Tucked away in a cozy green spot with hills around it, this resort is ideal for both couples and families. Also quite ideal for business meets. Food is excellent. The staff is very polite, prompt and helpful. There's not much of activity, except for a few indoor games, badminton and a swimming pool. You can however do sightseeing and visit tourist attractions. The front desk helped us with contact information of the tour operator. If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet break, away from daily routine and noisy cities, this place is really good.

This resort has very small rooms. Bathroom cover large space than rooms. Rest, Pillow, Bed and etc are good. Food is good. It has no location or objects where you do photography. It seems nervous. This hotel mean to create for Honeymoon couple only.

Deluxe rooms are very small superior rooms are spacious.Both have balconies.Top floor rooms are bright lower floors are dark. The superior room has two balconies one of which is large and makes a pleasant location to sit out and just relax. It is located in an isolated area and is very peaceful and surrounded by greenery.There are no mobile signals and per room can get login only one device to the wifi. You can wake up to the symphony of birds singing a melodious orchestra.The rooms have a tiny geyser in a spacious bathroom so maximum shower time will be 3 minutes.Blankets sheets and towels are not very clean and brownish with stains so better to carry your own.Same for the toiletries,shower gel and soap because all they give is some hand soap and some kind of shower gel. There is a tea coffee maker but no electric outlet nearby except the one for the TV so you have to carry the tray somewhere near an outlet.There is no room service for bed tea in the morning so you have to make it using the tea maker and your tech skills. Driver accommodation is super expensive so if you self drive it is better. Breakfast is buffet with 2 south Indian cereals fruit milkshakes bread and live counter for Dosa and Eggs .Food was very good full marks for taste.Check out was a bit hectic as many persons were checking out and the counter person kept making mistakes and billing us more than actual amount but I am very particular so insisted on recalculation and finally got it sorted .

Very Bad resort. Mobile tower not get. In dinner sufficient food not present. In room no saving kit, toothpaste provided.Manage behavior not so good. Wi-Fi password not providing in room.near by no market. Total wastage time and money.

Rooms is Excellent but having Earthing problem in bath room. Every where you were getting shock if you were bare foot, Basin Tap, Toilet Flush, Even Tap in bathroom. Already inform to reception but they are telling that it's earthing problem nothing will happen which is not correct

We had our annual cousins get-together at Velvet County with 9 rooms booked for a day. The manager went out of his way to put us up in the best rooms that would suit our needs. Service was always with warmth and very prompt. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. One room 121 had a really huge sit out to hangout together. He put out enough chairs for all of us there . The complex looked beautifully lit at night time on that day.
Food was fresh and tasty even though there was a heavy crowd on that day. Lunch and Dinner menu were good with deserts. Breakfast spread was awesome with fruits - papaya and water melon , hot Poori, gravy type potato Bhaji, Onion Uttappa, Masala Dosa , Sambar, chatni , a very tasty Poha, Bread with butter, jam, Egg Omelet, Vanilla Milk Shake , coffee and tea. Evening 5 p.m. there was coffee, tea with Pav Bhaji. When two of the group members came in late at an odd hour of 7 p.m. and were hungry, fresh Bhajias were made specially for them and served with tea/coffee.
On the whole we had a very pleasant stay at this beautiful resort and would recommend the place . Thank you .
One suggestion :- Develop a beautiful garden with lawn and paved walk ways , lined with trees and flowers (but without steps for senior citizens) .

Staff service is poor not attentive ,food was good in quality and taste but use to come after an hr whatever you order..they dont give proper information while booking and then all extra noms, bathroom was not good at all..we got our vacation spoiled booking here even owner Mr Kumar does not bother for our complaints and we had to leave a day before our checkout really had very very bad EXPERIENCE by paying them was not worth ..
