Se trata de casas tradicionales canarias, con paredes de piedra y techos de madera, algunas con más de 200 años de antigüedad, que han sido recientemente reformadas. Todas disponen de salón con TV, aire acondicionado, cocina con placa eléctrica y microondas y baño con ducha 'rain shower'.

Дом содержится без всякой заботы и очень неопрятный: швабры и ведро прямо у входа, скатерть на столе грязная, посуда жирная, пульты, дверные ручки никогда не моют. Внутри все три дня было очень сыро и пахло плесенью. Окна маленькие, искусственное освещение слабое, поэтому внутри все время полумрак. Телевизор крошечный, только испанские каналы. На кухне нет чайника. Когда включена плита, сеть не выдерживает нагрузки, и все время отключается защитный автомат. Бойлер 30 литров, горячей воды не хватает. Из-за сырости и проблем с электричеством не советую селиться в этом месте в прохладное время года. При доме хорошая терраса, но вид у нее на парковку. Никаких цветов и садика нет, хотя места для этого достаточно. Хозяева очень странные: сначала просили отменить заказ и купить у них чуть дешевле, после выселения настойчиво просили поставить домику 10 баллов, хотя он этого совершенно не заслуживает.
