I've been to Karma Kandara for several times and no single experience fails me a bit. My latest stay was at 1-3th Oct 2021 at their suite, the lowest room category in the resort. But, the room itself meets my expectations. It was quite big with mini pantry, dining room and also living room in it.
The resort has it's dedicated beach area called Karma Beach. You have to go down by their private elevator. It's kind of unique experience as you were given the lushly view of the ocean during going down to the beach where also happened to be breakfast area. You can also enjoy complimentary water sports with lifeguard to assist you.
The cream on top is their infinity pool. With their famous "K" sign overlooking directly to the ocean makes you lost somewhere.
The staff were nice, friendly, and helpful. If you keen staying at Karma for several times, kindly apply their Karma Club Membership to get discounted price and more other benefits!

Karma Kandara is situated in a beautiful area of Bali. The private beach is clean and well maintained. The vibe at the beach club is relaxing during the day and upbeat at night when they have their daily events. You won't need to go anywhere else.
The private villas are just amazing, clean and luxurious. The private pool is the cherry on top.
The resort employees are the best part of the resort, always there to assist and take care of your every need even arranging transport and tours so that you don't need to guess which services to use. They even suggest certain services that will be of better value than booking online.
Overall my wife and I had the best wedding anniversary yet and can't wait to go back!!!

Karma Kandara cliff top resort is tranquil place with panoramic view and beautiful ocean view and private villas are just amazing and immaculate, with well equipped kitchen and other utilities and luxurious. The private pool and canopy are the cherry on top. And it was incredible that staffs were friendly and helpful – High appreciation to them. Temple Lounge is a casual seating area above the restaurant, that offers the MOST EXCELLENT views. The main restaurant De Mare is on a cliffside, offering stunning ocean views while having food was splendid, and the Karma Private Beach, where they offer a very casual sit-down eatery and bar, is along a strip of arguably the best in Bali for spending time on Beach with harmony and stress free. Worth welcome drinks Complete Karma Kandara Resort has such an amazing design and decoration! (So classy), You should not miss going by Buggies viewing the design of Resort beyond the relaxing at resort, with quiet and peaceful environment, and another best mesmerizing part was gorgeous swimming pool with top class maintenance. You should not miss the sunset view from this infinity pool in a lifetime experience. As a whole the resort with full of greeneries looking like evolved on island, with classic bridges here and there, with lot colourful fishes in front of reception was very scenic. Very interesting was, upon arrival during late evening, we were warmly got welcomed by sharing all relevant information like about our eligible Credit Voucher, Welcome drinks offer availability at Karma beach and other key information by front office guys found tranquillity and delightful. Stunning location, but overall service not in line with the price. I would actually rate the service a 3 star hotel.
We booked a 1 bedroom villa, based on all the photos on the website included a spacious pool. We got a villa that felt like a basement with a small whirlpool (see picture). When complaining got another villa next to a big construction site.
Rest of the stay was good but overall service was not special. They could put more effort into things.

Whilst Uluwatu is a lovely place and the beach at Karma Kandara is a far cry from Seminyak and the like, we found it quite impersonal unless you were an Instagrammer! The number of "beautiful" people staying there was astounding, and of course when you have your sugar daddy with you and can drink Moet on the beach all day long, of course you are going to get the service. If not, you're just another tourist. The villas were nothing special and the prices overall were expensive.

We booked the Spa & Dine package for the last night of our honeymoon, but unfortunately we would not recommend this experience. The view was beautiful and the sparkling wine selection was decent, but the food service and spa operations were not even close to a five star experience. The spa linens had stains in them, the sauna door was broken, and there was a party at the beachfront with very loud music so the ambiance was not relaxing at all. The experience was supposed end around 7pm, but the slow service and lack of attention dragged out the dining experience to 9pm. We ended our evening feeling exhausted rather than relaxed from all the waiting and loud music. The food was decent, but there are many other locations in Bali that are actual 5 star experiences at a better value. We traveled from California to honeymoon in Bali, and this booking was our only negative experience on the trip. Would highly recommend Bali, but would pass on this one 😕

Spent the most amazing and memorable time at karma kandara resort. It's beautiful sea side location and week spread out starting quarters are very welcoming and well appointed. After a swift check-in we were allotted the villa with a sea view. The sprawling villa has three bedrooms with their own baths attached. Our villa has private pool as well which made it all the more special as we could swim daily and relax which rejuvenated us so wonderfully. We were treated everyday to a sumptuous free of cost breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. One could have a clear view of the ocean below while having an enjoyable breakfast. The staff at the "de mare" restaurant were very courteous and took care of us for over 10 days. Ms mei Lee as a senior host cared for us and we are grateful. Similarly, Mr dattaram who was deposited from karma goa unit ensured were carried for and we felt good and welcome at the resort. Our villa has so the needed gadgets and a full scale kitchen where we could quickly cook food for a completely private dinner at the villa itself. We also were very happy to spend two days in the newly constructed apartment style accommodation which offered a very beautiful panoramic view of the entire resort right upto the blue dress below
The very convenient free of cost transfers to the seashore and back were very well organized. The exclusive beach area that belongs to Karma kandra resort is worthy of a special mention as they pack a very active eventful itinerary for the members. One could relax on the lounge chairs and enjoy food and drinks. The spa and the very well planned layout of the villas across the resort ensure privacy and transport environment that leads to full rejuvenation. The whole resort is full of nicely created aesthetically beautiful spots with statues and plants and during the nights they are made more attractive by the thoughtful lighting. All in all our stay was most enjoyable at the luxurious resort. We are sure to come back for more.

We had an amzing relaxing time on our holiday. It was relaxing and tranquil and a holiday of a lifetime. The resort itself was huge, but there is cubbys to take you around if you do not fancy the walk. The staff are so helpful, friendly and helped us with any problems we had. The beach was splendid day and night, I would highly reccomend their free morning yoga class on the beach. Word of warning, watch out for those monkeys, they dont harm you usually they just want food so make sure to keep doors shut because they will try to get the food! Overall it was one of the best holidays I have ever been on and I definately look forward to returning.

We had such an amazing experience at Karma Kandara. Prior to arriving, I did raise concerns based on recent reviews however, we had nothing to be worried about… We had booked directly with the hotel to stay in a 1 bed villa & also to renew our vows on the beach. The event team, in particular Putri & Asthini were amazing- they took all the stress away from us! The event team created such a special event for us, one we will never forget & for that we will always be thankful. The staff here go above & beyond to ensure you are comfortable & have everything you need to make your stay special. As I said we had such a positive experience from start to finish, a few bits I think are worth mentioning are below. The beach access, is the only negative point. I understand the hotel is working hard to get the lift working again but in the meantime the access is via steps which are steep. Our 1 bed villa (#60) was perfect for our short stay, we had a small pool & outdoor gazebo & the villa itself had everything we needed. There are monkeys on the resort but if you keep doors locked at all times that helps. We also moved our mini bar food away from where it was (in plain view from the doors to a cupboard) Food, we did not have any bad food & ate at diMare & at the beach. It is more expensive than eating out but as we were only staying a few days & wanted to relax, we decided to stay on the resort. The sunsets at the temple bar are stunning. We did hear lots of other guests complaining about food, which we were surprised with. Breakfast was also good, depending on which package you have, you can order from a menu. We did visit the spa whilst staying, there were no more sea view treatment rooms & if I’m honest it was just ok for the price. Had better treatments for 1/4 of the price whilst in Bali. Overall, based on this experience we would return & would also recommend to others. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special, we appreciate it!

This was our 2nd stay at Karma Kandara and provided a very relaxing week of lounging around our private pool and the fabulous Karma beach. The stunning resort of private pool villas has magical views from its cliff top location. The staff are very friendly and do everything possible to make your stay a memorable one. The location of Di mare restaurant is simply stunning overlooking the resort pool to the beach. Be prepared to negotiate many steps to enjoy the beach whilst the cable car is out of action and around the resort due to the different levels. Buggys are available and a shuttle bus also to the beach, but we chose to walk for the exercise. There is an excellent selection of food and drinks at the beach but find the restaurant menu a bit limited.
