We stayed for one night at Amanoi and our experience was absolutely beyond our expectations! The service was personalized, anticipatory and impeccable. From the moment we stepped off the plane, we were whisked away to a luxury car transfer and from then on every single logistical detail was well taken care of. We felt like VIPs during our stay, yet the service was never intrusive. The villa was wonderful and had an amazing view of the bay, and the infinity pool was the best! We hiked up to Goga peak and the view was absolutely stunning. The afternoon tea was great and the food was refined and delicious! We loved the zen and peaceful atmosphere and left totally content and recharged. We have now become Aman junkies!

Everything about Amanoi is excellent.
From the welcome to the check in, smooth and efficient.
Pavillions have spectacular views and the rooms are Aman style, it adopts to the sorroundings and well kept spotless and minimal chic. No fancy stuff...just true, indulging, conserved nature. Its a luxury for the senses.
The spa yoga and pilates were a pick me up everymorning, an energy boost before indulging in a healthy breakfast of pho noodles, fruits, fresh shakes.. All lovely and yummy.
Thank you to all staff , such a pleasurable stay.
We feel so pampered. Just how a holiday should be.

The programs were also super, street food tour, Cham
Dinner and Ba Chins house dinner.
We had fun. And the beach and the rock infinity pool ijust tops it all...And as the day ends you are more than ready to have a delicious dinner in their main restaurant with the fishing boats lights afloat on the beautiful bay. Total bliss.

Aman you never dissapoint, hope you keep this high standards forever.

We will always be a fan. We are ready for our next Aman in Marocco, looking forward.

My wife likes to up her game for my birthday surprises and I have to say that she outdid herself this time. This is an amazing resort. From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, attentive but not overly so and very professional. The resort itself is beautiful and spacious and the villa, well that was stunning. We stayed in villa number 11 which is an ocean view with private pool, a big private pool! As this location is far from any other facilities you really need to eat all your meals there but the kitchen does an exceptional job. If I had one complaint it would be that they really overcharge for the drinks. I don't mind paying a little extra but this was a little extreme and I feel unneccessary. All in all though this was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend it! Thanks to the team.

The service in Amanoi can be said to be the best of the best, the best of the places I've ever stayed.

My family's villa has 2 private butlers 24/24. The butler is arranged at the door of the villa, so from early morning to late at night, whenever needed, each of them will present immediately, every step out of the villa you will be accompanied by the butler everywhere. Attentive service, dedicated.

Not lavish or splendid, the difference of Amanoi is the design to maximize comfort, privacy and quiet for customers while still integrating with nature. Our villa area is a thousand square meters, each room is a villa, separated by a garden, living area is arranged independently including living room, dining room, spacious private swimming pool with a view to Vinh Hy bay. The amenities in the room are good, not only complete but also surprisingly detailed.

The resort has many entertainment services so both children and adults are busy all day without worrying and boredom. Climbing and watching the sunrise in the morning, scuba diving to watch corals, yoga, learning to make cakes, rowing in the bay, ... struggling all day is not over.

The minus point is that the beach is small and not beautiful. Since it mainly serves American and European customers, Vietnamese food is cooked in a Western style, the menu is not rich either.

Aman-Amazing. Every time. We stayed 3 nights as a couple with 2 other friends in a gorgeous 2 bedroom Residence overlooking the most beautiful ocean. The most wonderful infinity pool. The best butler (Linh) and attentive staff (Jenny). As with all Aman properties, the accomodations are perfectly designed, so comfortable, and luxurious. After the noise of Hanoi, the quiet of Amanoi was perfect. Who would ever leave the property? a perfect place to relax, read, swim and enjoy. Breakfast was very nice and the menu was perfect in variety. We also enjoyed the afternoon tea with cold ginger beer! After swimming, it was wonderful to shower with the glass door open, gazing at the ocean. Our butler Linh paid attention to every little detail as you would expect. She even guided us up to the top of the hill that overlooks the entire property-complete with cold towels and bottled water! Such lovely service with a smile-we appreciated every touch that made us feel at home. The ocean was very clean. Even the beach attendant added little surprises, coming up with a tiny coral bowl filled with colorful shells as a souvenir to take home. Impressive. Don't miss a massage at the spa, it was top shelf. We splurged on the private BBQ dinner at the rock pavilion the final night and it was every bit as delicious as we anticipated. Kudos to the managing staff, Joy, Phillipe, and the delightful head Chef, Pip. Well done.

Amanoi offers total privacy (I loved the feeling of being far away from the civilized world and the stress of daily life) while service is just impeccable and attentive without being intrusive, especially Anh & Nam. It was already dark when we arrived and the tall grey columns that lined the huge corridor of steps towards the lobby entrance glowed in warm candlelight and soft lighting. Was greeted by Anh who was so gracious in welcoming us. I knew that we will definitely be well taken care of. Nam offered to show us around this ultraluxe resort spread within the National Park the next day, explaining each location/experience in details & patiently waiting for us to take photos. So many staff members were superb, amongst the best I have ever encountered. Greeting you with smiles on their faces, prompt & efficient, humble & genuine. The Pavilion we had, furniture made of natural wood and gives a neat & beautiful feeling. Room is serviced continuously throughout the day and the staff just magically knows when you’re not there. Every time we left the room, returning to find that it had been tidied, ice topped up, new towels provided etc. Everything I needed for the hot weather was provided - there is a selection of amenities: sun hats, flip flops, slippers and a box containing a travel adapter, mosquito coil, suncream and all.

In addition to the mountains & sea, we enjoyed chilling out at the Cliff Pool. It was just peaceful, taking a sip in the water to cool ourselves and again, we witnessed their seamless service at work once again - the staff came with drinks & sorbet, yet not disturbing the photo-taking moments.

The list could go on.. so to cut this short, for me, this place truly achieved tranquility & exclusivity. It was hard to let go of the luxury I had grown accustomed to during my very short 3night stay at Amanoi.

I visited this property for three nights in June 2019 (mountain pool villa), but forgot to write a review until now. I was in the area on my motorbike, passed by and thought I'd write a much deserved review.

There are many hotels and resorts that charge $1,000 + per night. But not many of them can justify their cost beyond name recognition. Amanoi is different.

The entire hotel is seamlessly integrated into the Nui Chua National Park and holy hell, they did a terrific job. It's clear that they only removed just enough vegetation to slip in a villa or swimming pool. This process had to of been painstaking, expensive and difficult.

The architecture of this place is photogenic and tasteful. I can't envision taking a bad picture here. Not to mention, every villa is huge — around 130m2 or more.

The service was polite, warm and friendly. Sometimes it felt like there was staff around, but the moment you needed someone — there they were — like ninjas.

Food here was good. I enjoyed everything I ate and didn't have a problem with the prices. But the menu is small. I'd imagine tiring of it after 3 or 4 days.

If you have some extra cash during your next trip to Vietnam and you're on the fence about visiting Amanoi — just go. It'll be a highlight.

As a hotelier myself and having worked with IHG for more than 12 years and across 3 countries, I can tell you that the team at Amanoi are amazing.

My husband and I stayed here for a recent getaway from Da Nang. We were warmly greeted at the airport with a well appointed vehicle. Our driver spoke fluent English and was discreet.

Upon entering the resort, the reception team offered us our welcome drink and cold towels. I can’t remember the scent used, but do remember the experience. (The small attention to details).

Check in was a breeze and we were escorted to our Villa. Wow, well... That is an understatement. I have seen many a resort and hotel before. These villas are very well appointed and the decor is enduring of the location.

We decided to stay in the Villa and order in as we felt like Kings. Room Service took just on 45 minutes which for me, was rather impressive given we ordered a substantial amount. Entrees were delivered first, then main course came later. How wonderful!

I could go on writing about this property all day long, but I wont. What I will say is that you need to come here. I am somewhat surprised to see other reviews that don’t share my opinion. From the sounds of it, maybe its from a competitor... Just saying.

Do it, you will not be disappointed.

The reason we went to Vietnam was to stay in Amanoi since we heard god thing about it. The moment we arrived in Cam Ranh, we had greeted by the Aman staff, inside the baggage pick up zone, something that we were surprise since we never seen the airport picker service like this.

They room we stayed was Amanoi Ocean Pool, with the view facing ocean and hills - stunning! We love the sunrise time, even a bit tough during our stay since the weather was raining most of the time. Even the rain was high, it gave charming element of it. Suddenly I felt the villa was so zen with the pouring rain.

One big highlight was the afternoon canapes which i didnt expect that mindblowing. I thought it was just afternoon canape in the beach looking at sunset...NO! They brought us to the hidden cliff, with 20min of boating...and when we arrived, i was speechless. Once you stay here, make sure to book this activity, if needed, in advance. The surprise element, Phillip, was helping us to set private dinner in one of their top level villa. Back then, we were supposed to have dinner in lotus lake but the weather was bad. They decorated the villa very beautifully which we were expected that they would do it. These were the Aman experiences that makes you want to stay at Aman and becoming Amanjunkies. There are many stunning property, beautiful resort...but, this service will make Aman is Aman.

The only cons during our stay was our experience during Vietnamese dinner set. We were almost got charge for corkage fee due to our own wine. Something that is unsual for restaurant inside resort if you stayed in their property, especially in Aman. I was in multiple Aman property so I knew that this charge was supposed to be part of their services.

Overall, I hope one day I can go back to Amanoi again!

I stayed at amanoi 3 nights with my wife and child. I have to say this is the best hotel I've been to hands down. Hotels should strive to be like amanoi. They are now my gold standard for how Hotels should be. They are so much better than the two other amans I've been to. Service is unparalleled. You really feel the sincere service the staff offer, not to mention smart service. They act on my requests even before they come out of my mouth. They are always steps ahead in thinking what the guests might want or need. The rooms were spotless and cleaned everything we left the villa. You never really see any of the staff they're like invisible fairies making everything how it should be. The food was superb and the sights are never really captured by photos. View from the sea facing villas are amazing and so is the trek to goga peak. The feel of desert, mountain and sea all mixed together is uncommon and fascinating. Such a wonderful experience

Aman’s own website provides rack rate pricing for budgeting purposes. But for that length of stay, I would highly recommend emailing them to ask for their best price. I would also ask about what food and beverage inclusions they would offer you.

There are other ways- 1. 10mins kayaking (free from resort) will get you to the floating fish house where they raise fish in the sea. You can see them easily from the Beach Club. A little further, 20mins kayaking will get you to Vinh Hy bay nearby for yummy locally-raised lobster. 2. Ask the waitress at breakie they will tell you contact of a golf-buggy driver. He can meet you at resort gate and take you down to Vinh Hy bay (15mins drive) for 100k vnd (USD 4.5) good luck bargaining.
