My wife and I stayed 6 nights reserved with Hotels.com. ; 1st 3 night reservation for King with Kitchen-$330 US, 2nd 3 night reservation for King with kitchenette-$255 US.
After 2 flights from our stay in St. Lucia, we taxied ($16 US) 6 km north from GND Airport arriving here before noon.
We climbed the steep front stairs to a patio deck with plunge pool and a welcoming receptionist. After paying for our room using Visa and discussing our transfer options to Carriacou, we followed a housekeeper to room #4 next door. This was disappointing as we had reserved an upper floor with kitchen. #4 had a comfortable queen with a small nightstand, a twin(used for storage), closet, wall TV(cable and Netflix) table and 2 chairs, a tiny kitchenette and small bathroom with soap and tiled shower. There were ample outlets (all large 3 prong), quiet AC and good room WiFi. The sliding door opened to a shared patio with a long view of the Caribbean across the busy and noisy main street. Besides the street we endured late noise from guests gathered at the hotel's nearby pool.
After 2 nights we moved upstairs to the larger corner room #6 with a king bed, full kitchen, private balcony with a better sea view and exceptional WiFi.
After returning from our 3 night stay at Carriacou's Grandview Hotel, we were given #9 on the 2nd floor. This smaller room was clean, repainted and similar to #6 except a very cramped kitchenette with very limited utensils/dishes and no dining table (only a balcony table and chairs).
We walked 300 m down to the nice Food Fair and 300 m farther to Spiceland Mall's larger IGA/KFC, and took the frequent #1 minibus (1 US$ each) 4 km up to the Osprey Ferry to Carriacou.
This older hillside hotel with 16 self catering rooms has a decent upper floor view, through the electric wires, of the Grand Anse Beach but it's marred by the noisy street and the fact that you have little choice of the specific room you get. In spite of requesting, and paying for, a kitchen rather than a kitchenette, we only had one night in that room. With these deterrents, this heavily booked hotel still represents good 'high season' value at ~$100 US per night, if you are a heavy sleeper or don't mind noisy traffic late into the night and starting very early in the morning.

My family of 3 recently stayed at this hotel and had a lovely experience. It's very close to the airport (cost from airport to hotel is EC$40 / US$25) and because it is located on the main road into the capital St. George it was very easy to take public transportation. It's a small 14 room hotel but well maintained and very friendly staff, huge thanks to Annie and her tips to tourists :) You get a clear view of Grand Anse beach which is only a few step away and the port at St. George where you can see the cruise ships. Because the hotel is located on a busy main road it can be noisy at night but eventually the noise will fade away. There are 3 levels at the hotel and no elevator so if you are not so young or not as fit as a fiddle ;) you may want to stay on the ground floor or first floor. The hotel is within walking distance to Spiceland Mall and we even walked to BBC beach which is next to Grand Anse. The Grand Anse Spice Market is right opposite where vendors offer great local crafts and spices of course. Thank you so much to the friendly staff at Seabreeze Hotel for a memorable family vacation.

I just spent 6 days in quarantine (Sept 26-Oct 1) at Sea Breeze and highly recommend it for the value, cleanliness, small pool and service. It's even better if you are not in quarantine because you are right across the street from the amazing Grand Anse Beach. Because we were in quarantine we couldn't go to the beach or the numerous restaurants/bars within walking distance but we were able to order food through a service called yogo.gd which is a terrible website but had great selections. It cost about $15US to have free deliveries for a month and offered 10-12 locations with good food. We ordered from Umbrellas and the delivery was quick and food warm and delicious.

The owner is amazing and checked in on us and was very easy to work with. There were NO bugs in our room which seems pretty incredible being in the Caribbean. There are USB outlets that accommodate 110 voltage and a transformer if needed for other electronics or items. Wifi was excellent. TV and remote great.

We live in Grenada and often have our guests stay here because for the value, it is truly a great hotel.

Pros: Great location and price. Directly on the main road, opposite of grand anse beach, walking distance to food and supermarket. Staff was pleasant enough

The room I had was spacious with a full and twin bed, there was a little coffee/tea area, the pool has no closing time and is heated.

Cons: UNTIDY.

When I arrived I asked not to be placed on the ground floor, a new room was given and a worker was sent to verify if it was clean. However, when I got to the room the sheets were dirty, there was hair in both drain-holes (sink and shower) which affected the flow of water and a dead millipede was in the corner of the room.

I had to call down for clean sheets and Still what I received was not “clean” in my opinion. White sheets are easy to upkeep with bleach and a little laundry blue and for a busy hotel which seemed to also be a quarantine spot, during a pandemic, this was concerning.

This may be the only reason I won’t readily return to the hotel.

I do hope this changes as the Hotel is in a prime location.

This is a Warm, Welcoming and safe place, hosted by wonderful and respectfulpeople who take pride in what they do and love it like it was their own. To put down in words the 2 weeks we spent here would be a daunting task. From the moment we checked in and we met Sharon at the front desk, she was cordial and helpful, all the way until we left 14 days later. There is a few more workers who are always busy and attentive but keep to themselves, and then there is Rashid, with his soft manners, always smiling and helpful, we really enjoyed meeting and getting to know him. Thank you.
DeShawn was another wonderful young man who helped us every time we needed anything. He sat down and played cards with us in the back lounge, making our evenings a bit more homey and a bit more familiar. The Hotel is gorgeously painted and the rooms, although simple, are clean and offer everything you may need for a longer stay. There is a community kitchen in the back that you can use and others use, you just clean it after you use it and that way it stays clean. It has all the basic tools to cook yourself great meals.
This is a simple establishment for people who can enjoy a vacation without the fancy wasteful needs of a cruiseship or a giant resort. There is plenty of way more expensive options nearby that could fit other travelers better, but it was perfect for us.
This is a clean warm and welcoming, family ran place that you can use as your Basecamp if you like to spend entire days under a palm tree on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Grand Anse Beach is a short 2 minute walk across the street. Enjoy it. Be grateful for this simple hotel being there.
Thank you, Sharon, Rashid and DeShawn for making our time in your home even better for us.
Until next time!

A small, local hotel near the beach on the main road that offered a clean, comfortable room at a good price with easy access to things. You can catch a bus in front or easily walk to the store, restaurants and vendors that are near. The people working at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The small pool was kept clean and was great for a refreshing dip in the water. The reviews warned of noise as it's located on the main road but it was actually much quieter inside of the room than we expected and we were not bothered by noise. It was a concern as my husband has sleep issues but even he says he was not bothered by noise outside as he slept. It was also enjoyable to have a balcony and just watch the traffic and games being played in the courts across the street. It was a great value and I would especially recommend for a budget traveler. The only semi-negative thing I would say is that we weren't provided with washcloths or many towels but I probably could have asked for more and been supplied with them. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

I stayed at SeaBreeze for 2 months and those weeks where amazing. The staff and the owner were always helpful and kind. The location is perfect, it is close to supermarkets and you have the beach 1 minute away by walk. The busses are running just outside the hotel and there is some restaurants close by. There is a shared outside kitchen for all the guests but I never experaced that it was crowded there. And in some room there where even a small kitchen. Thank you Lotten, Sharon, Talisha, Dijon and the rest of the amazing staff.

This hotel is a disgrace. The rooms are very basic, and have broken fixtures & fittings such as wardrobe doors that are falling off and balcony doors that do not lock. The cleaning in the rooms also leaves a lot to be desired - the toilet in our bathroom looked like it had never seen a toilet brush! I went with some friends in November to celebrate my birthday and was truly shocked when we checked in. The photos on the website are not representative of the rooms which are not fit for purpose. We decided to check out and found somewhere much more suitable in Grand Anse at the same price. Upon hearing from me how bad the hotel was, one of my friends who was coming out to Grenada to join me there for my birthday, cancelled her 4 night reservation, 4 days before she was due to arrive. The management behaved very unprofessionally and took full payment on her credit card for her 4 night stay, even though she was never advised of any cancellation policy. She has tried to get the money back but the hotel have refused to do this. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and would never make another booking there. The only good thing about this hotel is its location opposite Grand Anse beach

Terrific location right across the entrance to Grand Anse Beach and on the main road so easy to catch a local bus into St George's for EC$2.5 (1 USD). This is a budget hotel. Rooms are basic but comfortable enough. Every room has a balcony or patio although the view is of the main road and parking lot/basketball courts across the street rather than the beach. There is some noise from the main road but nothing too bad, but it might be worth having some ear plugs. There is an ATM and supermarket just a 5 min walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again because of the location and the rate charged offered excellent value.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The roosters out back did cause some noise but nothing ear plugs didn’t take care of.
The proximity to the beach is amazing. Overall a great experience.

Yes, there is no safe provided in the rooms. I think the hotel staff will be more than happy to take care of valuables if necessary, it really depends on what you plan to store with them. For example, whenever I leave the hotel, they would keep my keys and I had no issues with missing items or valuables during my stay there.
