A beautiful place with a 7-8 min walk to a back entrance to Plitvice Lakes National Park. The place is clean with plenty of space, a comfortable bed and a great shower. If you're looking for party central, look elsewhere, as it's real quiet at night. Just keep the door and windows closed, except the one with the screen to keep out the bugs. The AC/heat works great. Breakfast was excellent, with a smile, despite our very early breakfast request to get to the park early. A nice evening walk as well to a part of the park from the hotel that doesn’t require a ticket. Easy, free parking right out front. Small shared fridge with a small freezer for use, just outside the door, though we were the only ones using it that night. Excellent restaurant a walk away, though you may want a flashlight if you come back late.
Overall, a very nice stay.
Just a note: there wasn’t anybody at the entrance when we got there at 8am, and there isn’t anything to stop you from walking right in, so we could have got in at 7am, despite our 8-9am ticket entrance time. The earlier to the park the better as it got very busy around 10am, despite being a Tuesday in late September with COVID still going.

A lovely place with happy chickens, kittens, friendly dogs and sheep. 10 min walk to top entrance of Plitvice lakes(crowed in august) the host gave us great tips for other free and beautiful walks! Right doen the Road it is possible to rent e vikes and have a fantastisk ride through enchanting magical woods. And and beautiful green and torquise Lakes. And along the black river. Pictureous villages, squirrels, eagles and other birds. Amounts of flowers and butterflies!
Several good places to eat in walking distance. Especially Breza with fantastic home cooked soup, fresh trout or meat. Not to forget delicious vegetables and kake for dessert! We were met with genuine kindness and helpfulness by our host, the bike guy and at the restaurant Breza.
Looking forward to coming back!

Very welcoming host, with lots of good tips for nearby hikes and where to eat. Offered us a coffee as we arrived, which we had outside in the garden.Owner very quick to respond to emails which is a plus. Country setting with cats, dog and chickens. Very calm if you want a good rest after a long day in the plitvice natural parc !

Very essy location in line with the place since you are practically on a farm. The room unfortunately fills with flies but it is normal since there are animals outside.
The room is clean but you do not make the room so if you are picky it is not for you.
Also if you love television veer over since the dish does not work (I would have liked to see some European games even with commentary in Croatian but the TV only has netfix)
