The Grand Kolibri Prestige & Spa is often celebrated for its friendly service and dynamic atmosphere, with a lively vibe emanating from its music and activities. While the hotel's location is popular for its easy access to beaches and shopping, some guests have raised concerns about noise.
The amenities, including diverse food options and engaging activities, generally impress guests, although the value proposition has garnered mixed reviews due to unexpected charges. Rooms are appreciated for their space and cleanliness, yet occasional service inconsistencies have been noted.

Nice hotel, which in general left only positive impressions! Diverse and delicious food, there is even a separate fish restaurant, and fast food lovers will love the pizza, nuggets and fries prepared near the pool. Confectionery is always available in the restaurant and in the bar. We had Ultra All Inclusive, so we could order both soft drinks (Coke, Fanta, Sprite, Tea, Coffee, etc.) and alcoholic drinks (wine, cocktails and stronger). Drinks are available in all bars - the main restaurant, the pools and the beach. The room also has a minibar (water, gas.water and delicious fruit tea) which is replenished daily. Separately I want to highlight the SPA complex, which has free services - hammam, salt cave and swimming pool, as well as paid services of massage therapists, who know their business perfectly well and are professionals! My wife and I went to see City and Sherry massage therapists, thank them so much for having a nice time, after these procedures you feel your body in a new way and it's really great and a great addition to your vacation! I also want to thank Kahn (he is a medically trained orthopedist) for repairing my leg, which I slightly injured in the canyon. For the SPA Complex I would rate 5+ on a 5 point scale and highly recommend that everyone who relaxes in this hotel try at least 1 massage session, because after it you will want more :)
Cons of the hotel: Fruit. For me, that was the biggest downside I lowered my grade for. Almost always they were IMMATURE and virtually every day the same thing: watermelon, melon, peach, plum, apple, pear... There were no cherries and strawberries at all, and I don't remember bananas either. Although no, the cakes sometimes had strawberries, even ripe and delicious. I assume that this problem is massive among hotels, since we went to 2 vegetable bases and saw fruit of similar quality. Beach. Not critical, of course, but there's an inconvenience when entering the water, it's pebbles, small and large, and in some places there's something sharp underwater.
Pros of the hotel: (there are many more!!!) + Appetizing dishes for any taste you want to taste. + Excellent SPA complex. + Your own beach. There is a convenient way out of the hotel, the number of deckchairs always exceeds the number of holidaymakers, there is a bar. + Animators. Evening program in the on-site amphitheatre, which is different every day and in which in addition to adults do not forget about children. + Kind staff. The restaurant can make roses from napkins, and when cleaning the room - beautiful swans. + Minibar in the room to quench your thirst at any moment.

The hotel is great! I definitely recommend it to everyone. It took us a long time to choose, but in the end we never regretted our choice. The food is a huge minus of the hotel😂because we gained a huge amount of kilograms after eating like that😂but seriously, it’s tasty, varied, satisfying. There is a lot of food, meat, fish, side dishes, desserts, fruits, various drinks and most importantly, everything is very tasty. A separate and huge plus is the service. Highest level! I have never seen anything like this in any hotel, either in Turkey or in other countries. Total cleanliness everywhere. It even made me laugh that during disco nights on the street they constantly walked and wiped the tiles, it would seem that calm down, as soon as the disco is over, wipe everything here, but no, they keep every centimeter and every minute clean! The hotel itself is new, it is very pleasant to stay there. As one of the employees told us, they have a strict manager who monitors the order and image of the hotel, and this is noticeable; everything here is imbued with sincere respect for the guests. We are sincerely pleased with our stay here. The room is cleaned every day upon request, the bar is replenished with water, mineral water, iced tea, tea, coffee, cream, sugar. The only downside I can highlight is the beach. Obviously he's not very good. But I’m picky about beaches, and in general, the hotel probably can’t influence this in any way. It’s the way nature has designed it, that the entrance to the sea is Pebbles and it’s not very comfortable to enter. In a word, everything was just super! I wish the hotel to develop and in no case stop in its development. Thank you❤️

Let's rest now. The hotel lived up to expectations. Nutrition. Excellent. Everything is delicious and for every taste. Various meats: beef, lamb, turkey. Chicken. Fish. All daily. Beach . The entrance to the sea is rocky, shoes are required. Seats on the beach were always available. There is a drinks station. There are many food stations on the territory - burgers, kutabs, baked potatoes, french fries. Minuses. One room key per family, which is very inconvenient. Wifi on site is paid, which is not suitable for 5* and ultra all inclusive. Alcohol is only local. There was no shampoo or hair conditioner in the room.

We went as a family in August to have a nice holiday, but it started with the sullen security at the hotel entrance, with neither guidance nor answers to our questions. The room cleaning was terrible, we had to use the first day's towels until the day of departure, but they were not changed even though we requested them to be changed several times. The staff's behavior was very bad, they were very rude. The food was not at all comparable to a 5-star hotel. Don't be fooled by what they call 5 stars. They wrote that it was a so-called children's buffet, but there were no special menus for children anywhere, so my children ate fries and nuggets throughout the holiday, or rather, they had to eat them. In order to get a sun lounger at the pool, you have to get up early in the morning and put on a towel to find a place, otherwise it is impossible to find a place. The beach was so stony we couldn't even swim. There wasn't much going on at the Sinek bar either. When you ask the staff for something, they turn you off and show no interest. Does a person go on vacation and want to go home as soon as possible? I regret going there, our time was wasted. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days on vacation and this is our opinion. The hotel definitely does not deserve 5 stars, it looks more like it has 3 stars. Firstly, nowhere was it written that the hotel consists of 3 blocks and when we arrived at reception we were told that we were in the third block which is far from the first block and which literally contains nothing but rooms and for everything we needed (breakfast, lunch, dinner, swimming pool, spa and generally everything that is stated that the hotel contains) we were asked to pay extra to be in the first block where we originally thought we would be staying. The staff does not speak English very well, but they know Russian. The food is mediocre, it looks like there is everything but in reality there is nothing. We literally ate 3-4 of the same dishes for 10 days because everything else was tasteless. The cakes all taste the same, just different colors and not sweet at all. The hotel hygiene is mediocre. Every day we asked for our room to be cleaned, but 80% of the time the room received us in the same condition as when we left it. The towels and bed linen we received were supposedly clean and sometimes stained. I also don't understand what the Ultra All Inclusive service means here when you have to pay for everything. Animators are funny and they try to make your vacation better. There are plenty of pool games, darts and table tennis. If you like to walk, this is not the place for you. There are 3-4 souvenir stores near the hotel and that's it. There is one place nearby, about 2 km away, so you can only walk there or drive to Alanya which is 15 km away, a taxi costs about 20 €. The beach is ok in terms of sunbeds and there is sand, but the entrance to the water is disastrous. There are a lot of rocks and unfortunately getting in and out of the water is difficult, after a few meters there is sand at the bottom, but because of the waves, you will be thrown into the rocks. It seems like there is sand, all the people are standing in the same place where the sand is, because if you try to swim you will hit an invisible rock and probably get hurt. There are also waves because the sea is open. The beach bar does not contain the necessary things that everyone would expect from a 5-star hotel. From drinks you have Coca Cola, Fanta... from alcohol only beer to wine. The pool is okay, it has a bar that is mediocre, they don't know how to make cocktails, but there is also a snack bar that has delicious burgers and wraps. The overall impression is not catastrophic, but definitely this hotel did not meet expectations considering that it has 5 stars.🙂

Very bad unequipped beach and going to sea! You can't go out to sea, lots of big rocks, you have to be very careful, you can hurt your legs even with corals hard to go in and out! Think before you choose this hotel - that's the biggest downside. Hotel management needs to think about this and equip a normal entrance to the sea , make some stairs. There were elderly people who couldn't even go to sea. The second minus is the very small area of the hotel, the location itself is uncomfortable, the passage to the sea through the underpass. The sea is dirty for the first time in Turkey! The hotel itself is generally nice rooms clean new. The animation is good, but we didn't always go to their amphitheatre it's behind the third building not very comfortable. The food is the only thing that liked about this hotel is very good, everything is enough, there is seafood , red fish is often, every day some fish, meat is also always delicious, for those with small children there is no children's menu, it is not always possible to find food for the child. Cleaning isn't every day, clean as they please even if you press the button that you need cleaning. And also the internet is paid for, the safe is paid for, the juice in the restaurant freshly squeezed is also paid for! Or drink chemical drinks from the machine. On the beach and near the second building in the snack bar bake tortillas gozlema granny if they are not tipped start muttering on their own, although it is clear that they ask for money. Sorry we came to a hotel where everything is inclusive and paid a lot and still everywhere for money, even weighing a suitcase at the reception also pays! The staff has little understanding of Russian and is not very friendly. The alcohol is local only, not so much. The wine is white delicious and the beer is not bad, the cocktails are pure chemistry with ice, the ice cream is given only one hour a day by the pool. They sell ice cream for 3 euros on the beach. The pools are very small for so many holidaymakers, the sunbeds near the pool with slides are almost never available. In general do not recommend this hotel, do not waste your money choose something better, we will definitely not come back here again, we regretted choosing this hotel! Read the reviews of this hotel, and positive and negative, I mean, the negatives turned out to be true.

Here’s an honest review. We visited as a couple at the end of September, so the price for the 7-night ultra all-inclusive package, booked through an agency, was in the low to medium range. The temperatures were around 30°C. The food was okay, with plenty of options, but I was disappointed with the fruit stand and the à la carte restaurants. Free Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, but you can pay €2 per day to have it throughout the hotel, which is worth it. You get free access to the sauna, salt room, indoor pool, and a small fitness room (a bit basic). For the spa, you can choose Hamam, massage, and peeling packages, starting at €25—some are definitely worth it, especially for the experience. The outdoor pools are average. The beach is decent; you can reach it via an underground passage or an overpass, and sunbeds are free. You can also get drinks from the beach bar. I recommend wearing water shoes when entering the sea, as the stones can be sharp. There’s always something open if you’re looking to eat. The soft drinks are above average, but the alcohol is below average and low quality. In the hotel, around 70% of the guests are Russian, but this is normal for Turkey. The young staff, who are mostly interns, speak English, which is a plus. We stayed in a superior double room, which was spacious and clean. Let’s be clear, from my point of view, this is not a 5-star hotel, more like a 4-star one. But in 2024, if you want a true 5-star hotel in Turkey, you’ll have to pay double compared to what you’d pay at Grand Kolibri. At that price, I’d rather choose an exotic destination!

The hotel is new, consists of 3 buildings. We lived in the farthest one, there are two swimming pools nearby (a paddling pool and one with slides), it’s quiet in the evening, but you have to walk to the beach. Not critical, but still). Internet throughout the territory is paid, 2 euros/dollars per day for 1 phone. The food is normal, fruits, fish, standard in general. The area is clean, well-groomed, green. They took their own towels, otherwise you have to leave a deposit and return them constantly. We are on our 4th day of rest and neither towels nor bed linen have been changed yet. Even tips didn't help. The pillows are really uncomfortable and the air conditioner is right next to the crib.

I’m not one to normally write a negative review, but I do think it’s necessary on this occasion as unfortunately we were a little disappointed with our trip.
We read all the great reviews about this hotel and couldn’t believe our luck with how cheap the hotel was for 5 nights! We immediately booked based on 5* review ratings. However, throughout the trip we encountered many issues that really affected our overall stay.
The positives: Entertainment was great, loads to do during the day and evening!
The entertainment staff were friendly and made an effort with all the guests.
24-7 lobby bar, was great for later nights
The pool areas, there are 3 and all very nice, with plenty of sun and sun beds
The hotel itself is very impressive and clean
The beach was nice too
The negatives Unhappy and unhelpful staff (on occasion). We had multiple incidents with the staff:
On day of arrival, we had booked 4 guests to stay in one room. Instead of fulfilling this, they tried to charge an extra €50 for a bigger room, even though the trip was booked with 4 guests from the start. To sort out this issue, the staff ‘gifted’ the bigger room.
We had problems with our shower, as the staff are very limited with their English, we called reception twice and they hung up on us twice. We then went down to speak to them, they promised to send someone up to fix it and unfortunately they hadn’t by the time we came back up on the room in the evening. We then had to speak to them again to get it fixed.
On most evenings the bar staff of the hotel were unhappy and miserable, making us feel uncomfortable.
The air con in our room started leaking water all over the bed, eventhough it was quick for them to fix, they did so reluctantly. They then tried to make us sleep on a wet bed before finally going to get us a sofa bed to sleep on.
Housekeeping borderline harassed us for a tip, when we gave them LIRAs, they were very ungrateful and asked for Euros instead. Very offensive.
One of our party wanted to rest later on a couple of the days and asked if housekeeping could come back later, they really didn’t like this and was rude about it.
On our last day, we tried to get the towel deposit back and they seemed reluctant to provide this. They kept serving other guests and it seemed like they wanted us to say to just leave it, because our transfer home was arriving very soon.
The cocktails were very disappointing, with most pre-mixed and not to 5* standard.
The food was ok, they seemed to serve the same thing everyday. The best meals were at lunch time at the snack bars as there was a wider selection.
Don't be fooled by the midnight 'buffet' it's cold soup, bread, random meats and cheese.
This is not due to the hotel, but the guests were not very friendly, kept staring and seemed to dislike us as the only British group there (4 women).
Overall, it was an OK experience, we were very disappointed by the staff and quality of drinks. We wouldn’t recommend.

The hotel is super, new, the rooms are all new and clean. Cleaning is regular, but guests need to be careful and remember to press the cleaning button. The food was super, surprisingly in April there were watermelons every day. Thanks to the cooks, bartenders and waiters, they were very polite and friendly. Animation is a separate plus. They are our colorful ones. Every evening they invited us to different shows, the invitations were not intrusive, which is a big plus! Thanks to Ksenia, Christina, Tamer, Caesar, Shirin, and a big special thank you to DJ Fred!!!

From Antalya airport with private transfer it took ~2hours (in Turkey it costs 60-90€), if you are going with travel agency bus ~3-3,5hours with few stops to release other people to their hotels, the time depends on how many stops bus do before your hotel.
