We would like really not recommend this hotel, since my wife lost her wallet with some Bank cards, some money, and the most important item, her German ID. Check it out the hotel answers sequence below, when we came back and noticed that she had lost it: 1° day (Monday) - They asked for the room number and my wife last name, and they reply saying that they have found it, but they don't know where it was it, since the guy who found it worked on Sunday, and he would only come back on Wednesday, sice he was on his days off. 2° day (Tuesday) - I called and asked again, they said that they weren't sure that if they have found it. But they would talk to this guy on Wednesday 3° day (Wednesday) - Finally we called them again, they said that this guy made a mistake and haven't found anything, he got himself confused, because they have found a wallet in the next room, by the one we were in one week ago, and the name on it was pretty similar to my wife's name. 4° - (Thursday) - We were really sad, because to get a new Id in Germany is really complicated, then at night I told my wife to call the hotel again, the night receptionist were there, she said they have found it, and she really confirmed again my wife's last name. We were really happy to receive only the German ID, we sent an email right away with the address for the ID to be sent. 5° (Friday) - We decided to call again at night, because looks like that someone in the Hotel doesn't want to give back our stuff. And then again, the same girl answered, saying that she also had made a mistake ans they really haven't found it. Sorry for all that, but I really believe that my wife's ID is in the Hotel and for some reason they didn't want to give us back. So keep your eyes open, because if you loose something in that hotel, you are lost. I wish that the whole ACE Hotel chain doesn't work like that. That's a message from a pretty disappointed customer, because we need honesty for life. I won't stay in any ACE hotel anymore and I will incentivate my friends to do the same. That was really a deception. 😟😟…
Supersmooth check in & out. Large & clean parking lot. Room is basic but clean and all basic stuff is there. Bathroom is small but clean and convenient. Breakfast buffet was up & running again with current regulations in place for a healthy stay. There was enough available and all was very clean! Very close to Disney!
The hotel is nothing special, but the room was okay, clean and kind of large. The guys at the reception are very friendly and helpful. Because of the Covid the breakfast was served 'to go', you had to pick it up at the restaurant. The service there was not that fast and you had to wait too long, that could be arranged a bit better. Bus to Disneyland starts few meters from the hotel, takes 20 minutes and costs 2€.
We didn’t have have a pleasant experience. We booked through an online company and the details were incorrect, their mistake not ours. Apparently we weren’t the first that day and it happens often with that company she said, so come on use some sense. Instead the staff handled this very poor and immediately started asking for more money etc etc. We’d had a long journey, with children and that awful attitude just finished us off. The room was ok, but we all slept terribly uncomfortably and my husband and I woke up with back ache and headaches. Which sucked as a start to our first day at Disney. Fortunately, we were only staying one night. The breakfast was ok. Take your chances somewhere else.
Although the hotel is small, the friendliness of the staff made up for what’s missing. The price of our stay was affordable and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection is adequate and plenty. This is not a place with lots of amenities but if you are only looking for a clean and safe place to stay with your family when visiting Disneyland, then I recommend this hotel.
I stayed 3 nights with my family. It's such a nice hotel, very comfortable bed and pillows.Good space in the rooms.Very easy to get Disneyland. No many options on breakfast but good quality. No complaints
Stayed for 2 nights for a visit to near by Disneyland (5-10 min drive away). Hotel is clean and offers good breakfast. There is a restaurant next door which is ok. No other real amenities near by. However I suspect most people only stay to visit Disney. All in all good base.
Stayed here for two nights. Rooms were small but cosy and warm even in the cold and rain outside. Surroundings of the hotel are lush and green, good to take a stroll. Buffalo grills is just opposite. But the best part here is the breakfast which is awesome. Croussounts, bread , jams, milk, flakes, coffee, tea. One of the best I've had. Go for it!!
This hotel was well maintained, the service received at reception was excellent, for a budget hotel this is of a very high level. It also has the added advantage of being next door to a Buffalo Grill. It is also near to Disneyland.
We stayed here for one night before arriving at our Disney accommodation. One of the key attractions being that the family room offered two singles and a double. The fact that we got breakfast was a real bonus. The room was spacious and clean, with towels, toiletries and a hairdryer provided. No kettles in the room and the vending machine card readers weren’t functioning, but we had stopped at a supermarket on the way for cold drinks, so we were fine. The hotel has no bar/restaurant for evening meals, they offer a 10% discount at the Buffalo Grill restaurant next door. We ate here, choosing the set menus which weren’t eligible for the discount, but offered good value. Food was totally acceptable, this is a restaurant, not a bar, so drinks only available with food. Again, we’d picked up a bottle of wine for the room, so this was no problem for us. Breakfast was great. Continental buffet style with croissants, pains au chocolat, baguettes, cheese, ham, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, toast, tea, coffee, fruit juices etc. Everything was replenished regularly and staff were helpful. We would stay again, although, for us, this is more of a one night pit stop, rather than somewhere we’d use as a base, due to the lack of evening meal options nearby. …
