From beginning to end this holiday was amazing! The staff were second to none and always went above and beyond for the people in the hotel. As soon as we arrived we were upgraded and given a free back massage, which was lovely. The food is incredible. Wow the brunch is just something else!!! Plates of delicious food and practically heaven!! The crepe bar was such a great addition to the hotel, we loved our mid day snacks and the staff there was so lovely!! The animation team were the people who made our holiday what it was. Valeria was a bundle of joy who brightens up everyone’s day!! She was a lovely woman and made us feel so welcome from the first day. From the dancing by the pool to the aqua Zumba, her energy is enfectious and is a credit to the hotel!! Thank you so much also to willy and angi for putting on great entertainment throughout the day and in the ampitheatre. We can’t wait to return, thank you to everyone at mitsis rodos!!!…

I don't know where to start! This place has exceeded our expectations and so much more, we booked here for our honeymoon for 2 weeks and everyday has been better than the last. The staff have been so welcoming and lovely can't thank them enough for making our stay 10/10! From the restaurant staff to the entertainment team we thank you, we would like to give a shout out to willy from the entertainment and zelda the main lady at the bar they have went above and beyond to make our stay memorable we will definitely be booking here again for the future. We stayed at Mitsis Summer Palace last September and chose another Mitsis resort for this holiday knowing the standard would be similar. We were not disappointed. The room: we were in a sea view room (802) and were very pleased with the overall quality and finish. The only minor niggle was the TV and phone didn't work. Not that we wanted to watch TV much, but catching up with the news or putting on a music channel is always nice. A small Bluetooth speaker would have been great as an alternative, but we got around this by playing music from a laptop. Unlike Summer Palace, there were plenty of lifts and access slopes to every area, so pushing a buggy around was a breeze. The food: I don't tend to like buffet food, but the quality was excellent and I didn't feel at all disappointed on the nights we couldn't get into an ala-carte restaurant. The ala-carte options were all excellent, not always 'authentic', but certainly delicious. The drinks/bars: the main courtyard bar was a lovely place to sit and the cocktail waiters definitely know their stuff, especially the two chaps who worked in the evening. It would have been nice to have easier options to get drinks for the downstairs pool rather than walk through the main building to the bar, especially when you are wet from swimming, but it's no major issue. The facilities/cleanliness: everything was high quality and well laid out. I was surprised at how regularly the bathrooms were cleaned. On one or two occasions the pool bathrooms got a little nasty, but were almost immediately sparkling again. The only issue we had was with the top pool, the tiles become very slippery when wet and our toddler had a nasty fall and bump on the head. We bought her pool shoes and all was good though. The resin-bound stone at the bottom pool worked perfectly to stop any slips and keep bare feet cool though. The staff: every member of staff, probably numbering in the hundreds, were all fantastic and a credit to Mitsis. Special mention for the two main bar cocktail waiters, our maid and the people in the crepe restaurant. I tried emailing three times before our arrival to ask questions and book my wife a surprise massage for the day of our arrival, but I didn't receive a single response, which was rather frustrating. I offered to book my wife a massage as soon as we got there, but she decided against it, so that's 80EUR the hotel missed out on. The negative aspects of this review are all very minor and meant in the way of feedback for management rather than to put anyone off. I've still given a 5 star rating as we had such a great time and not everything can be 100% perfect. We were so happy with our week at Rodos Village that we are planning a trip back with 4 more family members next May!…

We had a lovely stay at the hotel and were delighted to be welcomed to our room which was recently refurbished, modern and fresh. The hotel was clean, contemporary and beautiful with two lovely pools (although freezing cold and could have done with being heated) and just a short walk from the beach. There was a bus stop opposite the hotel which was super handy and inexpensive for visiting surrounding areas. The creperie was divine and open all day long for a little snack, with a large section of ice cream too. However, overall the food was not great and was really hit and miss getting a different quality of food each time we visited the same restaurants. The service was also not what we expected. Whilst some staff were extremely friendly and helpful (Carlos and Ari) the majority of the staff were unaccommodating and rather abrupt. This was disappointing and not 5* service or food. Despite this we did extend our holiday as the hotel itself was amazing and we were having the most relaxing time. But yet again, met with uncooperative reception staff which did little to help us with this. A few other things which let the hotel down included the toiletries not being restocked at all during our stay and the bed sheets only being changed once after we had to ask for this to be done. Nevertheless we had an amazing holiday which was cheap for all that we got, however we don’t think it would be worth the summer price!!…
