Ok, if you are coming to Tam Coc STAY HERE. This place is so beautiful and owners make you feel right at home. We were greeted with hot tea, Mango juice, and fresh fruit when we arrived. Every time you come back to the bungalow they meet you with hot cinnamon tea and a welcome back. Every night they bring a floral footbath to your room along with ginger tea to promote relaxation and sleep. Bungalow is fantastic with a view you cannot beat. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Fast internet. It is serene and quiet here. Town is a 7 minute walk with loads of places to eat. This town in general is very friendly. They have bicycles included that you can use for free or rent a scooter for 100,000 Dong a day ($4 US) Getting around is very easy. They give you a map of all the places to go and trust me, you can figure it out. The included breakfast every morning gave you eggs, pancake, toast, cucumber, tomato, yoghurt, cheese, muffins, juice and coffee. Pool is large and really nice. I cannot recommend this place enough

It isn't a 5 star luxury hotel but I love the place, I would love to stay there when I come back to Tam Coc. The location isn't really the center of the area but it is next to the rice field. It is very peaceful.
There are rooms only at ground level. The dining area is over the reception area, which is the only 2nd floor.
Their service is really wonderful. I was welcomed with refreshing drinks and fruits. Each time I went back to the bungalow, who looked like an owner gave me a glass of cold tea. You can have a free footbath, you just let them know in advance, You can soak your foot in the hot water with herbs.
Renting a bicycle is also free of charge.
There must be lots of mosquitoes in the area but there is a mosquito net, it is really helpful. Surprisingly, you can expect enough amenities including a hair dryer. There is complimentary coffee (Freeze dry type) , tea and pet bottle water but there is no kettle in the room. I had to go to the reception to get boiled water in the morning for coffee. There is a fruit knife in the room, you can stock some fruits in the mini fridge.
The room is very lovely, it looks very lodge. closet, mini fridge, AC, chairs. Also 2 more chairs in front of your room. As the wall is thin, you will have to hear the noise of next room unfortunately (especially, shower/toilet flush sound)They have wifi but it is weak.
The breakfast is also pretty. Toast, sunny side up, fruits, juice, yogurt, cheese and coffee or tea. Breakfast is served between 0700 and 1030. It will take 30 minutes to prepare. I had to wait for 30 minutes although I had to eat at 0700. You might want to inform what time exactly you want to eat breakfast if you are in a hurry. You can have dinner at the property.

Excellent homestay. Greeted with cinnamon tea and fresh fruit. Our transfer and our day tour was organized by the owner. Family owned homestay. They take pride in their homestay by always cleaning the grounds and making you feel very welcomed. The breakfast is great with fresh fruit, pho, eggs. We just ordered the pho and it was great. They gave me a lift with their moped to the Tam Coc boat trip. Great hosts. Gave us a bag of water and chips for our journey when we left. Would definitely stay there again.

This family run business made our time in Tam Coc very special. Nothing was too much to ask the owner and his family. Breakfast is included with the room and whilst you are only a short (safe) walk from the town, you can get your dinner at Wonderful Bungalow too with quite an extensive menu. See other reviews re evening footbaths, free bicycle use etc. The owner is happy to arrange a car and driver for the day. Having travelled and stayed in many countries, this must be up there with the best hospitality. Many thanks to you and your wonderful family.

As soon as we booked we had a message from the owner telling us the best and cheapest way to get here. On arrival we were given freshly squeezed mango juice, tea and biscuits and a plate of fresh fruit. The people running this place are amazing, friendly, funny and so so helpful. Completely spoiled. Every time we returned from an outing we had cinnamon tea to welcome us back. A scented foot spa was prepared for us at bedtime and a hot ginger and honey tea❤️ Room and facilities were fabulous, roomy and clean, with tea, coffee and fresh fruit in the room. Location is superb. As is the breakfast.

From the moment you arrive you feel like family, Tuan and his wife make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Tuan is so helpful with anything you may need booked or organised. This accommodation is just lovely, rooms are great, beds are very comfortable and its only a short bike ride (which are free to use) or walk into town. The views are beautiful and its so peaceful. The delicious breakfast is served every morning and Tuan even cooked for us (8 people) each night we where there. And the foot bath at the end of each day was amazing. I would definitely go back.

When we went to Ninh Binh we picked this bungalow based on positive reviews. We were not disappointed: what a great hospitality! At arrival we were welcomed with a drink and fruit snacks and every day they prepared a hot footbath to relax the feet and lemon tea to have a good nightrest. Besides that, they also gave great advice about things to do and last but not least, the rooms were very clean and comfortabel. We would definitely recommend this place. They treat you as a king and queen.

We recently visited Tam Coc, Ninh Binh and picked this bungalow based on positive reviews. This beautiful bungalow is managed by Tuan & Dung and they are truly wonderful hosts. On the day of our arrival, the local bus driver dropped us a wrong location which was further out from the bungalow. I called Tuan and he came right away to pick us up. Upon our hotel arrival, the couples had prepared welcome drink and fruit snack ready for us before taking us to our beautiful room. During our stays, we checked out the bikes everyday free of charge to experience the bungalow surrounding beauties. At the end of our trekking day, Tuan always remembered to prepare foot bath buckets with hot water and bring them to our room so we can relax out feet free of charge. This lovely couple treated us and everyone stay at this bungalow like family members. And I almost forget to mention they cooked us delicious homemade breakfast each morning. This is absolutely a must stay if anyone wants to visit Tam Coc, Ninh Binh. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place. The location was brilliant overlooking the fields but only a 5 to 10 min walk into town. The owners were lovely and all the staff were kind and helpful.We was welcomed with food and drinks which was welcoming after a 12 hour train journey.The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy.The pool was refreshing after a long day.Breakfast was super 10/10.The little touches like the ginger teas on returning from a day out and the free foot soaks were great.There was free bikes on site but we didnt use them as we hired mopeds . This was our 5th stop on our 3 week break (3 more to go) and the best.I Loved everything about this place. They have got it spot on. 100% recommend.
