Blue lagoon has the best beach ever... and I lived in Thailand for 9 years and have travelled extensively... amazing snorkelling on their house reef right off the beach, and lots more close by... and a trip to the caves is a must... the rooms are large and the interiors designed

Flies. There were flies everywhere. In the food. Not one fly in the food, hundreds of flies swimming in the food. The place was very dirty.

Tried to be friendly with the owner and he was very condescending and arrogant. What a loser. Wow, this was a terrible experience.

This resort is what your idea of the idyllic, beautiful Fiji islands is about. The place is exquisite and it’s built right on the beach. The staff is great and the food service unmatchable. The restaurant by the ocean offers the best sunset views you can imagine. I would recommen

This was our first of three islands that we visited in the Yasawa Islands and it was well worth the long ferry ride (4hrs) from the port on the mainland. (Stayed 4-nights which was perfect) The staff is good, the accommodations are good, and the food was great! Because the meal

This place really is as good as people say it is, it is so beautiful and the whole experience is just wonderful. We were given an unexpected upgrade to a beach front villa on arrival . These are stunning, the outdoor bathroom is something else, there are sun beds reserved for you

Hi. Upon arrival at the hotel do I have to pay for the taxes of every day I will be at the hotel? What is the price of taxes? Is it not included in the price of the room? Thank you
We've found taxes are generally included but what is charged separately in some islands is the meal package. Check your booking carefully to make sure you know what the full cost will be, taxes will be included, meal package pricing is sometimes shown separately.

What are the drink prices approximately for a glass of wine and beer
About 20 FJD for a mixed drink, about 10 FJD for a beer. Wine varies by the type and where it is from, can do by bottle or glass.

Our flight arrives at Nadi at 1540h, are we able to get to the islands that day or will we need to spend a night in Nadi?
Many nice hotels to stay in overnight at Denauru Island, Then you can adjust to time difference and take ferry from Denaura Marina, leaves about 8am every day to the Yasawas.

Is there still only communal dining? Or can you dine at your own table?
Communal Dining was only 2 nights per week. All lunches and most dinners are at your own table, unless you want to sit with others, which is fine too.

Hi we have heard from a few people and also some of the more recent reviews the flies are bad at this resort. Has anyone been recently and tell me if this is still an issue? We are debating whether to go here or return to paradise cove
Yes, unfortunately, but they have fans to blow them away. They are usually gone by dinner time. Mostly around during lunch. Sit under the awning to avoid and ask to have the fans on.
