or laundry staff they all are the most respectful and attentive group of people that i have ever seen. The grounds are kept perfectly so if you're heading to Bali as a couple, family or business, make this the place you stay.

The main pool of which there are swim up rooms on the ground floor, however i believe there was a pool to the rear of the buildings which wasn't been used.
There are more places to choose from in the Kerobokan Kelod area.
