We stayed 4 nights in the beach front villa then 4 nights in the garden view villa, both are pretty much same layout and the same age. The beach front was favorite as the pool and beach is right there. Was very easy with our toddler. The villas are old but everything worked and was clean. Two kayaks to use between the villas and the units ( Manea in Muri) was ok , we had to wait for them a few times. Was a very short walk along beach or road to attractions in Muri.

When we visited the islands (date prob not the same as selection allows) we had a bit of a mixed experience, this place saved us and made everything better, thank you Fern, will never forget your kindness, and Lloyd, superstar, and the beautiful dog :) would love to come back and see you soon, cant speak highly enough of you all xxx

Rarotonga is a relaxing place to stay. We found ourselves at Manea Beach Villas by happy accident.
The house slept 7, 2 double beds and 3 singles. It would be easy for 2 small families as one could be upstairs and the other downstairs.
It's not 5 star or even 4 star, but it was clean, close to Muri, and easy to walk to Captain Tamas etc.
Nice pool, and the beach is 20 meters away. We snorkelled, walked to the island and enjoyed the lagoon immensely.
Sheets were clean. Beds bouncy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of hot water for showers and complimentary laundry facilities and snorkeling gear.
The owner was very nice and friendly.
We loved our stay.
