I visited Estudio Playa Mujeres with my family and a few friends. This hotel is one of my all-time favorites. The room was clean, big, and had everything you would need. For meals, we ate breakafast at the buffet where Capitan Jesus Hurtado took excellent care of us. He ensured we had constant refills on coffee and his overall hospitality made breakfast enjoyable. The food at every restaurant we ate at was incredible, no matter the dish. The beach was clean and they had a constant supply of water at the beach entrance. Hospitality and service were excellent. I would 100% reccomend this hotel and I can frosee myself visiting again soon.

Food was outstanding. Crazy to say that about an all inclusive but truly it was amazing. I am a healthy picky eater and was thrilled with every meal. My kids loved the kids pool and the kids club. I loved being able to go to the adults side while they were in kids club in Great hands. Gym is fabulous as is the healthy restaurant across from the gym- fresh smoothies for breakfast and amazing salads for lunch. Drinks were also great. Fresh ingredients and alcohol brands you know- no low budget crap here. Staff was always pleasant and friendly. Truly a magical experience. We will be back!!! Shout out to my friends: Jesus H, Jessica, Alison, Miguel, Bruno, Alexis, Jesus, Domingo and Christian who made the breakfast experience relaxing and enjoyable. It was our second stay in this resort (the first was a very short few nights adults-only stay and we loved the place) so this time we decide to go with the whole family and enjoy the "family" side of the same resort ESTUDIO Playa Mujeres. This place offers you all that you may need and even more because we had additional butler service. Valencia and Manuel were keeping us posted with all daily activities, restaurant reservations, and room services. Resorts offer a nice and quiet family site with a complimentary kids club so your kids can safely stay there while you can enjoy the adult part of the resort. All services are of the best quality standards, restaurants offer amazing food and drinks.

I loved every minute of my stay at Atelier La Mujeres. We had a swim up room on the Estudio side, with INSPIRA upgrade. We didn’t use the swim up pool much but we definitely appreciated the INSPIRA extras! I will mostly miss the wonderful breakfast buffet at La Consentida every morning. Captain Jesus Hurtado and his whole staff - Chef Jessica, Hostess Alison, and Serving Staff Bruno, Alexis, Domingo, Jesus, Ruben, Hazaer, and Sarahi kept our tea pot filled with two tea bags and milk and honey (Miel-Itza). If you’re coming with a Brit like I did, you know how important this is! Our favorite dinner meal was at La Cielito. The view of the moon from their outdoor balcony is divine, and service was great. I enjoyed swimming in the sea at sunrise on my last day and wish we could stay one more week. Beautiful place and wonderful staff!…

Daniel Tapia at the Bikini Pod was by far the best. He took care of our needs. Not to mention how hard he worked. Great service. Carlos Reyes and Fanny were awesome too. We plan to come back. Great customer service. Hope to see Daniel "Danny" again. I hope he knows how much we appreciated his service and hard work.
