A spacious resort with facilities that can be said to be complete and kids friendly, stay here in the Cherokee type with rooms that are quite clean, spacious and have complete bathroom equipment too. It's also nice here. The air is cool, there are lots of attractions that kids will definitely like too
Oh yes, before staying, I requested towel art for my anniversary and I didn't expect to get the benefit of cake slices, all of which turned out to be free. If you take a motorbike there, don't worry, you can use it to walk to the area and if you want to use the Wara Wiri shuttle you can also (free)
Maybe there's something that needs to be improved a little here 1. At breakfast there is a spoon to scoop up quite a lot of food 2. There are also ants on the balcony in front of the room which seems to be near their nest because our room is also near the trees

Pak Rian helped us with our reservations and all previous plans, thank you sir!
The check-in process was very smooth and fast, assisted by female staff who were alert and patient with our quite specific requests (sorry I forgot her name).
That night we ordered a private barbecue and campfire package which was very well prepared by the JSI team. They also provide food and side dish bonuses, the staff is ready to serve and help.
Overall our stay at JSI was very enjoyable and memorable even though there is still room for improvement. A relative of ours experienced water system damage, which was quickly repaired by the engineering team.
All the facilities at Jsi are very suitable for families and groups. Complete facilities, spacious field and playground, spacious breakfast area and complete food, and the staff are all friendly and polite. Is worth the price!
We would like to thank Mr. Andre and Mr. Alex who helped with the check out process smoothly and allowed us to check out late so that our group could carry out midday prayers before our journey home.

never thought a family trip would be this amazing! From the moment you entered, you were greeted by a really cool jeep show. Entering the villa, you are immediately amazed by the interior which is full of wood but somehow it doesn't look old/dated?? the bbq is the best! just found bfast which has a cotton candy station HAHAHA the morning show is really fun too thank you jsi👍💪

Stayed at the Grand Gladiator, entered the room at 15.30 the AC was not on, after 3 hours the AC was still on and still felt hot. Complained to the front office from 17.30 in the afternoon but didn't get a good response. Only answer via WA as best you can.
The officer came to check for a while, cleaned the AC filter and said he wanted to go up to check but didn't come down until evening. Another complaint was that work didn't start again until 21.30.
It was my turn to tell you to check out quickly and quickly. The swimming pool area was very bad, the rules were written down but they were all violated and there were no officers to reprimand them, the area around the pool was full of food waste strewn about, and lots of people were smoking in the swimming pool area. What is good to appreciate about this resort is that the breakfast has a taste that suits the taste buds and has quite a lot of variety.
For the final conclusion... That's enough for the first and last.

I stayed at JSI Resort twice in January 2025. The first stay was with my husband’s family at Hummer. The resort was nice, clean and spacious. The staffs were helpful.
However, I ran into problems with the kitchen setup. The fire stove provided for cooking was too small, making it difficult to prepare meals properly. It took much longer than expected to cook even simple dishes.
Another major issue was the water heater—it didn’t work properly, which made showering quite uncomfortable.
The second stay was with mu family at Kencana Family. It was even more pleasant. Had breakfast in seperated area exclusively for Kencana Valley guest.
The downside was the lighting in the pool area. It was quite dim, which made it uncomfortable to hang out outside. A few brighter lights or additional lamps would have made a big difference.
And if I may add, the private pool was too open, making it no too private because outsiders could still see it. Maybe the hotel could add some kind of screen to cover the pool area, so the guests especially moslem could swim more freely.
But overall my two stays were really enjoyable. Would love to come back again. Thanks JSI

Stayed at JSI Resort for a family gathering with beloved friends who also brought their husbands & children. Coincidentally, I ordered a Hummer type kmr, 2 kmr last. The villa is very clean, complete with contents, the bathroom is also clean. Sunday night qt bbq... given a bonus in addition to 1 main course, bonus also for the fruit & vegetable side dish. Can check out late so you can pray midday prayers. You can also get a discount on the price & you can also use the field freely. I like staying here, and this is my umpteenth repeat. The service & facilities are getting better, I'll definitely be back again. The group events are also cool, especially the location of the convention hall which is in the mountain valley, thanks to Sis Defi & Sis Eva who have helped a lot.

Overall good, the room and the food are excellent. I think they need more attention in room services, I ordered the food at night but unfortunately no one clear it up until in the morning the next day. Front liner staff is very helpful and friendly. Thanks to merizkha to make my check out process was running smoothly.

First, when we arrived, we were greeted by friendly security, they checked our temperature and told us to wash our hands and use hand sanitizers. very good health protocol. we booked a container type room called the grand gladiator container, the registration process is simple and the customer service is friendly and very friendly. a new experience for us to be able to live in a container. unique property. We stayed in the Grand Gladiator which offered incredible views. rivers, mountains and at sunrise. I thought that was so WOW .. me and my family are very happy and maybe will come back again ..

"To get to JSI Resort, the road quite small, fit for 2 cars but havr to be careful. No heels for sure, sport shoes and prepare umbrella in case raining."
