We stayed 11 days in the 1 bedroom apartment which is a short walk from the main building and has parking directly below. It's modern, well furnished with a well equipped kitchen - oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of places for clothes and there are lots of electrical points in all rooms.

You also have the option to take breakfast as well as meals in the restaurant - which are delicious. When the weather is good they serve the meals outdoors on the terrace with magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards. They use local produce and even make the pasta themselves. Prices are extremely reasonable and there is a large selection of local wines.
The only downside was poor wi-fi reception in the apartment, however it was ok in the main building.

The place is well placed for visits to Alba, Bra and Asti. It's surrounded by km after km of vineyards and hazelnut trees. The Ferrero/Nutella factory is located in Alba, but unfortunately visits aren't permitted. Campari, Aperol and Ramazotti also have factories in the area. Each year in October and November is the Alba White Truffle World Market, the ideal place to appreciate and buy truffles from the Langhe, Monferrato and Roero area. The biennial International Cheese Festival in Bra (home of the slow food movement) takes place the 3rd weekend of September

Monica and her father Rino (they also speak English and French) are extremely friendly and helpful did their best to make our stay memorable.

I highly recommend this place for the accommodation as well as the restaurant.

Rino and his family have an absolutely beautiful Agriturismo overlooking vineyards and the rolling hills representative of this Piemonte region. They serve both Gluten Free as well as "regular" pasta/bread dishes. Yet EVERYTHING that is served for all courses can be made Gluten Free... there are no "substitutes" as you will find in many restaurants. For example, when they served Agnolotti, they make their own gluten free pasta and stuff them into Agnolotti for Gluten Free diners. Most places would just serve you pre-packaged Gluten Free pasta with a sauce as a "substitute". I usually bring my own GF grissini when I go out to eat, but don't bring them here. They have them already. The outdoor seating area is covered with large umbrellas and is naturally shaded by the large house. Even in the heat of July it was a pleasant dining experience. No menu, here... just course after course of exceptional food. After dining, Rino took the time to show us around his establishment... the outdoor pool, the buildings where they have apartments and rooms for rent and his garden. If you want a fig, there's the tree... pick one and eat it. What a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone.

As a friend of mine said about Cascina Vrona, "It's a place so wonderful that you want to bring every person you love there." The family that runs it is so special, warm, friendly, hospitable, etc. Yes, they cater to celiacs as they have a granddaughter with the disease. However, we ran into people who came for the renowned food who had no idea that you could get amazing gluten free pastas, pastries, and breakfast treats there. The food is terrific, the rooms are spotless, the beds are comfortable, the location is lovely (a hilltop with fruit orchards and vineyards cascading down the hills all around the property), and the family is so wonderful I was begging to be adopted by the end of my stay at Cascina Vrona.

Amazing place among peach trees, grapes, flowers and trees. Fantastic views, amazing friendly family, nice breakfast. Very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. Have regrets that did not plan to stay there for a longer period!

This is heaven on earth if you want to relax. You become a member of the family in a moment. Welcomed openhearted. The room and the apartments are excellent. We love especially the apartments, they are a little bit away from the main building, are wonderful furnished and have a complete kitchen in it. The pool is a few meters away and you really can enjoy the silence.
You can have breakfast at Cascina Vrona or just do it by yourself.

We stayed here for a long 4 day weekend.
The location is beautifully located, in the middle of vineyards, hills and agriculture. If you want a quiet place to stay then this is it.
The service was friendly, the rooms clean. The hosts are extremely hospitable and they were great with our kids. We did the horse carriage ride and it was really enjoyable.
Breakfast was great for an agritourismo in Italy. Fresh eggs however you want, plenty of other options.
And the dinners, amazing!! If you can book the half board and make sure that you are hungry!!

It was such a wonderful home away from home- we had 2 rooms as travelling with 2 teenagers. Monica made us feel so welcome and at home and nothing was too much trouble. Dinner was exceptional and the choice of paired wines was lovely- all local wineries! Def will recommend to friends and family

We arrived late...due to getting lost in Milan....but they met us at the car, helped with our luggage and got us settled into the room. We were three Oklahoma girls (avg. age 71) and had asked for three beds. The room was perfect. Breakfast was included, array of choices and wonderful. They have a really popular restaurant, but we had so much to do in Alba we couldn't avail ourselves of they evening menu. The last night we arrived back to find the entire restaurant filled...mostly with a Rotary Club from Germany....so we set on the patio and talked about our day over cheese and wine. I hope you will see what great hosts they are on your next trip to Piemonte Wine Country.

Family-run business in a beautiful, quiet corner of Piemonte. We stayed here for only night (did not opt for dinner) and wished it could have been longer because the hosts really make you feel at home. Perfect location that required only 20-30 minutes to nearby Bra, Pralormo, Asti, Alba, and only an hour from Torino. Dogs welcome.

Pro: gorgeous location surrounded by vineyards, spacious bedroom and ok-sized bathroom. HUGE breakfast table offering everything from cereal, fresh fruit, juice, cheese, cold cuts, yogurt and scrambled eggs (we were asked if we would like some)

Con: none really, but if you have a bad back, you might find the beds a bit on the soft side.

We were four friends who staid there for two night, on our european roadtrip.
The staff is super friendly and welcoming.
The food was delightful and great. The winecard is local and the price is really low! Especially fun is to drink the Negro Angelo, the wineyard nearby.

I am looking forward to return there as soon as possible! Possible with a biking vacation.

Room Tip: We lived on a four person room under the roof. Not much space, but enough. And really cheap.
