We had lunch there while we were staying at a nearby hotel and were recommended by a friend. Small cozy place with friendly staff who guided us on the specialities. Would recommend for a quick bite if you are in the area

The Location is a bit tricky but is very close to the beach. Rooms are average, and there is room for improvement with respect to cleaning and upgrading the place. The Food is very Tasty and the rates are also great. Do not expect a hotel like an experience. However, the Pool is well maintained. Parking can be a problem, if the occupancy is more.

This is our second time staying near the Village Inn and each time we have gone for evening meal it has been fantastic. Service was excellent and so good value for money. Less than the beach shacks and not too far to walk from Arrossim beach. We enjoyed several evening meals there on this last trip. Well worth a visit. We were not the only regulars!

Positive Review After reading a couple of negative and frankly just silly reviews,I thought I should advise anyone thinking of visiting The Goa Village Inn Hotel about my positive experience .I have recently returned after spending a month at the hotel for the 4th time since it opened .The hotel is a small family run hotel owned by brothers Agnelo and Peter .The rooms are simple and clean with A/C and a fridge.and a balcony which you can see on Trip Adviser.A small pool with sun beds and umbrellas ,is also kept clean and is great for cooling off . The hotel offer rooms on a a Bed & Breakfast basis but have restaurant offering multi national quisine . The hotel offer outstanding value for money and can be booked direct only at very good rates . They can also offer a taxi service to and from the Airport. It have already booked to go back for Decembet

My wife and I stayed at the Hotel Village Inn at Utorda from April 8 till April 13, 2013. The Utorda beach is refreshingly clean and uncluttered when compared to popular beaches such as Vagator, Calangute, or Anjuna. It is about 4 kilometers long, straight, with soft white sand. The beach being behind cannot be seen from the hotel. The hotel is right on the main road on which buses to Madgaon (Rs.12) and Vasco-da-Gama (Rs.15) ply. The room (B04) was spacious with basic furniture but had no provision for making tea/coffee. The spacious bathroom had 24-hour running hot and cold water supply, but the toilet seat remained in the need of being fixed throughout the stay. The staff was friendly. The food is very limited, specially the breakfast, which was a choice between omelet and chana curry with three toasts, preservatives, tea or coffee. Balton Restaurant just across the road appeared to be a popular destination. The hotel has parking space, a small pool, and verandah with two chairs and a table attached to each room, which total twenty in number. It is overall a decent budget accommodation.
