Had one week here in apartment. the apartment was Large, clean and overlooking pool. The apartment was expensive and with a €30 cleaning charges, it wasn't cheap.
The guys behind the reception were very helpful, giving us their honest help and guidance.
Valle Gaia is a fantastic campsite, excellent, spotlessly clean facilities, nice people and plenty of space. Our mobile home was with Canvas Holidays and was fine (bit small, but totally adequate), and they are placed in the best location at the top of the hill...More

i do think this is necessary, there are very few busses and if you are planning on visiting any nearby cities i would really recommend it. good places to visit can easily be 40km away! if you plan on staying on the camp site... More
i do think this is necessary, there are very few busses and if you are planning on visiting any nearby cities i would really recommend it. good places to visit can easily be 40km away! if you plan on staying on the camp site or in the surrounding cities then maybe you can do without but if you plan on visiting anything i think a car is definitely required. but i think this counts for anywhere you go in tuscany, cities are quite far away from each other! and dont be afraid to drive with kids, the roads are mostly calm!
