Pics tell a lot of the story. We were in apartment 3 which I'd say would be the best. Slightly less of a view angle to the harbour compared to the others, which is more than made up for by having a kitchen window to look out of for more chances to see the kererū and kākā etc flying around. Didn't even turn on the TV the two nights we were there. My girlfriend is such a bird nerd and spent hours out on the balcony in late afternoon and evenings just watching and listening. Beware the sandflies that are present basically everywhere you go.
Worth commenting on bathroom stuff as one can never be sure exactly what is provided or not these days. Facecloths and shampoo not provided (or we didn't find). Soft soap and beautiful local small soap bars provided. The local soaps were so pretty and nice smelling that we couldn't bring ourselves to take unused ones away, even though it probably was OK if we did.

Handy to the local pub and the small village of Oban. Kai Kart about a five minute walk. Really modern and new apartments. We stayed in apartment 3 which is the pick. All mod cons and a very comfy bed. The kitchen is modern and Netflix available on TV. Only one small thing which is not an issue for a short visit is no washing machine

We stayed at Argyle Apartments as a family of 4 for 2 nights. The views from the lounge and kitchen of Oban and the morning sunrises were beautiful. Our apartment was well laid out for our family, with a well stocked kitchen to cater for our family. The apartment was beautifully styled with lovey artwork, bed linen and furniture. Even the little things were though about like the complimentary filter coffee and the gorgeous little handmade soaps provided in the bathroom. The bedrooms were spacious but cosy and had bedside lamp and suitcase racks. The location was very handy to Halfmoon Bay, South Seas Hotel and the Four Square. We would have loved to stay longer.

The apartment is new and well appointed. Warm and sunny. If you are arriving on the late ferry I suggest you arrange for a taxi to meet you to take you to the apartment, its not far but in the dark and if its raining it would make your arrival easier.

An amazing apartment, with a lovely view. Especially at sunrise. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed to be able to cater for yourself if you wished to. A 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal. So great we have already booked to stay again. Liz was friendly and helpful.

Spacious apartment, well appointed, nice view of harbour, great facilities, boutique soaps. deck good for viewing bird life which is plentiful, kereru, tūīs, in abundance and many bees in flowers below the deck. Short walk to pub and four square and fabulous museum .

Back again and apartments still have that brand new feel. The bed is as I remember. Mattress provides the most comfy sleep. Close to everything as everything is close by. Have a day out with Fluff on his fishing boat. Eat lots of blue cod. So bring some bread and butter over with you and some basic supplies. However the local 4 square supermarket has meat and veg etc. Argyle apartments are mint so book yourself in.
