Hotel's Favourite
Prior to travelling I contacted the hotel with a few questions and they were really quick to respond and so we already had a good impression of what was to come in terms of service, but it was still lovely to spend a week in a hotel where everyone working there was so friendly, helpful and just great at the jobs! They have an amazing team of employees and it really made a big difference to our experience and the overall enjoyment of our holiday. We also really enjoyed the food and even though we were slightly apprehensive travelling with a fussy toddler there was always more than enough choice for both breakfast and dinner. (Our stay was on HB). The people working in the restaurant were all so lovely and it was all kept spotless and the food always well presented, fresh and inviting. A few things to note about the hotel: It’s around 45 minutes from the airport to the hotel. We pre-booked a táxi transfer as we didn’t intend on going anywhere during our stay. Parking is in the street outside the hotel but it was always really busy so something to be mindful of if you are hiring a car. It’s very much a family friendly hotel and most guests seem to have small babies and children under 5 so if you are looking for a quiet couples break it probably isn’t the right hotel for you! The hotel provide travel cots with a proper mattress! We just took our own cot sheets but our son slept really well. They also have lots of high chairs available for dinner and because the family rooms don’t have a bath they can provide a small plastic bath for babies / smaller toddlers on request. We also took our sons own plates cup etc. as his still untrustworthy with proper china!! The hotel offers two types of family room, the family basic which are closer to the road so might be noisy if you have a baby or light sleeper! We stayed in a family room, which have garden view and the room we had was very quiet. You do get some noise from the corridors but as most people had little kids we found that after 9/10pm it was all very quiet. They also have some amazing suites but for us these wouldn’t have worked because we needed a bedroom with a door we could close for our son to sleep! The only minor negatives for us were a few pesky mosquitoes but this is just one of those things sadly! You just need to take the necessary precautions. Also sadly we never actually got to sleep in the bed in our room as we put our son in the bedroom and we slept in the sofa bed in the lounge area. Unfortunately it wasn’t very comfortable for two adults but this was just one of those small compromises you sometimes have to make as a parent to facilitate sleep!!! Overall we had a really lovely holiday and we would definitely stay again.…

Had the best holiday here. The hotel was beautiful, the bedrooms were perfect for families as a separate sleeping area. Really clean and comfortable. Hotel is right on the beach which is perfect! It never seemed busy, you could always get a sun lounger by the pool or beach. The pools are great. The food was delicious, so much choice and loved how they had a different theme each day. We will defiantly be returning to this hotel again with our family.

Positives: Lovely rooms, nice pools, fantastic food. Next to the beach with crystal clear sea (but you have to pay for sun loungers on the beach). Zsofia’s beach yoga and aqua fit classes were 5*. Indoor spa was impressive. Negatives: Lots of young children so not great for couples, we were one of the only couples without children. Hotel was advertised as family friendly on BA website, perhaps we underestimated what that meant. Lots of mosquitos in the evening so wear insect repellant and take bite cream with you! Improvements: Personal training and more fitness classes for adults could be offered. Children’s entertainment continues late into the evening and it would be nice to have more adult entertainment offered. Tip: Main restaurant has better/wider selection of food than the seaside restaurant.…

Oh my oh my .. we have literally just got home today and I wanted to write a review straight away . The hotel was just incredible, the staff are absolutely amazing .. the food boy oh boy .. just superb.. I would not usually do all inclusive but the minute we saw the food on offer we did, we booked through the hotel and it was just fabulous and the choice second to none .. The hotel restaurant staff and chefs were so lovely with my son who has celiac disease and accommodated him with chips and pizza everyday . I would say the gluten free is not as recognised in Spain so our choices were limited for him but thats more a cultural thing I think , although I think the hotel should have more choice in the future . We went with TUI cannot say i would go with them again from the rep perspective as she did not even come to our hotel . It was our first holiday with our children the hotel made it so special we cannot thank you enough . The only minor criticism would be the life guards are not as attentive as I feel they should be , I actually saved a little girl from drowning ( her father had his back to her with his other child !) and the life guard ran over after it all happened , he was sat in the corner in the shade .. not great .…

The hotel was amazing in all ways. Spotlessly clean with the staff on top of everything. I’d say for a buffet, this hotel has the best food of any we’ve stayed in. The selection was perfect and the standard was first class. We would miss the on-site burger place as it was average at best, where the main buffet restaurant for breakfast and evening meals is incredible. We upgraded from half board to all inclusive on arrival, which was worth it…and only 60% of what we’d have paid through the operator. We had a family room which was fine for my wife and I and our 7-year old (sofa bed). Partial sea view off the big balcony, but not used on a night because of the mosquitoes. Take plenty spray because you’ll get bit. Access straight onto the beach and the pools are spot on. You can walk out into the sea for 100m at knee depth. Entertainment on a night was good (every night). The entertainment team do a great job and kids club was loved by our son. Plenty shops, bars and restaurants straight across the road. Brilliant hotel. We’ll be back.…

This hotel, and more specifically it’s staff was excellent. Exceeded our expectations. It is located right on the beach (which is stunning with shallow crystal clear water), with dining and areas to have a drink looking out to the sea. The property is very well maintained, with gardeners and guys repainting, as well as frequently cleaning of the pathways etc. our room was a good size and had very good a/c and was cleaned daily (thank you to the maids). We ate dinner at the restaurant 5 out of the 7 nights and while it was a buffet, the food was great quality and there was a lot of variance each night which made it interesting. While it got busier through the week as it was half term, it never felt like there was more guests than the hotel could accommodate. The staff deserve a special mention for both their friendliness and their hard work. They were always attentive and happy to help, making it a great experience. As noted, the two outside pools are not heated but I didn’t find this a problem and neither did our kids. Thoroughly recommend and will likely return at some point in the near future.…

The hole stay here from the staff, the views, and the food were/are top notch! Absolutely incredible! I can not say enough about how amazing it was here. Especially with Mark who checked us in and helped us out throughout our entire stay here. He made the trip truly special for us. Even when we had unusual requests, he came through without a complaint or anything, just pure enthusiasm to help and find solutions! A level of service that you just don’t find anywhere anymore!! Not overcrowded, Good range of food and drinks. I think they are the best in this side of Palma. Filled with (ABC1) decent families which kids wear shirt for dinner :-) Top Iberostar standard of service too.
