We apologise for the problem that you had with one of the beds. If we had known this, we would have balanced it right at that moment. Talking about the lack of security in the rooms located in the ground floor, you shouldn't have understood what it was explained, since there are several ways to lock the terrace. For example the window has shutters, bars with door lock, what helps to leave it open or close, depending on every guest's needs and a strongbox as well. The key for the safe must be asked for at the reception. We just require a deposit, which is returned when you bring back the key. We suggest that in the coming stay at any hotel, please do not hesitate asking whatever doubt you have to the stafff in order to make easier your stay.
