Another fabulous stay at Tenuta la Santissima - if I could award 10 stars I would! What can I say - charming and informative hosts, spectacular views, clean and well appointed rooms, and the food is incredible! Breakfasts and dinners are lovingly prepared by Mama, Pierre and Eric - all with fresh local produce most of which is from their own garden. You will never find better tomatoes than those grown here! As another reviewer has commented, you are treated like family with a wonderful welcome. Do not hesitate to book.

From your first steps on Tenuta la Santissima to the final hugs, you'll feel like family. Other posters have accurately described the high-quality rooms and overall ambiance of the experience. We stayed in the lovely ground-floor apartment, which is a short walk from the main house/bnb. Breakfast and dinners in the house were gastronomic delights. Most importantly, discerning travelers who seek personal connecting experiences will find this setting very appealing. The close-by freeway offers quick access to your daily explorations but comes with a bit of traffic noise while outside the dwelling. Overall, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!

Following a poor experience with another Tuscan farm location that emphasized its "rustic" nature, we found Tenuta la Santissima. What a great stroke of good fortune! Located in the beautiful rolling Toscano hill country, we fell in love immediately with the Tuscan Arches apartment. But even more so with the delightful family that runs Tenuta. Alain, Marike, Eric and Pierre made us feel we were part of their family. Marie Therese (Mama) prepared all sorts of tasty delights in the kitchen using fresh, locally grown ingredients. Both breakfast and dinner were outstanding each day and a treat we looked forward to before and after a day of relaxation. We especially loved the sweet, tasty tomatoes grown on the farm and used in several of the dishes. The apartment was spacious, bright and sparkling clean. Every thing you might need from snacking to a full-on dinner is available in the well-equipped kitchen. The king beds in each of the two bedrooms made for a comfortable end to each relaxing day. This host welcomes you as part of their family. If you need a place to get away to complete some work or just want some quiet relaxation in a magnificent setting, don't miss this opportunity. Dave & Marcie

This was a lovely stop on our holiday in Tuscany. 4 nights in a peaceful, tranquil location - a home from home. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, but the main highlights are the food and hospitality. We couldn't have been made to feel more welcome and we were so well fed! Breakfasts were amongst the best we've had anyway - all home made, different every day, lovely mix of sweet and savoury and really set us up for the day. We did the cooking course one evening with another couple who were staying. What a great way to spend 3 hours (and we have only been home one day and have already put our pasta-making skills to the test). Dinners were delicious and it was nice to dine with the other guests. On the one day dinner wasn't available, we were given a number of restaurant recommendations. I'd highly recommend this lovely place to anyone visiting Tuscany. The location is perfect for trips to Siena (NB: it's more than 5km to the city, more like 15km), the Chianti area, San Gimigiano, and many of the hilltop towns further south.
