4th time have stayed here. Staff lovely, booked and paid for a room with view of bay and sunset and not disappointed. Clubs closing as we were there but weather and sea still lovely. Food is fresh and plenty of choice some nights there is a better selection than others but still a lot to choose from even if vegan or veggie. Paella night on Monday nights was lovely! You cannot expect 5 star food choices and pay 3 star prices! Everything I ate I liked, the chilli and pork in pepper sauce was also very good. Each night there is a good dessert and fruit selection and a local cheese board. If I had to moan I would have liked some cracker biscuits to go with the cheese. This hotel had guests from Spain France Britain and Poland and Germany whilst we were there. Some groups were there on hen and stag holidays and enjoyed the bars and clubs, but the hotel was quiet for families and oldies to sleep after midnight. Yes the wooden walkway to the sea was broken after a bad storm in September, a specialist contractor is booked to repair it but the storm did a lot of damage all over the island and so the hotel must wait their turn. Some rooms could not get any English tv channels, ours was one of them. The other channels were plentiful. Reception advised they were looking into this to give Briitish guests tv news at the least -this would be good. Fingers crossed! In all a lovely stay, but stayed half board not all inclusive and got out and about as there are regular buses to some lovely beaches at the top of the road. Didn't swim in the pool but looked fine, did swim in the sea there and was lovely. There were plenty of sunbeds for everyone, the sunbeds and the pool areas were cleaned and washed down every day. Suited us very well.

First of all, DO NOT listen to the bad reviews! I almost changed hotel the day before we were due to arrive and I’m so so glad I didn’t! The room was lovely! Fresh and clean more than enough space! We choose a sea view room which has a bigger balcony that wraps around the apartment. Stunning location to catch those beautiful sunsets! We were booked in for bed and breakfast, and breakfast didn’t disappoint, there was more than enough choice to have something different every day, restaurant was clean, staff couldn’t do more for you. The pool area was lovely, clean and tidy, life guard on duty every day, I loved the fact the pool was so deep and genuinely can’t believe people have actually complained about this! There’s also a little splash pool for the smaller children. For us the hotel was in the ideal location, 15/20 minute walk to San Antonia strip, 20 minute drive from Ibiza old town. (Ample FREE parking at the hotel too) And loads of little souvenir shops, and bars and restaurants within 5/10 minutes walking distance. Public transport at the top of the road gets you practically anywhere in Ibiza! We would definitely come back to this hotel, even bring the family next time! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I booked this holiday for my wife's 60th birthday. We both had a fantastic time at the hotel, and the rooms were always spotless. The staff were amazing there was a good choice of food there was only one thing we didn't like and the was the safety boxes at reception we would have preferred them to be in the rooms.

Where do I start… me and my friend paid for all inclusive, which did not meet the criteria. I.e the cocktails are made from a machine, tasting like they do not include alcohol, more like juice. Also, having to pay an extra charge of 2 euros per cup to use for the duration of the holiday. The food variety is minimal, repetitive and not nice, ( only few food items are labelled & the majority of the food is cold ). We struggled to find anything we liked, therefore felt the need to go elsewhere for food in the evening. However, this was very costly. We also had to pay an extra charge of 16 euros for two towels plus a 10 euro deposit which is given back at the end of your stay, however the 16 euros is not given back. The beach area including sun beds does not facilitate for all guests, there is rarely any beds. And, the sun beds surrounding the pool are very flimsy, uncomfortable. The reception area is small and old fashioned, including a lift which is dated and unstable. On the subject of the reception, we also had to pay an extra charge of 2 euros for a bottle of water. Online when we booked it stated that the snack bar is open until 12 midnight, this is false. And I feel that the pictures/information is false advertisement, does not include everything. The room tax for 5 nights was 22 euros for two guests, this was also not written on the holiday booking. Myself and my friend are only happy about our room ( very spacious & lovely ) , also the outside area. Although, the tv is audio only and our fridge was not on and ready to use when we arrived. We raised these issues with a receptionist and feel as if we wasn’t being heard, we were being spoken to very defensively. Nothing yet has been sorted, awaiting to speak with the manager about our issues with the hotel. I would never return here in the future!

Stay here at your own risk. No Cctv anywhere, no safes in room. We had our hotel room robbed. ruined holiday. Child is traumatised. Easy access for thieves to rob your Stuff by the pool. Jet 2 have been totally useless, just come back to me 6 weeks after it happened. Hotel not interested, we changed room. Had to do ten journeys with my bags n what we had left. They changed to locks straight away and have a locksmith on site so obviously happens all the time. A real shame as the views of sunset is really good from here.

We have stayed at Nereida a few times before covid and decided to return, we like the hotel due to the location, sea views and the rooms, staff are lovely and food is standard for a all inclusive resort, we felt the hotel is heading to more of a 18/30 hotel with large groups and loud dance music during the day and some evenings but when asked the staff to turn it down they did straight away, the sea view rooms is what makes the holiday for us, a huge shame the stairs to the sea was broke also.

We booked the Nereida for an all inclusive, week long holiday for me, my partner, our one year old daughter and mother in law. We knew that this wasn't going to be the best hotel on the Island but this was very much reflected in the price. As the holiday approached we started to read the reviews on Trip Advisor and become concerned. Black Mold in bathrooms, horrible food, loud youngsters, dirty pool, no sun beds, extra charges etc. We even considered cancelling the holiday! Well what a mistake that would have been! First impressions, yes the hotel is a little dated. But our room was spotless, cleaned daily and the bathroom was relatively modern. The view from our balcony was amazing! The tourist tax was no surprise to us, as unlike most of the idiots who write negative reviews, we did our research. This tax goes to the government and is not kept by the hotel. You pay it regardless of where you stay. So clean rooms, the next test was the food. What a pleasant surprise! The food was of a good quality and a very good selection. I thought the breakfast offering was excellent! Finding food options for a one year old can be tough but there was ALWAYS something that she could eat. Beer was good, wine was nice, what more could you want? So clean rooms, good food, now the pool. Our biggest fear was that it would be full of youngsters and loud music. It turned out to be the opposite. We ALWAYS got a sun longer. Yes the pool is deep but you are able to stand at one end and we had no problems with our daughter. The youngsters that were by the pool were considerate but as most were out during the night, you rarely saw them. Also, there is/was a jetty into the sea. I took a snorkeling mask and there plenty of fish to see. However, we had a bad storm and it ripped the jetty from the rocks. You can hardly blame the hotel for that! A BIG SHOUT OUT to the staff working in the restaurant. They were so pleasant and really made us feel welcome. They were all excellent with our daughter. So is this hotel perfect. No. But is it a solid 3*. Absolutely. We would very happily stay here again!

We visited Nereida hotel for our girls holiday and really, there weren’t many positives about our whole experience here at all. The hotel looks nothing like the photos and is extremely dated throughout (especially the bar which looked like something out of the 80s). We paid for all inclusive however the majority of things on the drinks menu aren’t even covered by it (and the watery cocktails included came out of a machine with foam around the edges). When you arrive you are faced with a bunch of charges, including $3 a day for a towel, $2 for a cup, tax etc. The food was awful, borderline inedible, and definitely not worth paying the all inclusive charge for. We had one vegan in our group, she wasn’t expecting much but she was expecting something other than sweetcorn and shaved carrots. The food was mostly unlabelled with no dietary information, or completely ambiguous (one just read “grilled meat”???). Most of the staff were extremely rude and completely unhelpful, whether it was general questions at reception or just ordering drinks at the bar. In fact, we were even accused of having more people in our rooms than we had booked for, which was absolutely not the case. Don’t get me wrong, there were a few staff members that were nice to us and this became a surprising breath of fresh air when we encountered them. The woman i assume is the manager was also very unhelpful and actually came across very patronising. We were spoken down to for the whole 5 nights of our holiday and to be honest it completely ruined it for us. On top of this, every single sun bed was dirty with the odd arm snapped off, the corners of the pool were dirty, the ladder into the sea has been broken off and just left on the ground by the walkway. The bottom of the shower curtain was brown and the floor was soaked after every single shower. We found a variety of things floating in the pool ranging from a packet of cigarettes to a dead cockroach (not to mention the sick in the children’s pool that no one bothered to clear up). It’s also completely unsafe considering there is no lifeguard for a pool that is almost 3 metres deep. The only plus side is that the rooms were clean. We do understand that this is an Ibiza hotel and the staff may be used to rowdy groups however we aren’t that, and have been nothing but polite and yet we’re met with demeaning and condescending responses. As per some previous reviews, it seems that if you’re young you will be met with these sorts of attitudes from the staff, making our whole stay very uncomfortable. We complained to reception at the very start of our holiday that we were concerned the hotel didn’t match the photos advertised, and felt as if our concerns had been completely disregarded. It wasn’t as if the hotel weren’t aware of our concerns, they just chose to ignore them. Id go as far as to say that the best part of my time at this hotel has been writing this review. It puts me off paying for all inclusive anywhere, ever again. I’m not often one to leave reviews however this hotel was so bad it definitely warranted one. You couldn’t pay me to come back here, frankly, I’d rather throw the money straight into the sea.

Dear guest, We are very sorry to hear that your holidays were not what you expected. Our objective and from all the Aparthotel Nereida staff is to satisfy our guests stay. We regret that during your stay you experienced the issues you comment, but we would like to make some points clearer: -The taxes you talk about are none. The only one you must pay on arrival is the tourism tax set by the goverment 6 years ago, so you should have known that or your agency should have told you about it before your arrival. You are not forced to pay anything else. The 2€ for plastic cups that you mention is a deposit, that we give you back at the end of your holidays. -You came to reception to complain about the hotel even before entering your rooms. You showed us the photos and the only difference we were able to notice was that the day you came was the day after a big storm that messed the terrace and outsides of the hotel a little bit and it was an ugly and cloudy day. -You were never accussed of being more people thant you booked, in fact, you contacted us to book one more person before your arrival and that was never a problem. -If you had any problem with the pool, you could have let us know so our staf would have claned it inmediatly. Plus we always have a lifeguard but she has been sick for more than a week. -The hotel restaurant is a buffet, so there was always options for every kind of diet. Every meal is labelled contrary to what you say and if you had any doubts, you could have asked our staf and they would have helped you. If you had problems with the staff we would have appreciated if you could have let us know We appreciate anyway that you used your time in writing this review as this will help us to improve our establishment. Yours sincerely | Kind regards The management.

- rooms enhanced in pictures, bathroom was outdated, shower certain was old and smelt potent, bathroom floor soaked after every use of the shower, no complimentary water, tea or coffee, lack of mirrors for women, single beds no other options. - overall service was poor, rude staff disregarding claire, the cleaners will enter unannounced and wake you early am, no signs to put on the door for privacy. - my first experience in a 3 star hotel proved I will never book again, the food was awful, the all inclusive was not inclusive, even had to pay for a plastic cup. I was expecting much more. - extremely overpriced, would never stay again. I wish I could get my money back!
