No, you will need to spend the night (unless you charter your own boat/plane/helicopter)- the yasawa flyer leaves once daily at 0830hrs. We overnighted at the Tokatoka resort (opposite the airport) which is a decent stopover... More

Hi the the flies are only a nuisance during brekkie and lunch.. they are persistent and in numbers. but I wouldn't let that influence your decision to visit the resort,!
