My friend and I stayed here at the beginning of our Portugal trip - it was one of two hotels where a room block was held for the wedding we were attending. I'm so glad we stayed here!
The room was easy for two friends to share - not terribly big, but not cramped either. The bathroom was relatively spacious and there was a good amount of light. The included breakfast had a variety of options and the staff was very accommodating. If we were on a more leisurely trip, I'm sure I would've enjoyed more of the amenities!

We were sent to this hotel as an emergency when our flight was forced to land in Lisbon en our way from Lanzarote. The staff when we arrived were so helpful they put BA to shame, we had no information for 200 passengers bussed here late at night, reception staff reassured us, checked everyone in to rooms, laid on a very late buffet dinner and arranged to have onward travel arrangements published. Our room was a double with views over the pool and wider area, a lovely, luxurious king size bed, beautifully appointed bathroom, large balcony and very nice, top quality furnishings. We had a very good nights sleep, long hot shower in the morning and down for a very good buffet breakfast. Check out was all perfectly arranged with signs up and staff directing what was a very chaotic situation. 10/10

We have been in this hotel 3 times, in 2018, 2021 and 2022 and we were never disappointed.
We tried the standard rooms, the suite and more recently the guest houses for groups.
The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and client oriented.
There is now a kids club offering various activities for kids.
Swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) are well designed for all ages. Slippery outside, best attention should be given to those wet spots, because lots of kids falling and hurting themselves.
The food is very good and with great variety. (2 restaurants with snacks at 2 additional bars) Expensive breakfast but with tons of choices for all tastes, really enjoyed it all times.
We did not try golf, therefore no opinion on that.

The hotel itself is nice. The rooms are well decorated with nice en-suites. The outdoor pool is nice but the temperature was very cold! What was incredibly disappointing was the food. The only evening dining option was a buffet restaurant. It was €33 per head not including drinks which was incredibly expensive for what was very basic food. So disappointing not to have any restaurant option on a hotel of this size. It is quite isolated in location so the only other option would be to travel by taxi to a local town for dinner. The pool bar was closed meaning that you had to walk quite a distance to even get a water. Glad we only had three nights here. I would have been very upset if we had booked this hotel for three weeks!

When I first played Campo Real 15 years ago it was a delight with well maintained fairways, clinging rough, well sanded bunkers and wonderful greens.
Now the only part of the course that could be described as adequate are the greens.
Management have somehow conspired to turn this course into a dirt track and I mean that entirely literally. The fairways now consist of soil with the occasional blade of grass struggling to survive.
The have wrecked a true gem and how they have the nerve to charge green fees is beyond me. My shoes picked up so much soil on the first fairway that I grew half an inch and spent the first nine raking the soil of the soles of my shoes before each shot!
If drastic action is not taken soon this course could be lost.
What is so annoying is that all the other courses in the area - royal Obidos, West Cliffs etc do not have these problems.
Drastic and urgent action is needed to save this lovely course.
I was not staying in the hotel and my review relates only to the golf course.

As a Green Key hote, Dolce Campo Lisboa has an environmentally sustainable irrigation policy, based mainly on the reuse of rainwater. Our country, and especially our region, faces a period of extreme drought. For this reason, the resources available through the public system are limited, and there are restrictions in the use of water. All these constraints oblig us to have an tight management of water resources, giving priority to the fundamental areas of play. We´re hopping for better weather condition. Best regards

The employees at the front desk are really friendly and helpful. We had an apartment, with a very cold floor. With the aircindition the temperature of the room was good. The size of the apartment was big and everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable.
The indoor pool is nice but it is a pity that there is no space to lay down and relax.
The gym is not good equipped. The elitica doesn't work and the TV on the treadmill doesn't work. The gym devices don't make sense for a workout.
The breakfast was really good, we enjoyed the fresh fruits and the omelettes. There could be a bigger choice of local cheese and fresh vegetables. The coffee was pretty good.
If you would be a plastic free hotel, avoid the salt, pepper and suggarbags.

Our group of 20 golfers visited hotel for a week in the end of October -22. Hotel is located in a very quiet spot, surrounded by local houses and some holiday homes and fields. Area is very beautiful and green, but there are no other hotels or restaurants or shops anywhere close. We game to play golf and the course is very nicely located right next to the hotel.
Hotel rooms were nice and good in size. My room was facing the pool and golf course and the small balcony was sunny but not furnished. Bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night so good to sleep after long days playing.
We visited the spa every day and there were only few other people there. Sauna was not too hot for us Finns.
Breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, sausages, beans, breads and cheeses, fruit, yogurt, mysli etc. There was a buffet dinner every evening and the food was very delicious. From club or bar you could get also some lunch or dinner from menu.

On the day before my wedding I had booked a room here to get ready in the morning. To celebrate in advance with my future husband and our friends we came to the restaurant to drink champagne and eat some snacks. My husband have allergies to goat and sheep milk, so when we ordered the cheese plate we made this very clear with the waiter. After we got the plate, we double and triple checked with two more waiters and got the same answer that there is no goat or sheep. One hour later we almost had to cancel the wedding because the groom was dying, and created a unpleasant “show” all over the hotel. Our celebration on the night before the wedding got ruined. We have sent an complaint to the hotel and never got an answer or an apology. Please take allergies seriously, it can end very badly. And above everything be professional, after all you are supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

My family's airline was diverted, and they put us in this hotel overnight. The dinner buffet was extremely delicious, having such a large variety of different foods. The breakfast buffet was also delicous, having everything from pancakes and eggs to cereals and sausage. The rooms all had beautiful views, and everything was very clean. The staff was also super nice and accomadating, especially for having an entire flight show up late at night. I which we had planned to stay here, although it was perfect after the longest day of traveling. I would love to come back for a planned vacation in wine country.

I believe there are 3 different dining experiences. We ate on the patio that overlooks the golf course. We mainly ate appetizers as we stayed in a villa at the resort with our own dining capabilities.
No, they don't offer trips to Lisbon or beach. Golf and relaxing is the main thing here. If you come by car, Lisbon is 1 hr away.
