We chose to make a dinner party at Flower Hotel, after the baptism of our 1 year’s old son. Everything went beyond our expectations.
The food is delicious and warm served. Although we had a lot of guests invited, all dishes were served in time and warm. The staff is extremely well organized. Each of the waiters were highly disposed to satisfy us and to help, in order that everything at the party went well.
After the party, we got a suite, as a gift from Olti, the owner. Very kind of him. Something I would highly underline: the breakfast: a lot of tasty food and all delicious. Do not miss it!

I enjoyed very much staying in the Flower hotel. It has charming elegant rooms and excellent service on every level.TH estaff are very helpful and all speak English. They have two buildings close to each other. I was staying in the older white building with charming decoration and style. Breakfast is very good with fresh fruits and many choices. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, The Location is a short 5 minute walking distance from the beach side with many bars, restaurants and public beaches ,which are very organized with sun beds, umbrellas and good service. It took me about 30 minutes to arrive here from TIrana airport. The city of Golem is a very nice small beach resort city with many restaurants and shops and nice beaches. I can fully recommend it for a nice vacation in Albania.

I spent my summer holiday with my family this July. The hotel room went beyond our expectations, the hotel has a wonderful design and very clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly and most of all highly trained for the anti covid measures,we felt spoiled and safe here. We tried both the all inclusive fodd and the a la carte menu i can say wothout doubt that this is the best restaurant i have tried in albania. I would suggest it to everyone that is looking for a safe holiday or a short escape. E cellent experience at Flower!

We visited for holiday in Durres in the north of the country from the United Kingdom. We were there off season in mid October and therefore the hotel was very quiet. There is a small supermarket nearby for amenities which is helpful. To arrive at the hotel by car it is quiet difficult as it is in an odd location off a road but there is car parking available which is helpful. The staff were very nice and friendly. The hotel rooms were clean and so so decor. Nice shower and balcony with a view. At Breakfast because it was off season and only a few other guests there wasn't a buffet which proved a problem with an Indian Vegetarian diet and all they could provide was yogurt, olives and some fried dumpling. When we asked for toast they misunderstood it for Tost which is an Albanian dish which the waiter went to order. Then we finally wondered why it took 40 minutes for toast and we came to know of the problem after showing the staff a photo of "toast". They then apologised and brought sliced bread from the local shop and gave us toast which was better then nothing. Overall decent stay but could be better if the staff new English better and had better food options for my diet.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Flower Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The room I was assigned to was unclean and had hair scattered everywhere, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the behavior of the cleaners was quite rude.
The menu at the hotel was disappointingly poor. The lack of variety and quality left much to be desired. The staff seemed disoriented and disconnected, except for a girl in the main dining area and an older gentleman at the poolside bar.
One major drawback was the hotel's location, which was far from the beach. Even worse, the beach itself was not well-maintained or properly treated. The combination of these factors greatly diminished the overall appeal of the stay.
To add to the disappointment, the drinks offered at the hotel were subpar. They didn't taste anything like their supposed names, such as cola or sprite. The drink menu itself was also lacking in options. It was quite surprising to find out that the bars closed as early as 10pm, even when guests were still enjoying their drinks and the ambiance. Transitioning to a paid menu at that point seemed quite abrupt and unwelcoming.
Another issue I encountered was the division of the pool area in the evening. The separation between hotel guests' seating and the other area with elaborate setups seemed unnecessary and created a sense of inequality among patrons.
The bathroom experience was equally disappointing, as water from the shower area managed to spread throughout the entire bathroom, reaching even the door. This added to the overall discomfort during the stay.
Lastly, there appeared to be noticeable differences in treatment between all-inclusive guests and those who were not. This disparity created a sense of exclusion and was certainly not in line with the level of hospitality one would expect.
All in all, my experience at the Flower Hotel Albania left much to be desired. The issues with cleanliness, menu quality, staff behavior, and overall amenities greatly overshadowed any positive aspects of the stay.

the hotel is about 10 mins from the beach. The road to the beach goes through dirty streets. The stay in this hotel was based on the all inclusive premium option, unfortunately there was a very small selection of drinks - all beverages poured from the dispenser, additionally coffee on the beach was extra paid, minimum amount of seafood. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. There is also poor service on beach bar. I truly believe you can get better hotel for that price.

We had a very nice lunch at Flower, i come here very often but i never see the same thing over and over. The staff members Zamir and Erion were very friendly and suggested us a very nice composition of appetizers and first and second plates. It is a MUST when in durres. Strongly suggested!

We were a couple with a baby hoping to have some relaxing days in september 2023 in an all inclusive offer 170 Eur/ night. A day before arriving I asked if we can have a check in in 12:00 not in 14:00 ( as per rules) since we were with a little baby, and they confirmed us. When we arrived the room wasnt ready and they asked us to eat lunch first. The room wasnt ready even at 14:00 o clock. The watter wasnt warm enough, the free watter in the room was oppened, and the towels werent yet avaible. When we went to spa ( included in price) they offered a towel for 10 euros.Emotional shower wasent working. We asked if they can help us with a microwave to warm babys food they didnt help us. Food was average. Service was nice but not helpful. And the last but not Least mousquitos everywhere, we couldnt sleep all night.

We were last year and again this year, we will go in 2023. Perfect stay with a wonderful service, amazing and delicious food with a variety of options. Super clean rooms, child friendly environment and same time with a great program for children in the morning and adults in the evening with DJ at beach bar, live music by the pool in both Flower and Garden hotels. *the sanitary city sewage infrastructure is beyond control of the Hotel. We hope that next year it will be finally fixed.

Hotel, which you come as a guest and leave as a part of family.
This hotel are for person who appreciate relax, good drinks, delicious dishes and incredible atmosphere. Hotel is extra clean and safety. Very friendly, care and professional personal (many thanks for waiters, receptionists, barmen). The food is delicious and diverse: on the breakfast you can choose some sweet croissant, pancakes with honey, difference type of marmalade etc or choose one of pudding with spinach, eggs, meat etc. A lot of meat, salads, fruit, fish and original dishes are in the menu. One of the best time in Flower&Spa became in the evening. The candles are switched on around the swimming pool and beautiful music playing in the background, you can drink wine, eats seafood’s and enjoy the moment.
This is the first hotel where I really felt like at home. Gëzuar!
