We stayed hare for 3 nights. The rooms were slightly smaller but clean and tidy. This is basically a new hotel. All good amenities. Our broken dining table top was fixed immediately when complained to the reception. Located next to the airport and shopping areas of the Remarkables park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a good stay here. In terms of value, I find this hotel to be a little pricey compared to the ones in other locations.
Basically only slept here as we spent the evening in town for new years and didn't get in until well after 1am after a quick afternoon check in. Was a well appointed room in terms of kitchenette, but the bathroom seemed oversized with a tiny vanity and no benchspace, poor lighting and a small shower. Could've spent a little more on improving this aspect, as the services provided were great if we'd used them (washer/dryer) Towels also very small (others have said the same) Staff warned us about carpark (lack of parking for number of rooms) so we spent another $10 for park across the road. Would probably opt to stay in Queenstown itself next time, especially seeing all the construction going on! Friendly staff
We stayed here for one night. Staff were very pleasant and helpful which is a big plus in any business. Checked in and got to our room which was nice and clean. Very comfy bed and really nice shower! Just a couple of things that i found could be better with the room, and that is the bathroom door stop position is in the perfect place for stubbing the toes on your right foot (males only haha), and the air con is quite noisy, sounded like smurfs were using little jack hammers in the wall. (don't know how else to explain the noise, but there is a fix for this, just turn it off before sleeping) The hotel itself is really handy to the Frankton shopping area, and we got a room with a good view of the Remarkables. We didn't notice any plane noises which was good. Taxi to the airport from this hotel is $20 We would stay here again…
was a nice and comfortable room, we recieved an up grade too which was nice. staff were extremely helpful, location very easy to find and was great it has a cafe attached to the hotel with allowed for breakfast the following morning
Very close to the airport but not so close to the main part of Queenstown - although, if you're travelling around New Zealand, most people would have cars as public transport is not ideal, anyway. Really nice room, great internet connection and we had a free upgrade, which is always nice! All in all, really impressed with this hotel :)
