MC Beach Resort Hotel sits in a prime location that guests herald for its easy beach access and proximity to markets and shopping areas. While the vibrant atmosphere and entertainment are a hit among visitors, reviews indicate mixed experiences with service quality and professionalism. Room conditions have been called out for maintenance needs and spotty cleanliness, despite some finding them acceptable. Moreover, many travelers question the value for money, pointing to hefty prices and additional charges for expected amenities, with mixed feedback on the hotel's cleanliness and catering to specific guest groups.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the hotel is very old. The aqua park is very nice, it is newly built. The beach is good, there is a little pebble but it is not disturbing. But the food of a hotel is such a mess that there is no food to eat, and even though I am not a picky eater, we were left hungry. I had always read food complaints about the hotels where I stayed on holiday, but this time I witnessed it firsthand and it was true. Is it this bad? Is the food this bad? Is the hygiene zero? The food is astonishing. It's perfect for upsetting your stomach. There is only one pita to eat and there is always a queue. In terms of activities, he manages disco and poolside events. Drinks are fine too. Internet costs 3 euros, this is a big minus! The bathhouse has the luxury of saying that there are no beach towels and sending them back at their discretion. This is a shame for the management. I wonder if they ask for a towel when they come to the bathhouse to have a scrub made for a fee! Elevators are at ox speed. There are no necessary supplies in the rooms, not even slippers, you figure out the rest. We couldn't even find a piece of paper saying "please do not disturb" to hang on the room door, so we were always raided while we were sleeping in the early hours of the morning. Finally . The day I told him specifically, when we found one, we hung it on the door. The staff tries to do as much as they can, but very few of them can't keep up. People spread a tablecloth on the dining tables in restaurants and prepare cooking utensils, but almost everyone sits down at the empty table they find.

Pros: Large area with recreational areas. Counted at least three pools - helped us out in the days when there was a storm at sea.
A big bonus turned out to be the water park.
We liked the food, during the week I was there everything I like to eat: tuna, liver, tongue, lamb. Here, of course, the amateur, stopped paying attention to people's reviews of food: all people have different tastes.

The animation and the evening program are great.

Another notable fact about this hotel: it is one of the first hotels built 40 years ago (the new building is about 17 years old). Therefore, the interiors will seem old-fashioned, but I recommend just immersing yourself in the authenticity of this hotel and enjoy the relaxation area where Turkish coffee is made, stroll through the corridors and enjoy the batik on the walls. If you prefer new-build chain hotels, you will not be at this hotel.

Cons: only one bar was open - that's why it's the line. Personally, I tolerate it.
Cleaning rooms depends on the person who cleans your room. My room was always perfectly cleaned. My parents' room is disgusting, but I found out the reason when I saw that the room was being cleaned by a young guy who had no idea how to flush the toilet. Maybe he was just filling in for someone, because after three days I didn't see him again, and the room was cleaned up nicely.

The general impression is still left by the people who work there: animators, staff in the restaurant and bar, the beach keeper, etc. You can tell they're trying.

We enjoyed our holiday. ❤️

The Hotel has a beautiful territory, a beautiful park, a comfortable and large sandy beach. Good food. Varied and tasty. Worthy. We were lucky with the weather. Since October 17 it has been very warm and the sea has been warm. There were a lot of people. From 21 there were significantly fewer people. The big minus is the rooms in the old building. They are all shabby, small and uncomfortable. Dirty plumbing - our sink was covered in fungus - room 3506 itself overlooked an internal garden with a fountain, you could hear the sea. But one double bed is healthy, the second is small and child-sized - this is offered for two adult women as a double. Why not put up a small bed and make a normal double is unclear. People were resettled only with scandal. We didn't want to make a scandal.

From bad news, on October 25, the hotel closed and everyone was moved to Aranya - it’s not far and the hotel is good. But why then sell vouchers - moving takes time from an already short vacation. We left on October 24th. I can advise this - if you are not close relatives, or a couple, you should go in two singles. Perhaps I’ll come back, but I’ll be living separately, just the two of us, and it won’t be comfortable at all. There were mosquitoes (we had a fumigator)

Rest great, thank you very much! I liked the area very much - juicy, green, shady and in flowers. Chefs are trying. Everything is delicious, varied and fresh. Meat, fish dishes, vegetables - in 12 days. There's a lot of control from the chief around the room, but there's a lot of people.
The animation guys are smiley and friendly. For the first time, I wanted to join aqua aerobics and water polo.
Lived in the old building. The moth at the reception called it $50 per room if we wanted to check into a new one. Lived on the 6th floor (under the roof). Took five rooms there. Of these, three had electrical problems – trivialized. Technicians came, but repairs were not instantaneous((. And the problems recurred.
The rooms themselves are spacious, and the air conditioning worked differently for everyone.
The janitor on the 6th floor is a dune-eater. Hiding in the corners with his phone, floor not cleaning at all. I haven't seen a vacuum cleaner in the hallway in 12 days, the surface in the hallway is dirty.
Why am I giving you an A?
Because those who do their jobs with integrity should not suffer from negligent employees. The sea was warmer, we were smiled at, we were entertained from the heart, and the cons were up to you. We left rested and satisfied.
If the administration reads this review, there are wishes:
Dryers on the balcony and hooks in the bathroom; signs indicating the types of meat and jam in the restaurant and better replace umbrellas on the beach with tents. Supervising the janitorial work will also add value to the hotel. No slippers seen, no bar replenishment, no dust or plumbing wash.

The rooms are a disaster. Dirty, smelly, musty, there was dirt everywhere. Service staff don't give a damn if you don't speak Russian or Turkish. Even with English you can hardly get anywhere. The guests behave the worst. As soon as the bars and restaurants open, food is bunkered in moderation everywhere that falls down and stays. No matter when evening would like to eat it is so incredibly crowded and loud that you just want to get away. The food tastes like nix and there is the same thing every night and is more reminiscent of canteen food.
Everywhere it stinks of alcohol. The beach is the only positive and it is also incredibly polluted.
No idea how the hotel managed to get and hold 5 stars.
When you think that you pay about 1000€ in high season and get this shithole makes you so incredibly angry.

Flew on vacation with her two sons 25.08.24 g ) First impression of the hotel is beautiful, the water park on the grounds is just a find for children, the first shoreline, sand pebbles, meals are great ,all very delicious, but there is one, big But: check-in , marooned, type can't find a room 🤦, barely like at 2.30 p.m., instead of 14 hours properly, checked in , feeling priced ) In the room the conditioner didn't work ,showed 60 degrees🙈, the remote didn't work, went down to the reception three times , every 30 min ,after two hours came the master , bit the batteries 🙈, and Voila , the remote worked , I think , wow ) Wi fi only in the lobby, on the territory only paid internet (Service for three , rebedded on the 6th day 🤦 after check-in, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel for the first day put , and then not all occupants, on the 4th day gave nothing, begged 🙈, gave only two, come on ) the towels changed to 4, 5, 6 days and then not all , partially , floors on the 5th day wiped with a mop , one name and only , First time I have encountered such an attitude , and in another 5 star hotel ! Previously checked into 4 stars, no problem , up to 12 hours checked in ), the service is better than in this hotel. You can't treat people like that, reception is the face of the hotel, your reception falls face to face in the dirt, and the service, after this treatment of people (

The horley it self was lovely, exceptionally clean resembled the pictures on the website
The rooms were well looked after and initially presented well.
The staff made the experience overall, the politeness and positive atmosphere added to the holiday experience.
The food choices were constantly varied; catering towards everyone’s individual needs.
The location is excellent for an evening look around the markets and shops with even friendlier locals around willing to help.
The beach is right on the side of the hotel with easy access and sun loungers provided on the beach.
Did have to pay extra for wifi in our room which sometimes didn’t work but the other wifi always did around the pool

The hotel is in a excellent location on the beachfront, that's probably the only good thing about this hotel.... so many little things makes it a disappointing experience. I have been to Turkey so many times and stayed in different 5 star resorts and all was very good and always left with a good experience. Unfortunately MC Beach didn't meet my expectations. The hotel has so much potential to be a really good hotel, just basic problems like staff being more attentive to requests, reception staff having a welcoming approach, most staff do not speak English, so it's very difficult to communicate. Few issues in the room, broken light fittings, telephone not working, house keeping never cleaning the room, rooms are very dirty seems like never been cleaned. In the restaurant no cutlery, always waiting for clean plates or cups, tables are not cleaned straight away after guests finishing their food. There is also a random smell possibly sewage. WiFi only works in one lobby. Unfortunately I will not return to this hotel again.

Relaxed with his wife in early October in this hotel, close to his own beach fed 3 times a day plus there is a snack bar and pool bar and nice clean pools, delicious cakes Gizlime on the grounds. That's where the upside ends. Room after field trials, carpet all stained, mattress all pressed, springs resting on ribs, shower tiles bloated, room service happens time and time again if you ask at the reception, generally a large hotel, but most of the locations are empty, the hotel needs a very big restoration, sometimes the plaster is fallen off, where mold stains, feed so well, but in the same positions don't worry, your stomach is full, definitely won't stay hungry if you go to this "hotel" don't give much hope SOLID THREE

Two adults and two children (16 and 9). If you have the same composition, do not take a standard room, it only sleeps three and bring a cot that takes up almost the entire room area. And they only brought it when we were checked in and turned to the reception, and we arrived at 11 p.m.

It's a 2.5-hour drive from the airport to the hotel.

Room stock is old, needs repair, plumbing is tired. Rooms are not cleaned until you tell the front desk. No bed linen changed in a week. Paul didn't wash.

Only pleased is that it is on the seafront, in the territory of its water park, not bad.

The beach is sandy, there are pebbles at the entrance, you can enter without special shoes, because the plot is not large.

The area is green, clear.

The food is great, always meat, fish, fruit, will not stay hungry.

If unpredictable in terms of living conditions, you can rest. But hotels won't recommend it.
