I must say this is one of the memorable moment of my life. Nanak Sir and their team are truly adorable and commited for giving the best service at any point of moment. The resort rooms are fantastic and property is beautiful. Talking about the food and preparation, they are very hygienic and blissed the tastebuds. All staff members are very cooperative. It's a perfect destination for picnic, conducting ceremony, business conference, party and what not..Others resorts may have name but this resort have fame and win your heart through its service, punctuality and behaviour....My hearties wishes to country resorts and his team.

After lockdown, any destination was barely trustable. But when we came across the hygiene measures taken by Country Roads I regained the faith. I visited a small conference before 1 year. Starting from the entry to the checkout, every step was monitored with the right set of hygiene protocols. They even offered us a safety kit with mask & sanitizer. The environment was holistically healing along with their activities like birding, nature walk on the grass, and yoga. Disposable plates replaced the glass crockeries. But what didn’t change at Country Roads was their warm hospitality & the taste of food and we cannot missed the best housekeeping services.I would like to visit once again with family.

I must mention that the Housekeeping team and F&B guys are very cooperative. Without any complaint Swapan & his housekeeping team did an excellent job during our stay, they always taking care of us, they always kept my room neat & clean, kept all required toiletries in an organized way, whenever there is any problem Swapan took the initiative to call the maintenance guy to resolve my complaint. It was the same case with the F&B team; they too were very cooperative, especially Subhas & Chandan from the F&B team took good care of us during the entire duration of our 3 days stay.

Enjoyed our stay, little munchkins enjoyed morning playing in the pool. Happiest thing was seeing pool getting cleaned in morning which gave us confidence to put kids in pool. Food was tasty and enjoyed by all. We also got to see the entire property. Swapan da was fast to offer tour of the property, Sanjit da at reception ensured that the rooms are cleaned by housekeeping as my spouse was very particular about the hygiene and Subhrangshu helped us with best it terms of food quality. Enjoyed assorted vegetable pakoras.
Overall one of the memorable trip for the family.

It was really very nice experience stayed at country roads located at Panchla just 40 minutes drive from 2nd Hooghly bridge .Room is very spacious, comfortable beds, Complementary breakfast served very tasty.Whole resort is well maintained and sanitized properly.Beautiful lawn is there to play few outdoor games also. Specially at evening one can sit & enjoy a cup of tea beside swimming pool area which makes your day memorable.Staffs are very polite and courteous. Specially, I would like to thanks Mr. Swarup Bhattacharya for advising me to come here and offered good rate also.

Had an awesome stay in the property. The rooms were clean and the wifi is very efficient. The staffs here are very cooperative and help full especially the front desk staff & housekeeping. A special mention to Ashish from front desk who assisted us really well. Swapan, Santu, Sanjit was also very help full.

Right from check-in to checkout all aspects were seamless, room was cozy, food was excellent along with exceptional presentation, employees went that extra mile to ensure that our stay was memorable,. The rooms are good and pool is great. Apart from that everything is below average. This is my 5th visit to Country Roads however this time I am utterly disappointed with the food quantity, menu, and pricing system. With this and much more facilities in the same cost we have experienced much better stay in other resorts around Kolkata. An absolutely jem of a memory to cherish @ country roads. we have booked for a couple of nights heard some sources that they host Durja Pujo within their premises, so we wanted to avoid the kolkata rush & enjoy the Pujo also. Was presently surprised with the facilities like the rooms were absolutely neat & clean & well furnished. good pool facilities with adventurous activities on lawns. Last & most important part for us was the Pujo was just like a family event where all staff & other guests enjoyed like a big extended family maintaining the social distancing & top notch hygiene were followed all the days. We will definitely be back next year.
