Location: Tulin is a village little away from Ajodhya Hills, which is the major attraction but not very far also. Charida village is just 1 hour away from the property. Cleanliness: Very clean property, and well maintained Hospitality: Highest quality possible, and the staffs are doing all the way possible to make guest comfortable Amenities: All rooms and bathrooms are fully equipped, except one top floor room doesn't have AC and attached bathroom. Please don't expect bathtubs or jacuzzi. Having basic gaming facilities e.g. carrom and badminton Food: Awesome quality, but little expensive considering the location. Covid protocol: All the guests and their bags are getting sanitized before checking in Google map: Last 200 meters are little confusing, but a call to the hotel will be helpful Power backup: Power cut is a common phenomenon in this area. Property is having DG set to manage the issue, but the DG set is not noiseless, so will break the tranquility of the property. Overall: Don't expect it as a business hotel, but an old property to cherish the locality and basic leisure.

We visited Tulin Heritage Bungalow for a 2 night 3 days trip from Kolkata and we still missed it a lot. Everything was perfect to make our stay a memorable one. From the smooth booking process to the heartwarming behavior of all the staffs to the arrangement of car for sightseeing tour, everything was to the point and altogether it exceed my expectations. Room size was bit small but it was sufficient as we were only 2 in number. Food was a big shout out for me and my taste buds still feel the cravings for it. And I was surprised to see that they didn't forget to sanitize our luggage even at our early check in time of around 4 am!! I will definitely recommend this Property to everyone and will suggest to visit there at least once during monsoon time to experience the greenery and Subarnarekha river.

To enjoy old world charm you have to come and stay in Tulin Hermitage Bungalow. Well maintained villa by Dey Sarkar family with all the modern amenities for comfortable stay for the visitors. One can have included sumptuous continental breakfast and ala carte lunch and dinner dishes at a very reasonable rate. I recommend two nights / three days trip for short excursions and to get a lovely feel of the place.

Tulin is a small village at the farthest corner of Purulia district of west bengal adjacent to Jharkhand state . And , Tulin heritage Bunglow is a little cozy corner to relax , to feel warmth with your family & friends as an weekend destination . It's a almost a century old property where a portion of the entire premises have rebuilt for tourism purposes keeping it's original colonial structure and interiors intact . So , you will feel the royal touch and the flavour during your stay . Rooms are quite spacious , well build ( 24 inch wall ) so that it become weather proof . The interiors remind you those hunting period of the owner of the property and decorated with contemporary " Chhow Musk " as well . They will provide you the 3star facility in all respects . Very homely flavoured & taste of local cuisine , mainly they serve the local cuisine . They have a reasonably big courtyard & a small flower garden which is adding a floral aroma in your stay . The entire property is very neat & clean & quite . They can arrange Bon-fire ; your local / nearby sight seeing on request . So , overall your stay will be fulfilled in all respect like us . only cons what I felt is that The limitations in Food menu or variety . If that can be taken care of , The property should demand 5/5 . But , due to that cons , I am giving the 4.5/5 .

We went to your Tulin Heritage Bungalow on last week of October 2022 . We enjoyed very much regarding fooding , lodging and touring in different places from your Heritage Bungalow which is very neat and clean , spacious and eco-friendly space . Excellent service and behaviour of all staffs are very much cordial . Experienced chef serves tasty andgood quality of foods. Owner of the bungalow is very much co-operative. Nearest Railway station is Muri Junction . This excellent bungalow is located at the borderof West Bengal and Jharkhand , so that one can visit different tourist places of Jharkhand as well as Purulia also . In the midst of nature of Bengal, Tulin Heritage Bunglow brings you probably one of the most satisfying weekend trip to rejuvenate your urban soul. It's hardly 15 minutes away from Jhalda. A new property maintained by few very warm people will make you stay even better. Rooms are specious, hygiene is maintained very very well. Indian and continental spread of breakfast served is perfect to make you start your day with a great note. And the best part is their barbecue. The chef named Sonu will blow your mind. We tried malai kebab, achari and hariyali and all of them were just amazing. Better by any length than any fine dine you can find in the city which is offering the same. Do plan a trip to THB and soak your soul to good things.

We decided to visit Tulin during Durga Puja and luckily, we were able to get reservation for 4 rooms in this bungalow during that period. Everything about the stay has been awesome - the food, the polite behavior of the staff, the rooms everything. The wifi connectivity is good here and we could do some of our office work as well during the period. One thing that can be improved is that the path from the gate of the bungalow to the main road, does not have enough light and it is a bit scary if walking alone. Also, some swings / park equipment can be set up, so that children can also have a good time.

This place has really amazed me. No doubt this bunglow will give you a deep enchanting thrill of staying in a old heritage house ( Bagan Bari) amidst nature and far far away from the chaotic city.
Also, it has a fantastic location. So you can easily complete all the sightseeing.
Best place to spend time with your family and friends as it provides a home like feeling which you will not get in any other stay.
Its really admirable how they have kept this golden heritage so nicely and giving us chances to visit such a rare gem.
Very well behaved employees and on point service. The food is amazing. You can get authentic bengali food , continental breakfast and different type of snacks as well.
Really get attracted by the vintage rooftop and open verandas where you can just sit , talk and relax.
Hoping to revisit it again specially in winter.

Tulin Heritage bunglow is a beautiful old house. The house is kept pristine and decorated well. The service is commendable. Everybody including the owner went out of their way to help us and be kind to us. The location is also perfect not in the middle of a town, giving it a feel of being inside nature. Would recommend to everyone.

The THB takes you back in essence to a lost era of Poschimer Bangaliana replete with 'korikath' ceilings, the sigh of the wind through mango groves, eucalyptus, the myriad hues of a period rose garden and the promise of a perfect mangshor jhol wafting from the kitchen. Barasingha and Gaur trophies adorn corridor walls looking down, sadly, on plastic furniture and cheap laminates, perhaps the only flaw in this near perfect experience. The Bungalow is manned with competence and the cooking, if innately Bengali, is well placed. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The windows strangely don't have curtains. The verandahs offer a delightful soak in a heady mix of history and nature that almost makes you overlook the absence of a baithak-khana, a must in a house that is this beautiful. The roof, looking up to the stars is to die for. Tulin Bungalow, now a fragment of it's original self thrives on a fantasy setting of longing and nostalgia. A most wonderful stay. A little more attention to detail and it would be absolutely perfect with the H rightfully permanent between the T and the B.
