A big bonus turned out to be the water park.
We liked the food, during the week I was there everything I like to eat: tuna, liver, tongue, lamb. Here, of course, the amateur, stopped paying attention to people's reviews of food: all people have different tastes.
The animation and the evening program are great.
Another notable fact about this hotel: it is one of the first hotels built 40 years ago (the new building is about 17 years old). Therefore, the interiors will seem old-fashioned, but I recommend just immersing yourself in the authenticity of this hotel and enjoy the relaxation area where Turkish coffee is made, stroll through the corridors and enjoy the batik on the walls. If you prefer new-build chain hotels, you will not be at this hotel.
Cons: only one bar was open - that's why it's the line. Personally, I tolerate it.
Cleaning rooms depends on the person who cleans your room. My room was always perfectly cleaned. My parents' room is disgusting, but I found out the reason when I saw that the room was being cleaned by a young guy who had no idea how to flush the toilet. Maybe he was just filling in for someone, because after three days I didn't see him again, and the room was cleaned up nicely.
The general impression is still left by the people who work there: animators, staff in the restaurant and bar, the beach keeper, etc. You can tell they're trying.
We enjoyed our holiday. ❤️
From bad news, on October 25, the hotel closed and everyone was moved to Aranya - it’s not far and the hotel is good. But why then sell vouchers - moving takes time from an already short vacation. We left on October 24th. I can advise this - if you are not close relatives, or a couple, you should go in two singles. Perhaps I’ll come back, but I’ll be living separately, just the two of us, and it won’t be comfortable at all. There were mosquitoes (we had a fumigator)

The animation guys are smiley and friendly. For the first time, I wanted to join aqua aerobics and water polo.
Lived in the old building. The moth at the reception called it $50 per room if we wanted to check into a new one. Lived on the 6th floor (under the roof). Took five rooms there. Of these, three had electrical problems – trivialized. Technicians came, but repairs were not instantaneous((. And the problems recurred.
The rooms themselves are spacious, and the air conditioning worked differently for everyone.
The janitor on the 6th floor is a dune-eater. Hiding in the corners with his phone, floor not cleaning at all. I haven't seen a vacuum cleaner in the hallway in 12 days, the surface in the hallway is dirty.
Why am I giving you an A?
Because those who do their jobs with integrity should not suffer from negligent employees. The sea was warmer, we were smiled at, we were entertained from the heart, and the cons were up to you. We left rested and satisfied.
If the administration reads this review, there are wishes:
Dryers on the balcony and hooks in the bathroom; signs indicating the types of meat and jam in the restaurant and better replace umbrellas on the beach with tents. Supervising the janitorial work will also add value to the hotel. No slippers seen, no bar replenishment, no dust or plumbing wash.
Everywhere it stinks of alcohol. The beach is the only positive and it is also incredibly polluted.
No idea how the hotel managed to get and hold 5 stars.
When you think that you pay about 1000€ in high season and get this shithole makes you so incredibly angry.

The rooms were well looked after and initially presented well.
The staff made the experience overall, the politeness and positive atmosphere added to the holiday experience.
The food choices were constantly varied; catering towards everyone’s individual needs.
The location is excellent for an evening look around the markets and shops with even friendlier locals around willing to help.
The beach is right on the side of the hotel with easy access and sun loungers provided on the beach.
Did have to pay extra for wifi in our room which sometimes didn’t work but the other wifi always did around the pool
It's a 2.5-hour drive from the airport to the hotel.
Room stock is old, needs repair, plumbing is tired. Rooms are not cleaned until you tell the front desk. No bed linen changed in a week. Paul didn't wash.
Only pleased is that it is on the seafront, in the territory of its water park, not bad.
The beach is sandy, there are pebbles at the entrance, you can enter without special shoes, because the plot is not large.
The area is green, clear.
The food is great, always meat, fish, fruit, will not stay hungry.
If unpredictable in terms of living conditions, you can rest. But hotels won't recommend it.
