Not a worthy place to visit. Room service was not at all good, bed sheet, pillows were bad, had to change on several request on the next day. However the location of the hotel is good, but the nearest ATM and market is 2 km far. Breakfast was okay. Will not recommend for people who wish to relax in a comfortable atmosphere.

So we booked the hotel for Dec 2020. Hotel staff allowed Us for 1 hour early check-in. The hotel has few rooms with spectacular views of the mountain. It's not a costly hotel so cannot expect much about the room services and facilities but I must say that it's a good hotel to stay at.

Only thing in favor of this resort is the view we get from rooms, it's beatiful! Other than that overall experience was pretty average. Rooms were good. Recreational facilities (TT, pool table and carrom) were not well maintained. Swimming pool is very small and water was not clean. In-house restaurant boasted a long menu but very few things actually available. Had to go out for a nice meal. Not recommended.

It was terrible experience with Sunrise hill. We booked family room for our stay. When we checked in bathroom and rooms were not Cleaned , and it was smelly. Upon request the hotel staff did cleaned but it we had to wait and it was unpleasant experience. They do offer breakfast which is not good in taste poha was half cooked. During checkout we had to face many difficulties hotel staff was not at all accommodating.

This should be the last place u'd like to visit for a vacation. The Bai/Maushi who works at your home are much much more disciplined and courtesy than the staff at the hotel. The manager doesn't even bother to come out of his cabin to resolve any kind of your need. Infrastructure is Bad, you really don't even want to see the swimming pool. the rooms were full of dust not at all worth the price you are paying. They will probably show you the only clean room they have and later you end up in dusty, poorly maintained room. So rather than going to this place just be home order some nice food that'll be 10 times more fun than this place.

I too would second the opinion of one of the earlier review the hotel has a great view apart from that there is nothing which one could ask for the restaurant food was OK types nothing didn't enjoy it dal kichidi which we ordered was v spicy we left it after having one spoon. Water heater wasn't working nor the ac. All in all the 3 rating which I gave was only for the great view .

Had been there with my frnds .it's located in a nice location on a small hill with good view.no nearby restaurants...nearest is like a km away n main market three Kms away approx. Staff were helpful but not well.trained professionals. Bathrooms need to be cleaned well..pool was very very dirty n unhygienic

Went to this hotel on this weekend. Pathetic stay experience is what I would say. I travel quite often and this hotel I had booked for a family vacation. The staff including the manager seem disinterested in their job. Food was bad and condition of the room was extremely bad.poorly maintained hotel. My sincere advise dont waste your money.

Hotel is located in hilltop colony, very good location for walks etc.Car parking is very less, 4 cars max.Kids play area was dismantled and of no use.No chairs/bench for sitting beside swimming pool.No proper changing area(there were 2 bathrooms 5 stair down, those were stinky.)
They had to be reminded 4 times(in duration of 4 hours) to recharge the DTH tv connection in room(It has ants coming in, no channels).Finally when they did it and all Chanel's started coming, remote battery went out. (TV in room becomes imp entity when you have kids and senior citizens around and nowhere much to go due to covid shop timings/waterfalls banned.)
Room was a standard room, no valley view(that is fine),light fittings were falling off(the tube lights in lamps were disconnected from one side and giving unsymmetrical look to room),holes in wood,(room was perfectly cleaned though.Give staff credit for that.) Swimming pool was small but good.Only there was extremely noisy group of 15 boys who were shouting, pushing each other in water and making things scary for any other people to be around.(I hope they give good reviews to hotel, they had a gala time.)
Food was good.They did mess up our lime soda salted order 2 times, but most hotels do that.
All in all, this is originally a good property (marble stairs etc) but currently some budget issues maintaining it.Rooms with big holes in wood are not acceptable.Also if you happen to miss premium rooms, their hotel being on beautiful hill does not make any sense for you.Go only if you can get premium rooms facing swimming pool side.
To be fair, some of issues might be due to covid and loss of business,staff shortage due to that. Staff was very polite, sincere but over worked. Receptionist madam is a sweet lady maintaining her calm and working efficiently.
Breakfast was medu vadas(good in taste), yellow color idly(it was also good in taste as per family members but kids refused to eat due to yellow color.),egg bhurji with only salt and sugar and onions/chilly/tomato/spices.Tea taste was good.
Go here only if you can get swimming pool view rooms.They are probably well maintained too.It will ensure that money you spend are not feeling like wasted.
